Took my car for first 5000 miles service. This was a nightmare. My appointment was at 12:30 got there at 11:45 . They took the car in was told that this was not going to be a long process at 2:00 I checked to see how much longer. With a smile,the car would be out shortly. Well at 2:30 they took the car back after I got really upset. 3 1/2 hrs later all that was done was an oil change and inspection. This was really unacceptable. Never lie to the customer, tell us the truth and just keep us posted to the situation
