Been outstanding..just as was explained to me from the beginning.

We have been clients for 6 months and only have 1 debt out of 8 resolved so far. Phone calls keep coming from collectors but Noone from national debt relief ever contacts us to let us know what's going on. Seems like they aren't trying very hard to help us.

One of the best decisions in my life was using National Debt Relief to help me settle my student loans. Customer service was always there to help with any questions I had along the way and were nothing but knowledgeable and respectful. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone who cannot get your student loan company to work with you on payments.

BE CAREFUL!!! The reviews below are requested by National Debt Relief upon program sign up after customers are sold a dream plan. Their sales tactic is to tell you what you want to hear to enroll you and get you to start paying them to help with your debt but what they don t tell you is that they will charge you an additional fee of 25% of your OVERALL total debt in addition to their monthly fees to actually settle an account. I gave them a shot, I had a few accounts, One of them with a balance of about $1,350 I agreed to a settlement offer of about $450, which is great, thinking my monthly fee was covering all costs, however, National Debt Relief charged an additional $350 for having reached a settlement offer out of my deposited money. I cancelled my subscription & called the company they settled with and found out they are willing to settle directly with me instead of through a 3rd party company for the same amount. I could ve used the $350 they charged me to pay other accounts I owe. Don t waste your money paying a company for something you can do for free! They re a Rip Off! If you have the money to throw away, then go ahead but trust me, collection agencies are willing to settle & set up low monthly installments at no cost! Don t waste your money! This company is taking advantage of people in despair and it s not right!

PS: Although I cancelled my membership and the settlements cancelled as well, I was unable to get a refund of the almost $700 I deposited, they only paid $100 all together to 2 of my collection accounts. They pocketed $600 and refuse to issue a refund Thiefs!!!

I have only been with this service since November 2017 but so far it has been good. They are very great at explaining things to you and always there to answer your questions. They contacted me today they have already relieved me of one of my debts. So thank you Nationl Debt Relief. Great job. I give you 5 and 2 .!!!!!!

You really gonna pay someone to call a debt collector for you to settle YOUR OWN debt? Do me a favor, since you re already on google if you re reading this. Go to indeed or any job posting site and search national debt relief, specifically for the role negotiator . See for yourself how they target recent college grads and put in big bold words that prior work history is not needed . Ladies and gentlemen, you re not paying 22% in fees per negotiated account for a skilled, trained negotiator, who is so skilled only he can do the task, no. You re paying for a kid out of college who needs a job and will pick up the phone for you and call the creditors or law firm themselves too settle your own debt. Their are no tactics, strategies or any of that learned in training. You re going to pay whatever settlement amount you come too, so if you get a 50% Settlement on an account, does it really matter in the end when it s actually a 72% after your fees? You really wanna pay 22% to let someone else call for you? You literally gain nothing rather than saving 20 minutes of your life you could ve spent on a phone call, you can call them yourselves stop being afraid, there s nothing to be afraid of just tell them your hardship come to an agreement and structure your own payment plan and then begin, this way you kill 20 mins on a phone call and save that 22%. 22% can mean $220 for a $1,000 account or 22% can sometimes be in the thousands if your debt balance is 5k.

So make the choice, since it seems all these consumers and debt clients are so rich their spending thousands so people can make a call for them. Indulge if you will but I shall not.

Getting started was such an easy process. The representative walked by through the process, step by step. They answered all of my questions no matter simple the question was. Must of all NDR really does negotiate your debt. In literally only paying fraction of the amount owed!

It might still be early since ive only started with them its been 3 months already since but so far so good.i called them some weeks ago complaining that it had been some months and i didnt see nobody contacting me for a debt relief but last week i got 2 emails saying bout they had contacted already 2 banks to discuss a settlement.so far im really happy with it.they answer fast the questions i had for them and also like tge fact dat tgere is no late fees and i can cancel anytime nd get refunded any money dat is in the account so far.so totally recommend it

They settled my $5,100 Credit Card debt balance with my Bank at $2,258. Which is awesome because it was so stressful paying those high payments with my bank's high interest. Don't waste your time and money! Trust me your better off just paying your collectors yourself! They are scammers who really just want your money I signed on for 2 years and it's been 26 months and they are telling me that I have to pay them for 5 more months. Example of this company settlement amount for one of my company's was 400 national debt reliefs fee for this creditor is 319. My total is 719 for a 400 balance?!?! Htf does that help me....ugh I hate this company

It has been almost a year and so far they have helped even more since the pandemic, payments set up for me to manage is a very big help. I have paid off some bills already.

Very knowledgeable explain the pros and cons on doing a debt relief. And so far they are getting results. Yes your credit score takes a hit but it would have anyways if your not able to keep up with your bills

I called and asked what exactly is it that you do to help people out of debt. They could barley explain. Sounds like a scam or like their staff is undertrained.

National Debt Relief fulfills their word when they say they will help alleviate debt. Since the beginning of 2017 I've been working with them to minimize debt accumulated during college and as of today I can acknowledge that it does work! Time and patience, only after a few months two creditors have been resolved and more are on the way; I'm really looking forward to being debt free! I highly recommend National Debt Relief!

Literally the biggest scam I have ever encountered. We enrolled my wife and were told there were small fees. I don t remember how much they were but it was not much. We were told it would take about 4-6 months to enroll all her creditors. It s been 8 and only one is enrolled. We pay over $300 a month and the ONE company they are paying they pay $118. And on top of that they aren t even paying them on time!! We just got an email from them stating her payment for the month is late. When I called, the customer service agent just talked all over me saying it was just scare tactics and to ignore it. No, I won t ignore it. Or the fact you re taking our money and not paying our debts. I asked why no other creditor was enrolled yet and they said because of the 118 going out and their administrative fees our balance was too low. No. I m done. Thank god I canceled. If they try to hit me with some kind of fee I ll update.

Do not use this company!!! Total ripoff!! They literally take your money. We paid them for over a year and they took the money for legal fees and didn't pay any debts!!! We could've paid our debts off during that time. Then they charge $200 for early cancelation. NEVER AGAIN. The customer service reps are rude and and unprofessional!!

Was better when they started using email... other than that my experience was not good as I was calling often attempting to get information.
The company is not as proactive as I had anticipated - for which I have advised they need to do a better job of making the client FEEL INFORMED especially when they are requesting it!!!!!!!

I started using National Debt Relief back in June of 2015...since then I have resolved almost all of my debt! Every time I call customer service they are nothing buy nice and helpful in answering any questions I have. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has gotten a little in over their heads with debt they may have accumulated!

they settled 1 debt very quicky and got me 75% off the debt...2nd one i didnt get anything off cause i had no extra money...seems to depend on the creditor..it was a credit union so they pretty much want as much as they can get out of u..id recommend them for accounts like credit cards, and bills...but with banks if you dont have extra money, you will have to pay it all back plus fees...

Joining NDR was the worst mistake of my life. They go out of their way to not answer questions you have. It's been over a year and they have only contacted 1 creditor which was not what their info packet stated. My account cannot build a balance to negotiate more creditors because they take every cent for their own fees. They are taking more in fees than I am paying creditors

I highly recommend National Debt Relief to anyone who is considering bankruptcy or consolidating their outstanding debt. Not only did they resolve my credit card debt at an amazing settlement amount, they also provided me with information on How to manage my money. When you know better, you do better.. I would have been much better served by a chapter 7 and wasted a couple years dragging my credit through the mud and not really being able to afford it. Only benefits are... If you have many accounts it's too many to settle and manage with ft work. Also you can get a subprime mortgage without bankruptcy. Original settlements were good like 30% principal but got worse over time. Also they negotiate settlement over time, doing it yourself is lump sum or 90 days. I got screwed out of about 15k in 401k.

But, my Boomer parents are ignorant of this being financially set and per usual had no good advice (fellow xillenials). If you can't afford a bankruptcy and can't afford Consolidated, it's a good option to save until filing.

I had over $60k of debt spread out among 11 accounts - I came to NDR for help in April of 2016-- less than 4 months later, they had settled 3 of my accounts, included the 2 largest ones, for about 40% of the amount I owed. I am BEYOND THRILLED with NDR and highly recommend them to anyone drowning in debt. My only regret is not doing this sooner!!

I regret getting into this program. I should hav whist continued making my monthly payments even if it had taken me longer. Was never told I could be suite. This keeps me up at night. My financial situation has gotten worse. I apparently never have enough money in my designated account. I can t pay more than the $485 a month I m already paying. Worse decision I made.
