Incredibly easy to talk to, very professional and quick as well. The first and only representative I talked to that took me through the process was warm, funny, and laughed at my jokes! I appreciate people who enjoy their jobs, and the people at National Debt Relief definitely make me think they do. Pleasant experience during a difficult time, and was completely at ease.
