My experience was probably my best yet. I had the pleasure to work with John and another guy, I can t remember his name but they worked well together and made sure I left with something as promised. He got me a great deal and the car that I wanted. I m very pleased with my experience and will tell all my friends. It was definitely worth the drive. Drove into the service drive at 3:30 on a weekday ..my greeting by service attended giving me the prison yard stare was.. you do realize our mechanics leave 4:30 do you not ? then he walked away leaving me standing in the drive for 10 minutes feeling about a inch tall.. I was intending on leaving my suv there for a recall. Finally talked to a lady, seemed very rushed..repeating my vin number, last name, and telephone number several times .. she kept getting interrupted by everyone.. then couldn t find the recall and then well it s months out and you ll have to wait

As many other reviews state, the advertised price is nowhere near what they actually try to charge you. The salespeople were pushy, rude, and patronizing. I would not send my worst enemy to buy a vehicle there.

Ordered a key for my car. Said it would be in next day and they would call. They didn't. I called two days later and sure enough it was there they just didn't call. Spoke with Ray who then more then doubled the price of the key ($138.00 which by the way isn't cut or programmed which is another $278). I told him I was quoted $68 for the key not $138.00. He said he doubted that and got angry. I told him that I could play the message for him and he said "If you don't want the key, then don't buy it" and the hung up. I called back and asked if he hung up on purpose, which he confirmed he did because he said it was clear that I didn't want the part. I did want the part but refused to deal with this guy. Consequently we found the key online for 1/3 of the price the dealer wanted and ordered online. I would not use this parts dept or order parts from them again. Horrible service and price gauging.

We also feel like we got a good fair price, the process was quick and efficient and we appreciated that there was not a lot of the 'upselling' that we have experienced at other dealerships. I wanted to let you know about my appointment that I had Friday july 3. So I took the Jeep to get the cam shaft and rockers done paid $1,700. I get a call from the service advisor stating that the ac compressor had a knocking sound which was odd I never heard a sound but I told him I would schedule another appointment for that problem on Saturday july 4th less than 24 hours later after they fix my Jeep my Ac stop workOmg i was heading to Wisconsin on a 2 hour drive Had 3 year in the back sweating. I don t think this was a coincidence that the ac broke right after they fix it im very disappointed in jeep Naperville i taken my Jeep with you guys since the day I bought with you guys never had a issue or a problem. I will not be going back ever again for any oil changes or problems with my Jeep.

I bought a Chrysler 200 from Ski in November of 2016 and I am absolutely in love with my car. I just brought my car in last week for it's first oil change and the customer service has been outstanding each and every time. I was hesitant to make the change and buy a new car but the service I received there is unparalleled to any other. They were fair with my trade in price and there was never any rush or pressure to buy anything. I was able to look at all the vehicles I wanted and chose the best one. Ski was incredibly patient with me. He was kind to my family and when my husband and I buy a family car, we'll be back.

Two different sales people that we worked with had a hard time returning calls and emails. I am not sure why? Don't they work on commission?! Anyway, I would choose a different location. We ended up buying our vehicle from St. Charles.

Updating my review to remove a star from the TWO that I gave them. Took our Jeep, that is under warranty, in today since the weather stripping/trim was cracking and warped all over the entire vehicle. Obviously a manufacturing defect. Was told there was nothing they could do. Said it looked like someone pryed open all the doors. Really? It is a manufacturing defect that should be corrected. Went to another dealership in the area and they were happy to look into it. Do NOT EVER buy or go to the Naperville Jeep location. They do not care about you. Just out to make money. That's it.

The transmission on the vehicle started making a sound, given that it was still under warranty I called the service department to schedule and appointment. I was very upset to find that their service department for vehicles under warranty is only open for a two hour window during the week and not open at all on weekends. It s a rather clever scam they re running. I work business hours during the week and cannot make this appointment without taking time off of work. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION, THEY RE CROOKS.

Worst experience I have had in years. Purchased a 80k dodge hell cat. If you don't know, it is one of their top vehicles.
Expected top notch service with my top notch car. Nope uneducated service writers, had my car all day, nothing was done. I don't think they actually have any qualified service mechanics. Car has pulled to the right since day one, which is just two months ago. And dodge is unable to correct the problem. Should have purchased a BMW or mercede. Won't make this mistake again.

We have the Jeep Wrangler JK Unlimited IN STOCK." I called and spoke to the internet salesperson at 830 to inform her I would be in at 9am. I arrived at the dealership at 9am when they opened. I was told they sold this vehicle last night. I would have appreciated if they would have been honest with me instead of just trying to get me in the dealership to convince me to buy something else. Service just like most CDJ dealerships are not union, Independently owned and operated, they make their own rules, they can care less about Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep manufacturer warranties and quality assurance and service to their customers.....service VERY BAD.

Naperville CDJ is one of those dealerships and their vehicles are way overpriced. I get better internet deals and prices elsewhere that's where I'm going next time. Naperville sticker prices are way to high overblown, research the vehicle somewhere else other then Naperville.

Next most CDJ dealership vehicle maintenance services are.....Terrible. And Naperville CDJ is one of those.

Always long wait times even on slow days. Express oil change? More like long and depressed oil change 30 minutes plus. Incompetent staff and management.... excuses excuses LAZY, dishonest.

They are selective, favoritism, with individuals they deem desirable. They will make you wait longer and pay more if you are not one of the lucky ones. Their money is better then yours. They like the look on your face as you wait in agony for your vehicle and then pay a high price its fun and entertaining to them, they laugh, enjoy it.

And then they wonder why business is slow and sucks. People fired, economy crashes, you lose business

The workmanship is low level... poor. Management is in on the poor service lies and excuses.

Buy a Dodge Viper maybe it will be different, but then again they haven't earned that business. That's the problem they don't understand.

All around great service is all around great business. Bad service is no business and bad reviews you shouldn't even get a star.

I bring it back and you lie and lie because of the same issue you should of done properly the first time that I paid for... refund. No more BS.

Called when my truck was ready. Missed the call. Took 5 calls back and over 2 hours to get a hold of someone that knew about my truck. No rental, have to come back, 60 miles round trip and no one cared. Disappointed

Called on a Monday to bring in my brand new car I just bought from them that was having computer issues. Told me to come in on Friday and that they would have a car for me to take home since the issue was a recall and there were various issues wrong. I called 20 minutes before my scheduled time to assure they had a car for me to take home. They told me they forgot to put me into the computer and there was no car for me. Didn't offer a solution or a different date to setup all Roland said was "Fridays are busy" I get a dealership on Friday is busy, but there is a reason you setup an appointment ahead of time. Since this is the place I purchased it from pretty annoyed they didn't at least attempt to help after the fact. Looks like i'm not the only person that has issues with service since just about every single negative review here is directly related to the Service department

Update: Tim helped me setup a call to get my car in. Brought my car in and was called 2 days later to pick it up as the service was complete. When o went and picked up my car the specialist made a mistake and my car was never worked on and wasn t don t. I also couldn t take my car home because they cried the computer trying to do an update

1 week late I got a call from the same specialist Kert who said my parts were in and that I can bring my car in. My car had been there already. After looking he said they found my car in the garage and the radio will be installed in 25 minutes. I got a call 30 minutes later from a different guy saying they made a mistake and my radio had not come in yet and that it wasn t going to be done that day.

I waited 2 more weeks and called back asking how my order was coming. They told me it would be there in 4 days, didn t come. Then it would be there the following week. Still isn t there. So far they ve had my car for 1 month and the specialist obviously have no idea what he s doing. I would never go here for a service.

Worst service experience one after another. Last experience, dropped car off for 8:30am appt. Brake light coming on when towing 1,500 pound trailer with Grand Cherokee. Dealership had car all day. Called them at 4pm to check on status, they tell me they've been too busy to look at it. Called again at 6:30pm to ask if I can pickup my vehicle & they never even looked at it. Why schedule appointments and keep someone's car all day without giving a loaner if you're 'too busy'?

Recently I was relocated to Naperville due to my business expanding, within a few days of opening up my new business location I found myself running into problems with my recently purchased Jeep Cherokee trailhawk ( I bought it from another Jeep dealership closer to my previous business/residency). So I decided to give the Naperville Jeep dealership service department a try, and I can say without a doubt that it is the best car servicing expiriance I have ever had. Rob was the guy who helped me though the whole expriance and took care of me every step of the way, even updating me via text messaging regularly with a new statuses letting me know exactly what went wrong with my Jeep and what the solution to fix it was. I couldn't passably give a better recommendation to a service department then this one I would highly recommend using them for all your car service needs even if it isn't with a brand that they sell. I currently plan to use them for the rest of my life (as long as I'm in the area)!

If you do a diagnostic with a vehicle you should be able to know what s all wrong , not each day something new. Each day I got a call for something different until point I said I m coming to get my vehicle. They lied about prices and my service. I was told my truck would be fixed on Thursday but it wasn t. Telling me I have 2 option after my bill was already 2700.00. A engine 7800 or head gasket 1400.00. Which one is it??? That s when I knew they were getting over on me. They were trying to get $10,400.00 out of me. YES I SAID 10k. I only owe 8,000 on my truck. They charge 159.00 hr which is ridiculous!!! I know I m not the smartest when it come to cars but I m no dummy. Never again. They see women and they take advantage. I hate I ever went to the darn place. Only thing you can do for me is take parts back out my truck and give me my money back.

I told him what I was looking for Charger SE and looking to pay $350-$400 monthly. The rep came back and gave me a month rate of $475. He said I take it this is not going to cut it for you? I said no, and repeated where i wanted to be. He said ok sorry we are unable to get what you wanted.

The lack of enthusiasm to sell me a vehicle was obviously disappointing. Luckily for the consumer, there are many good dealers out there. I would highly suggest to not go to this dealer.

I went in for a synthetic oil change and a tire rotation. When I picked my car up, I saw that they gave me regular oil and did not rotate my tires because I was missing a lug nut. No call, or text. I had to bring it back the next day. Then when I picked it up the next day, they told me that I now needed 10 lug nuts for $82. Just a poor overall experience

Horrible experience. When I asked for the manager assistance he refused by saying he has to stay at the front desk because they don t even have a receptionist. Sales person is really unknowledgeable to a point where I had to educate him about the new Wrangler sport S that sometimes does come with the new infotainment system. Lack of selection and very high prices.
In general I felt really unwelcome even though I was ready to close a deal today.

I own a 2004 Concorde and yet whenever my keys are handed over to me I feel like I had just bought it like new. Leasing a Dodge Ram, I have been happy thus far with the truck. The truck had issues last weekend starting, so figuring it is a leased vehicle, I took it to the local dealer. Most likely it was the battery, but since it is a lease, I figured the warranty would cover it. I brought the vehicle in and yes it was indeed the battery which was not under warranty. No problem I told them to go ahead and replace it. Changing a battery is about a 5 minute process that Auto Zone will do for free. I come to pick up my truck from the dealer and find out the Labor for the battery replacement was almost equivalent to the cost of the battery! I went in to try and explain to Joseph the service supervisor my frustrations since if I would have known I could ve done this myself in 5 minutes. He basically told me it was my own fault for not replacing it myself and that the labor was for all the diagnostic testing . It s disrespectful to be representing the Ram brand, pay a good amount of money a month, and be completely ripped off without even an apology or means of amends. I would never recommend going to this dealer unless you know ahead of time your cost and labor charges. Otherwise, you will get a big surprise at the end as I was told many have in the past from the dealers own reps.

WORST Customer Service ever! Do not use this dealer for new car sales. Sales Rep Reid texted me 1 hour before my appt to buy a new car and then when we arrived at the dealer, he avoided us for 15 minutes and fianlly said he was busy selling the car we came to buy! He told us to wait until he was done and he might find another one, I tried to seek remedy from the sales mgr and he said he was too busy as well. I then called the GM Sam and no call back, we ll no surprise and NO SALE for them. Go see Vinny at River Front Jeep.

I was very excited to buy my new Jeep, something I was waiting to do. Let me say this place was very quick to take my money but their follow up service and service department is a joke. I bought a demo and they were to reset the uconnect trials and XM trials from the point I purchased the car. Never done. Was told complete check on car and no damage. Nope rim had deep scratches and took back and told service would set date to get fixed. We set a date and they were to call with a time Nope never got that call. Complete run around and upon return seems once they get your money it's ok to be rude, roll your eyes at people. I will never buy a Jeep or any car from this place again and will make sure to tell every person I see and on social media the horrible lack of follow up and customer service skills this place lacks. Do yourself a favor and drive a few miles a purchase else where. I now take my few out but f the way to never have to deal with this place again. First and last purchase here.

I purchased a used 2014 Dodge Charger R/T Max here about a month ago, no real issues since (had to replace a sway bar link in the first week after hitting a pothole, dumb luck more than anything else). Test drove the car and came back to buy it a week later. Eddie Gritsak made the buying process very simple, and answered all of my questions without issue. Never felt any pressure to buy, and it was a pretty relaxed environment overall. Definitely glad to have made a purchase here.

Could not be happier with my experience at this location!! Purchased a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara early March 2017. After contacting the dealer numerous times before regarding what I was looking for in the vehicle as well as financially what I was looking for (in which they were very helpful and patient with my questions), I decided to take a look at my soon-to-be future Wrangler on their lot. Once I had stated interest in the Wrangler at this location, the dealership took the Jeep off the lot to ensure it would still be there by the time I arrived at the dealership. The customer service was absolutely astounding, I did not feel pressured, all of my questions were answered, and one of the salesman, Chris, even took the the time to show me how to take the roof off of the Wrangler and all the other fun iconic items that make the Wrangler, a Wrangler. The overall experience of buying my Jeep was timely and professional, the customer service was impressive, the team at this location was absolutely phenomenal, and the entire experience was organized, smooth, and painless. Mr. Guzzino, Chris, and the Naperville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram team really made my dreams of becoming a Wrangler owner a reality. :)

Always bring my car here for service versus Tyson CJDR. Service is always friendly, helpful and quick. I love being able to get text updates about my car while I'm out. Recently looking into trading my car and even the salesman was friendly, helpful and honest with me. Unlike the man who sold me my car at Tyson and got one over on me.

The worst experience ever.I just paid over 40000 for a new dodge challenger, when I get to my house I find a small dent, as I bought the protection against scratches I did not pay attention since I had the appointment to put an extra protection in 4 days and I expected That they repair it before putting the protection. My surprise came when they told me that that did not cover my insurance and after those 4 days was no longer his problem. The next day I went to a paint shop to check the car and told me that the dent was old and had rust inside. I went back to speak with the representative and explained what they had told me and he said that it did not matter what they told me outside that they would not fix it in any way. In short they are idiots.

I just purchased my first brand new car from Naperville Jeep, Chris Olson was my salesperson. He was amazing! He was very patient with me and took the time to make sure I got the best car for me in my price range! He explained how financing works, walked me through the whole car from top to bottom to make sure I knew how everything worked before driving off the lot. I felt like a million bucks driving away from the dealership! I was dreading dealing with a salesperson because of horror stories my parents have told me, but Chris was the exception. He knew I was considering other cars and gave me the time to do my homework without all the pressure. I would highly recommend asking for him if you're considering a Jeep from Naperville.

After waiting for months for the Pacifica Hybrid to be released, we finally found one at Naperville Chrysler! We had a fantastic experience working with Chris Olson (sales) Rob Goldman (sales and products) and Dave Pickell (finance) and they did a great job answering our many questions about the hybrid. We really appreciated how knowledgeable they were about the car (much more educated about the technology compared to any other Chrysler employees that we had talked to at other locations) and also that when they didn't have the answer, they would readily admit it and work to find one.

I wish i could give more stars for the service department! I called to see about an oil change and to see how long it would take. And they said a couple of hrs. I was also having issues with my battery . They checked it while i was there and i needed a new one. They put it on for me! Love this place! And they also put on a hub cap that i had ordered. I was out in 3 hrs. So IM NOT COMPLAINING! IM am so THANKFUL! There are some dodge places that need to learn a lesson from these guys! Like dodge dealer in Joliet, dodge dealership in Odessa texas! Again thank you NAPERVILLE DODGE!

Worst Service ever! Everytime I need to schedule an appointment for my Jeep is at least one week waiting, last time I went there in person and said that I could not go on comercial hours because of my work, I spoke with Meghan, we schedule for this Tuesday but I suppose to drop the car off Monday since I could not go in the middle of morning and afternoon, I also requested another car, since I had a licking on my sunroof that filled my cupholders with water last rainy day.. TOTAL DISAPPOINTEMENT when I get there today as we spoke (I also texted Confirming I was going there) also had to leave my work and drive 30 min to get there, to find out they didnt have car for me! Had to drive back 30 min back... And my dear Meghan didnt even came out to see what another service guy was doing with her clienta. Never saw this type of service in my life... At Ford they were awesome and they were concern with us, and also ALWAYS provided a rental car when needed! Never coming back, rather drive far then go there, people just dont want to attend you. The coffee is also horrible'
