The best experience I ve had at a dealership! We worked with Jude and he was just amazing. He understood our needs, tried really hard to give us what we were looking for, fulfilled all of our requirements and exceeded our expectations. Other than Jude, every person we met that worked there was super nice & respectful. The environment was welcoming and clean. And everyone was wearing a mask!! Something we didn t see at another dealership we visited. So happy with our experience and hope to be back soon to have another family member get a car!

We visited this dealership after viewing the selection of available 2013 Town & Countrys online. Upon arrival, Jonathan met with us in the parking lot, asked a few questions to learn what we were looking for, and guided us as we viewed the selection. Jonathan was very supportive with his knowledge of the vehicle as our comments and questions increased as we focused on one van and test drove it. He never pressured and used levity in a timely manner throughout our time with him.

The negotiations took all of about two minutes once we got to that point as we had done our homework and Jonathan and Scott, the Sales Manager, worked with us as they said they would. After the agreement was reached, the service only seemed to pick up. Jonathan started going through the details of our new Town & Country while other salespeople helped with paperwork, tag transfer, and vehicle movement.

Even the payment paperwork process in the 'library' was fun. The 'Paper Guy' or 'Math Teacher', Dave, was very considerate and helpful with a good touch of humor at a time when you are being separated from your money and the conflict between reality and second thoughts start to develop.

As we prepared to leave, Jonathan spent a final few minutes walking us through the driver electronics details. Even though it took 3 hours plus, the experience with Jonathan and the Naperville Chrysler team at this new facility was enjoyable and one we will share. We look forward to this experience continuing with Chrysler through the service life of our brand new 2013 brilliant black Town & Country.

Tom and the Service staff diagnosed my T&C Van vibration (those darn Chicago Potholes!) and replaced wheel bearing on warranty in no time flat, in and out same morning! The service team explained everything before starting, and they were as helpful and valuable to me as the Sales and Finance team that helped me decide to buy at Naperville Chrysler in the 1st place. Have had Jeep & Chrysler since '88, and while all our experiences have been good, these guys are at the top! Worth a trip to Naperville for the sales, financing and service I am getting, even though we live in Chicago now.

I have purchased 2 cars from this dealership. The buying experience is fine but the service and parts fall short. Called to make a scheduled appointment and when the day came they had no idea of the reservation. Recently I ordered a new visor for my car and pre paid for it. You would think being a major dealership and having a huge PDC 5 miles away they would get the part within a reasonable amount of time. Nope. Had to follow up twice after 1 week and was given no time line. 2 weeks later I called n they still had no clue. Keith in service transfers me to parts, parts transfers me to service back n fourth. Eventually the parts guy realizes the part was there and sends me back to Keith whom I left a message and haven't heard back from. Terrible service. I will be looking for other places to service my vehicle after they fix my visor.

I had an issue the first visit I had there but thought it was an isolated issue until my second visit. first time there I needed a piece of trim replaced. the replaced it and I came to pick car up and saw the had damaged the trim in front and behind the one they replaced. I brought it back and had it completed correctly.
The second time I came in for service I had a list of small concerns. 2 of witch they could not duplicate and I was fine with it. they fixed one and never called to say it was done. I called them and they said come get it its complete. the didn't even look at three of my problems and I had too bring it back again. I was told by Tim McKay I could have a loaner but when I dropped it off I was informed by service writer there was no car for me. they fixed two of the three issues and orded parts for the third. I had to call them to see if it was completed again. picked it up and took home. they called me a few days later to say my wheels were in and I dropped it off again for a 10 oclock appointment. I called them around 4 and they said it was done. came to pick it up and the tire pressure light was on and the car smell like burned clutch inside and out. I pulled it back in and they looked at it for a wile. they were not sure how the burning smell am about because they just drove it around the building. the tire pressure lamp was off now. went to drive my 50 mile commute home and thought a wheel was coming off. checked all lug nuts and they were tight. had to keep it under 55 mph so it would not shake. had tires balanced near home and is smooth now. have left messages and e-mails fit Tim McKay and no response. it has been a few weeks. will never go back. I don't think there is a god jeep dealer in DuPage. they are not honest. the dealer I bought the jeep from new(first person to title it) sold me a car that needed 2 doors because of "lot damage" that they had fixed but not well enough. do0r reinforcement bars bent and rust forming with only 80 miles on it. close to $5000 dollars spent by dealer to make it almost new.

I came into the service dept with a specific Check...

I came into the service dept with a specific Check engine error code to take care of, EVAP system. We went over it verbally together. I sat for 2-3 hours and thought all was well after I paid and got my keys. I left, and the check light came back on a few hours. The error code was for the exact same issue after driving for just a few hours. I went over the invoice and see that they completed a service that had nothing to do with why I was there. They also overcharged me without an itemization of the work. I called back that Saturday morning and the service guy listened to the issue, and said he d get me scheduled to come back in on the following Monday. He pushed me to voicemail. I sat on hold for over 15 minutes. I called back and can hear him picking up and continuously pushing the call to voicemail so he wouldn t have to take care of the issue. Extremely unprofessional. I purchased my Jeep from Riverfront Chrysler and normally have it serviced there with no issues. The Naperville Chrysler/Jeep office has truly disappointed me. Never again!

My wife and I were both very happy with our salesman Reid Levin. He was such an honest salesman and made us not feel intimidated. There were a few things I was looking for in my Jeep Grand Cherokee that was not standard, and he did not want us purchasing a vehicle unless we were going to be 100% happy. There ended up being 1 vehicle on site that had exactly what we were looking for. It was so nice having a salesman that made you feel extremely comfortable.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. After my visit I got home and noticed the tech did not re- secure the oil filter drain cover. I went back to Naperville CDJ. The tech went to put the cover back only to Break it off. Now I have to come back this Saturday to get the new one installed. This incompetence shouldn t not have happened to begin with.

My mom bought a brand new car from here and got swindled. It is now 3 years later and she owes 10k more on the car than the car is worth! On top of that, this 3 year old car has had nothing but problems with it and no support from the dealer with these issues. The reason she bought a new car was to not have her vehicle break down all the time yet she now has a large monthly payment AND random break down expenses. I have been in with her on multiple occasions and have seen the staff ignore her and be rude to her. Seriously, go somewhere else, these people are not your friend and care only about money.

My jeep was dropped off at this dealership for service on July 2nd and I picked up my vehicle July 18th . inside I forgotten I had left my $900 compound bow and arrows in my trunk. When I got my vehicle back my compound bow and arrows were missing . I called and spoke with service manager Tim and asked him to review cameras to find who had stolen my bow. Tim contacted me a few hours later and told me that he had came to the conclusion that his employees had no reason to go into the trunk. I asked if he reviewed all the tapes from July 2nd to July 18th he again stated he concluded that there was no reason for his employees to go into the truck but he only watched the video from the night it was dropped off. Safe to say I'm never getting my things back and He is not willing to review the tapes to find out who did this.

Terrible mess. They made me wait a month for safety recall saying "waiting for parts" and it was just a reprogramming of car's computer. Then they tried to reject shuttle service because it was "up to 5 miles". Asked me to wait for 15 minutes for the shuttle and after an hour of wait told me - no need, all done. And the most bizarre part - they asked me to pay for this recall fix. Hmm, really? This is 2y old jeep, under waranty and this was a safety recall.

Was literally the weirdest experience I ve ever had at a dealer. Price shopped another dealer and went there to see if they could beat it since they advertise the best price guaranteed. Said they couldn t even come within 100$ a month of what I got at st Charles and my trade was worth no where close to what they were giving. Very strange considering I called Audi myself and got the buy figure since I bought it there. Was in and out within 5 min. All the salesman wanted to do was get home since I came in at 5. There was not 1 customer in the dealership. No manager came over to discuss. No effort at all. Simply handed me back my keys and said bu buy. Clearly shopping this dealership is a total waste of time. Now I understand why they have so many left over 18s.

I purchased my new 2020 Jeep Compass yesterday and I received excellent service from the salesperson, Kevin Lauf and John Mac, Director of Special Finance. Kevin was very patient with me and very knowledgeable about the features on the various models we discussed. Even though I received pre-approval for the purchase from my credit union, John was able to get me approved for better financing. Since I've been in Naperville, this dealership is where I always took my servicing for my 2012 Jeep Liberty, which I loved. And, I've always had very good experience with them. I highly recommend Kevin, John and the Naperville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership and service.

Just want to make note that they did do a great job on the CAR service but as for their customer service they could work on that. They don t have a go to desk for service (a main desk)instead they have individual ones which seem to always be empty or some one always on the phone. I had to be the first one to acknowledge them maybe because I look like a minor or maybe because of my Ethnicity. I didn t want to jump to conclusions but definitely can work on customer service.

Do your research before you go to this dealer! The vehicle was not the issue. I bought a Grand Cherokee from them. If you enjoy Sales Managers holding your keys hostage until you make a decision, sales people hovering over you while your trying to make a decision on whether or not you want to buy the vehicle, keys being swung in front of you as you continue to make a decision, no one walking you through what their service dept can do.... THIS DEALER IS FOR YOU! Furthermore, once I bought the vehicle, they took it through "DETAIL" in a matter of 10 min. The vehicle was dirty inside when I took possession of it (lucky for them it was dark and couldn't see that until the morning), the gas tank had 15 miles until empty in it and NO ONE offered to set up the car for me. Now I am trying to GOOGLE what UCONNECT is which is apparently a very important part of the vehicle. I buy cars every year from many dealerships and I have never ever had an experience like this in my life! I would drive 100 miles to another Jeep dealership than go to this. "LET THE BUYER BEWARE!"

We have bought three Jeeps, a 2000 Grand Cherokee, a 2006 Grand cherokee and a 2013 Patriot (replaced the 2000) and each buying experience has been excellent. They will always make sure you are a happy customer, from the sales person to the finance person.

I bring the vehicles for all maintenance, the exception being oil changes, to the dealership. The service staff is excellent and I feel strongly that I have received very good service over the past almost 15 years of being a customer of Naperville Jeep.

I wish that I could rate this dealership zero stars. I was scheduled and did receive an appointment reminder email for the same appointment. I showed up for my scheduled appointment, just to find that the service department was closed. I went into the showroom to ask about the appointment and all the staff could say was That s an automated email, there is nothing we can do. The customer service is appalling, obviously the work could not get done at that time, but no attempt was made to even come up with a resolution to their scheduling mistake. Maybe I should have sent them an appointment reminder!

John Mac (Director of Special Finance) and Bob Mueller (Sales Associate) took extremely good care of me. Everyone laid their cards on table and I walked away with a 2017 Jeep Compass that I am very happy with. At first I could not decide whether to get back into a Grand Cherokee Laredo since I had one for 18 years. I am building credit after financial hardship and the mailer from John Mac was the 1st one I received in my mailbox. Atmosphere at dealership was great, I think I laughed and joked with 5-7 of the staff here. I didn't think I would get a vehicle that day but I did! What an experience. I have been waiting since spring to receive a check from the cancellation of my extended warranties from my trade in. I have called multiple times and have been given the run around. I even went in person and was told the person I needed to speak to wasn t there. Well today I followed up from my call last week where it was finally explained to me that the person who normally completes these transactions had a turn over/out of the office. I asked last week that I be informed either way. If they were sending my check out or needed something else from me. No one called. I called back today and finally was able to speak to the person who was filling me. She was nice and explained once again what had been going on. I didn t have an issue with that, I just would have appreciated some communication. I then called back and asked for Dan, the finance manager as I was told. And told him that I understood that there was a turn over or whatever they were experiencing and asked since I had been waiting for months, if I would be competing anyway. He cut me off NO did you speak to her? did she say she will handle it? In which I replied yes and he then says that s it, you ll get all of your money and stated to him that they had been collecting interest from my money for months and just hung up. Dan was rude. And I truly understand we are in a pandemic and that jobs are turning over, but they didn t have an issue receiving my money from the warranty company, just an issue giving it to me. A season and a half has passed and I ve been waiting, being given the run around instead of someone just being honest from the beginning.

With kids, it is nearly impossible to spend time at the dealer. They were motivated to make a good deal on our 2017 Pacifica. Jim aka "Ski" greeted me before I even entered the building with a warm smile and a firm handshake. Ski was very helpful and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. I can't stop bragging about how "cool" Ski was and how hard he worked to get me the best deal possible which was exactly what I was looking for. Very good experience working with Naperville Chrysler Jeep Dodge and Ram. I am a repeat customer. Used to be a GM guy but I am now firmly with Dodge and when I look at upgrading again, it will be with Naperville Chrysler Jeep Dodge and Ram.

I rarely ever write reviews, but feel this time is...

I rarely ever write reviews, but feel this time is necessary. We purchased a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Limited in July 2018 and the sales experience was okay at best. Reid Levin, our sales person, was somewhat knowledgeable, but definitely not an expert by any means. He did his best to hurry us in and out which I appreciate, but when we stopped by a couple months later when we were experiencing a problem (and it was after service hours), he pretty much ignored us and didn't want to help us in the rain. By early 2019, we started experiencing a mysterious engine stalling problem with the car where all power is lost while driving making it very unsafe to maneuver off the road with no controls and cars flying by. We took it in for service and were told that they needed to contact Chrysler Technical Service for help and that we should not drive the car due to safety. At this point they gave us a loaner car, but it could only seat 2 adults and 2 children with car seats...not enough for our family's daily usage!! A few days later without any movement on repairing the car, the service adviser recommends that we call Chrysler Corporate customer service direct to hopefully speed up the process. Next we call Chrysler Corporate and they tell us they are going to try and help and also talk to the dealer about a larger loaner car, but after another couple days still no movement on repairs and we're still stuck with a small loaner car. We called Chrysler Corporate back the next day and later in the day receive a call from the service adviser telling us Chrysler Corporate has decided to not authorize any repairs because the issue can't be reproduced even though they told us the previous week the same issue happened to them when test driving the car. Furthermore the service adviser says we can pick up the car that same night any time up until 8:30pm and when we arrive around 7:30pm, nobody can find the paperwork and finally after 20 minutes of waiting, they find the keys, but still have no service paperwork. Needless to say, we left the dealer that night and decided to trade the car a few days later and be done with this dealer and Chrysler.

I have never experienced such terrible customer service. After jump starting my car from a dead battery I took it in on a Wednesday night and set up an appointment for Thursday morning. My service advisor, Keith Larkin, assured me that they would work on the car and give me a call when it was ready. Five hours go by and still no call so I decide to call them and could only reach Keith s voicemail. I left a message asking for him to call back ASAP, which he didn t. He finally calls back 9 hours after my appointment time telling me the car would be ready in the morning.

The next day I hear nothing so I call them at 11:30 and Keith says it ll be ready in an hour and he ll text me when it s ready. Two hours go by and still nothing so I call him. No answer. Another hour goes by and I call again and Keith says it s been ready and that I must not have gotten his text.

I show up at the dealership with my father to pick up the car and after they lost our paperwork we finally get our bill which was $340. Of that total, $142 was for some special battery and was the only one that fit into my car. Then we noticed there was a $135 charge to test the original battery to see if it was still good. We brought up our concerns to Keith and asked why they needed to test the original battery and charge us $135 if we already knew it was a bad battery. He responded by saying, well do YOU work for free? We were shocked that he would use such a condescending tone with us when we just asked a simple question. He was nothing but hostile with us about the bill and kept repeating his question, do YOU work for free? .

We ended up settling our bill in our favor which we were happy about but the service we were provided to get there was like nothing I ve ever experienced before. I will never return to this dealership and if I could persuade even one person to do the same I d consider it a success. Please save your time, money, and sanity and visit a dealership that cares for its customers.

Avoid the service department here. They completely lack any structured system/process for dealing with customers/warranty claims. I was given the runaround, making a total of 5 trips to this dealership for this single issue. When they finally performed the work, they left screws from the gauge cluster in the leather shift boot of the vehicle. Ryan was the only employee I worked with that was helpful, although evident he didn't have a process to follow he was able to use good common sense to have my issue addressed. If the sales department is anything like the service department I would avoid this dealership like the plague.

I would never recommend this dealership to ANYONE. offered what I would consider an offensive amount for our trade, even after I showed him two offers from other dealerships giving me a fair price for my trade. Bob the saleman is smug and really didn t want to help us out from the beginnng. Inventory is small and doesn t have a great variety. The Jeep in Downers Grove is the place to go. I m not sure how this place is still open if that s how they treat potenical customers. Go at your own risk and if you do go try and stay away from Bob (old rude guy)
