Quick check-in and shuttle. I wasn't surprised the car would need to stay over weekend. Fortunately, shuttle service was available. The driver, Eli, was a very pleasant person, which made the drive through Northside traffic seem to pass quickly.

**Beware of the service department **

I was told I needed a transmission flush and coolant flush on my fusion. I personally watched the oil change guy only drain my coolant from the radiator and not flush it (no machine used) from the whole engine. He did the same for my transmission, only drained a little from a drain plug and didn t flush all the lines and inside the transmission. I was even charged the price of 12 qts of fluid when they didn t even use half. Yes, I m a woman but I m not stupid, my daddy thought me how to work on cars the correct way. ***Buyer beware of these guys they will sell you a load of goods and not deliver.***

After visiting 4 other dealerships we stopped at Nalley at the request of my wife. We new the exact vehicle that we were there to see and Vernon met us at the door. He was incredibly polite and listened to us and he showed us truck we came to see but did not try to push another vehicle on us when it looked like the truck was going to cost too much for our budget. The finance department was phenomenal and bent over backwards to make the deal work for us.

Service department was used three in the last quar...

Service department was used three in the last quarter and every time I have received sub-par communication on the status for my vehicle. First time my vehicle was not finished before closing, which would not have been an issue if they would have told me about it so I could have made arrangements for an alternate vehicle. After I called to get a hold of them, a rental car was furnished until my car was repaired. Second incident was when I called to receive an estimate to fix a broken passenger window. They quoted me on a three day job, $580 and would not be able to match the factory tint.I had it repaired and a different shop for half the price in under a day with a matching tint. The third incident was three months later when an appointment specialist contacted me on a few recalls that were covered under warranty and that would be repaired free of charge. When speaking with the representative, I informed them that my vehicle was over 100k miles, and was most likely out of warranty specs. Again I was assured that my vehicle was under warranty and would be repaired free of charge to me. The next day I showed up at 7:30am to the service department and was filling out paper work with the service representative noticed that I over 100k miles and informed me that the vehicle was no longer covered under warranty. So overall when it comes to repair your vehicle, Nalley Ford can preform any repair and get it done correctly, though if you would like accurate communication or the repairs done in a timely fashion my suggestion would be to shop around.

I love Jason !!! He is everything . I am a woman and hate dealing with maintenance and i feel like people try to get over on me but he does not . He is honest and up front and I choose him every time over anybody . If you need service go see Jason !! Quick shuttle also back to work or hang out in the lounge.

If I could've given this dealership ZERO stars I would have. This was the worst car buying experience ever! We conversed back and forth with the salesman for a week about what we could afford and what our plan was. I was trading my new edge for a Camry I saw on their website and the money left over we were going to put kn a down payment on a truck for my hubby. We were reassured by the salesman everything was set up all we needed to do was come up there. We drove almost 3 hours thinking all we had to do was sign. We get there to find out they sold the Camry we wanted and tried to sell us cars of lesser value. I stuck to my guns and didnt settle. They had already ran my credit 9 times 2 days prior which DROPPED my credit score 15 points bc of it!!!! They came in and said I didnt have credit or couldn't find it for whatever reason. I gave them my Info again and they found what they needed. Needless to say they couldn't work a deal to what we originally agreed and we walked out!!!! We spent 12 hours out of our day and a tank of gas wasted. This place is so unorganized and tells you whatever you want to hear to get you on the door. We are very disappointed in the service we received!

Overall experience was A+!!!
From the moment I walked in the door, these guys really set a new standard for The Car Buying Experience.
I didn't feel pushed to buy, they listened to what I wanted, they made feel like I was in the driver's seat..and now I really am in the driver's seat of my 2018 Mustang!!!

ABSURDLY DISHONEST, UNETHICAL, AND DECEITFUL, STAY AWAY! I was working with Lyntrail Landry and Muhammad Umair on a Jeep Wrangler purchase. I paid $150 out of pocket for a local inspector to evaluate and came to a verbal agreement with Muhammad to purchase. I was emailed the quote at approximately 9:30 AM the following morning and agreed to proceed, immediately submitting my financial information via their website as requested by Muhammad. My application for finance was submitted within 30 minutes of receiving the quote and I was contacted by the fiance department thanking me within 15 minutes and saying that Muhammad would call back shortly. This all occurred before 11 AM. Over the next several hours, I left numerous phone messages for both Lyntrail and Muhammad asking for a status update as I spent a lot of time and research on this particular vehicle, not to mention paying out of pocket for an inspection. Finally at 7:45 PM I was able to get someone in the sales department on the phone who informed me that the vehicle had been sold. Suddenly, and magically, a vehicle that was sitting on the lot for over 2 and a half weeks was suddenly sought after and purchased in the window of a few hours. Mohammad didn't even offer a courtesy call to explain what happened. Clearly he used my time, money, and financial application as leverage on another buyer. This is extremely unethical and I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I am very impressed with the service department at...

I am very impressed with the service department at Nalley Ford. Until recently I had been using Hennessy Ford for service on my 2017 Ford Escape - since Hennessy is the closest dealership to my house. However, my service experiences there were just terrible! I will not go into detail - but over a period of a couple of years my bad experiences included rude service advisors, problem misdiagnosis, delays in returning my vehicle, and charging me for items that I didn't need. So (finally) I decided to try Nalley. They are located a bit further away from my house but I was determined to try something different. I have been to Nalley twice now and my experiences there have been like night and day compared to Hennessy. I have dealt with three service advisers so far (Brian, Mary, and Marc). All three have been extremely courteous and professional - and have not tried to upsell me on things that I don't need. The service technicians seem very competent and effective and the results have been outstanding. I will definitely use Nalley to service my vehicle in the future!

I think everyone in the service department is nice and friendly. I brought my vehicle in yesterday-1/24/17 to have the oil changed. My appointment was for 8:00am. I arrived around 7:45am and they happily took my car to start the oil change. I was hoping that I would be out within an hour. Not so. I saw people who arrived after me leave before me. So, after two hours of waiting, with no one coming to let me know what was going on, I went to find out what was taking so long. Now, I know my car is not a Ford. I come here because I like the service and the environment and the employees are great. Back to my concern, I was informed that they had to have the oil used for my car brought in and it was to arrive shortly. Why wasn't I told sooner that there would be a delay? That would have given me the option of choosing to wait or go somewhere else. I thought this was extremely unprofessional. I was offered a car wash, but that was already supposed to be included with the service. I declined the car wash and stated I would like to leave as soon as the car was finished. About 15 minutes later, my car was done. Then there seemed to be some issue with the work order. I was given my keys and was told I was free to go. Heck, I almost got away with a free oil change. But, I didn't. The honest person I am told the gentleman I still had to pay. There were some sort of adjustments that needed to be done (not sure what they were) and I was finally able to pay. I left with no car wash, and two and a half hours of my time lost. I am not sure I will return. It would be nice if I (and future customers) could be informed of any delay while having our vehicles serviced. I would like to reiterate, the people I came into contact with were nice and seemed like they wanted to help. Please work on communication.

This is the third time I brought my car for servic...

This is the third time I brought my car for service to Nalley Ford in Sandy Springs. This time confirmed my suspicion of up selling for parts and service not required. I received an estimate to replace my battery due to corrosion. However, when I stated that I just purchased a new battery from Nalley Ford just several months ago, the service changed to cleaning the battery terminals versus replacement. There were other services (fuel cleaning services, transmission flush, etc) that were suggested to the tune of $1000. These services may be warranted, but at this point i need a second opinion due to the lack of trust I have with this service department. Also, I'm not comfortable that the service advisors and the technicians are on the same page. Additionally, the wait time is too long considering my previous scheduled appointment. One of my wait times in the past was over four hours in which they did not charge me for the service. Considering this Ford dealership is not the closet (from Marietta) I am looking for a new home to service my vehicle.

I was given an awesome price on my front brake service and they quickly let me know about my recall on my door latches it did take a little more time to fix but in my weight they were able to shuttle me to a local restaurant and shuttle me back when I was finished and the car service was supreme also at the end of my service when it was time to pay when I had a problem with the total they quickly fixed it with out making me feel like something was wrong with me. I believe that Nally Ford strives to make the customer happy.

I had one of the smoothest car buying experiences I've ever had at Nalley Ford. My salesperson, Stiles, was able to gather information about what I was looking for in a vehicle and quickly find the perfect vehicle for me. Stiles took the time to explain all of the vehicle features to me and made sure to answer all my questions. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and look forward to returning to the dealership for my routine maintenance!

Although my issue did not get fixed completely, my service advisor Mary, was excellent. She was very professional and did absolutely everything that she could do to assist with my issue. I have nothing but great things to say about her. I was told that the tech couldn't do anything more to fix the gap between my headlight and bumper that was there when the car was manufactured. Again, this is not the fault of the dealership, but with Ford. I just wish that the fitment issue with my headlight and bumper would have been completely resolved. I would have given 5 stars had it actually been fixed.

We had a great experience at Nalley Ford Sandy Springs. Called multiple dealerships and could not beat the price. They had a huge selection of Mustangs, bigger than any in the area. I would have gave them five stars except it took over 2.5 hours to get through financing and detailing after we had already agreed on a price. We were from out of the area and we ended up hitting rush hour traffic even though we should have been gone an hour and a half earlier. Overall though, I would go back to them to purchase another Mustang.

Mary Sharp helped with scheduling the recall on my Escape as well as the 30,000 mile service. She scheduled a rental car for me and the service was completed earlier than predicted. Thank you Mary.

Driver's window would not go up, 2nd visit for this. This time you said it was a broken weld inside the driver's door that mounts the window regulator. That I'd need to go to another Ford dealer with a body shop. Well, the other dealer said it was NOT a failed weld, just a failed part, and you could have done the work yourselves and saved me time and trouble. Bad misdiagnosis (on your second try).

Jesse and his Team of Technical advisors(Men & Women) @ Nalley Ford Sandy Springs have the Best customer care from any other Ford Service team in Sandy Springs, Chamblee, Doraville & greater ATLanta. I have been a Ford guy for 30 yrs. and IT Pro. This is The Most Clean & Technically advance Shop in the area. The Drive-up garage has No-wait line @ all, you pull up and the Firestation type Garage door rolls up automatically in 5 seconds. You have no-wait for 'Take-in or Dropp-off, its faster than a Fast food drive thru or coffee shop line. Like a well prepared meal @ Ruth Chris or Chops Steakhouse in Buckhead, the main entree takes time to cook. From day 1 of my 1st visit last year, absolute customer service focus & PROfessionalism & courtesy. Plus they have an awesome waiting room and bevearage bar with real comfy seating, a hub for laptop plug in, WiFi and 2 x 50 inch flatscreens and really nice clean bathrooms. Plus they are completely web & mobile friendly, you can book online and paperless.Having had lived and worked in ATL metro for last 24 yrs I absolutely recommend it to you even if you don't drive a Ford or Lincoln, 10 Stars ********** ... I also recommend all you other service guys in the area come thru and take notes, this is how you do it!!!

Truck didn't start last Thursday. With the help of Road Side, took it to Nalley Ford, two friendly Labradors in the cab. Service Rep told me he couldn't help me as it was already 0530p and they would be closing an hour later (!). Didn't offer any solution other than to leave the car with them. He couldn't get me the "shuttle service" either, since the dogs were with me and some people might have allergies. Drove home. Called the next day and left several messages with their call center to arrange for an appointment. Never received a call back. Got the Truck running again, drove to Nalley Ford and expressed my disappointment regarding the service experience so far. The otherwise friendly service rep asked me why I would be back if I didn't like it the previous day. While they took my vehicle in, I was called into the office of the Service Manager, who i.e. didn't believe i called for an appointment at all and stated he wouldn't understand why I would be there if I didn't like the service experience. (!) Well, we bought four cars at the previous dealership, Sandy Springs Ford, loved their service and I have an extended warranty on my Truck.
The Manager went on to explain that the warranty would be honored at any Ford Dealership, I wouldn't have to go to Nalley for this. After an hour or so, I learned that the culprit was only a completely depleted battery and my vehicle was returned, even a bit cleaned. Summary: All anger apart- the customer service was absolutely unprofessional (diplomatically speaking) and though I know they have some good people I wouldn't recommend going there. My relationship with this dealership has ended for good. I have (re-) learned a lot, though- fix the easier problems yourself, the convenience of having somebody doing it for you might not be convenient at all.

I drove down from Charlotte NC to purchase my new Ford Fusion. Nalley Ford (Dwight Wood) worked with me to help save me thousands! It was well worth the drive to buy from Nalley. I purchased the car via the internet and telephone and when I showed up at the dealer, my car was ready and it only took 25 minutes to finish the paperwork (big thanks to the great job Ollin did!) and be back on the road home.

He helped find the perfect car for me and never once made me feel bad that I couldn't afford what I really wanted. Instead he suggested the 2017 Escape and I LOVE it. I will never own a European car again. I love my Escape and I appreciate the INCREDIBLE experience I had. Thank you guys! I love my new ride!

After looking online for a Honda we ended up on the Sandy Springs website. They had a car that we were interested in so we went to their location. Unfortunatly, it wasnt to our liking when we saw it , so the sales consultant took our name and number and told us if there was a car that came in within our budget and needs he would call us. We got that call and went back it was perfect , just what we needed for our daughter which would be her first car at 16. We ended up buying the car and feel like we wernt pressured to make a decision. The process was simple, quick and easy . Ray the sales person was very pleasant and friendly , he answered all of our questions and our buying experience was amazing !

very cavalier about finding part. It took the intervention of the Service Manager for a part to be found in the Ford network after the car had been in the shop for a week. The answer I received from the parts dept was the part was on back order and not available until Aug 17. I found that to be very unresponsive and contacted the Manager. Part found next morning and expedited in and installed in next morning.

I live approximately 2 hours from this dealership and was attempting to work something out prior to making the drive. They had a used truck that was what I was looking for and contacted the dealership to speak with a sales person. I spoke with someone and started the conversation concerning the truck.

I have received almost no communication since the first time I spoke to the sales person. I have asked several times via text asking for an update and get almost nothing. If they are unable to meet my needs I am OK with that but just tell me. The in-person experience reviews for the dealership are great however I would not recommend long distance communications.

**Update**
I contacted the dealership as asked I have been working with Ross Hammer. So far he has exceeded my expectations and even if I don t purchase a vehicle I would recommend him to anyone.

Jeremy (service advisor) is one of those professionals I have ever seen in my life. He is a great consultant and he is very gentle. I have a Ford Fusion SE 2012 using that to get to work. It had a battery drainage problem. Jeremy and the Nalley's technician found it for me in a day and it was because of its ABS. I could fix my car with the lowest price and highest quality.
They also fixed Air Bag issue which caused the Air Bag be on.

Otherwise My experience was great. Loved working with Mary, The services were completed in a timely manner for a few dollars less than quoted. Always nice.
I plan to continue bringing my Ford to Nalley for any needed service.

The level of customer service is what sets Nalley Ford apart. They explained everything to me and the estimates were exact charges - there were no surprises. I'll continue to take my vehicle to Nalley for all future service needs. They are doing it right.

i had a horrible experience at this dealership!! They had a used car on craigslist for 7995.00 i was given a out the door price of 7500.00! I drove 2 1/2 hours to get there drove the car and made an offer on the car. then told the out the door price had gone up nearly 2000.00 i would NEVER recomend this place to anyone it was not the salesman i might add it was the sales mgr. what a rude individual!!

Without doubt, the fastest most stress free car buying experience I have ever had! I requested right from the first not to be pressured. Said they wouldn't and they didn't. I would not have bought the car if they had.

Ryan, Steve, Jose, the entire crew were just super! Gave me a fair price, a great vehicle, and what I wanted for my trade in.

Excellent dealership. I will most certainly buy from them again and will definitely recommend to all my friends!

Be very careful when dealing with Mike in finance. Regardless of what price you agreed on with the guys in sales, this guy Mike will undoubtedly make up lies and stories to add extra fees to the bottom line.

I don't know if this is standard procedure but it all seemed very planned and routine.

Friendly sales man Dennis and easy process. They were straight forward in our financing options and finding the best fit for our situation. Good overall experience and would buy from here again. Only bad thing was a lot of waiting, but it was a Saturday on a holiday weekend so have to take that into consideration.

I feel that I owe another review since I slightly criticized them from my previous visit. This time around, I was VERY WELL taken care of (and I know working in customer service is difficult nowadays as customers get nastier, more unreasonable, and have larger egos). Joseph Robbins was the all star during this visit. I had my infant with me and I was there for a warranty oil change. He kept me up to date on where my Explorer was and even stopped by to say hi to my little girl. He also had my car brought around when I got there so I didn't have to load the car seat and baby bag back in just to drive it 50 ft. Much appreciated, sir. You have restored my confidence back in this service center. I don't expect/need to be treated like an honored guest, but I certainly don't want to be treated like I don't matter (per previous visit). Again, thank you!

06/28/18 - Just had additional service with Nalley Ford and still the great experience as I had last year. My Service Rep Mary was great! Everything was done as I wished, got my truck back the same day and the price was right. Thanks again!

06/2017 I had a surprisingly pleasant service experience at Nalley Ford! From the moment I arrived I was greeted warmly, guided through the whole process, courtesy car carried me to work, was called with updates as promised, the cost was exactly what was expected and my F150 was ready exactly when promised. Thank you Jesse, Jeremy, Justin and the pleasant young lady who drove me to work. Big Kudos!!

Reservation system does not seem to work very well. I called days early and reserved a time slot of 8:30 am. I waited 4 hr.s for them to do maintenance that should have only taken a couple of hours at most. And to make matters worse, Sandy Springs Ford misdiagnosed the problem previously and that cost $100+extra. Very disappointed.

I mean just look at all of the negative reviews on this place and their ownership, Asbury Automotive. It should speak volumes.. GM, Jose Morazan hangs up the phone on people and is completely disrespectful to customers. Dealership won t communicate on what s diagnosed or repairs made under warranty until after the repair is completed. Even then I had to follow up to find out what was going on with vehicle. Dealership is extremely rude to customers and completely deceitful. Because I called them out on all of this, I was told not to return to the dealership. They even threatened to tow my vehicle to a junk yard. Dealership sold me a Lemon. 15,500 miles and the car has had SIX repairs made for transmission issue. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Worked out a signed deal with the sales manager and they backed out of the deal and did not deliver. Instead, tried to try and sell me another vehicle that was higher priced. Very dishonest practices. Am reporting to Georgia Consumer Protection Division.

Purchased pre-owned vehicle. Found online and went in for a test drive. Very pleasant and no pressure. I went back for a second test drive and still had some thinking to do. Still no real pressure which was great. When I finally did decide to get the car it was easy and the normal dealership car purchasing experience. The only thing I can say that I did not appreciate was that once the price/warranty were what I thought were finalized, I went into the finance managers office and was once again having to look at negotiating warranty stuff. I realize this is just how all dealerships do it since they make lots of money on warranties but I didn't like that. Otherwise, very friendly and very helpful sales staff. Even helped me set up my handsfree/dashboard stuff which I really appreciated!

Do not get your car serviced here. The service department is full of the most broken processes I've ever seen. I'm trying to give them my money to fix my car and they just can't seem to get anything done. Without a doubt the worst place to take your car unless you feel like wasting time.

Vernon was very helpful in finding the vehicle that I wanted. He had two on the lot that were what I was looking for and was very accommodating. We had spent some time looking at both vehicles and he had figures on both vehicles cost for me while I was deciding. The sales staff was very fair in the offer they had provided me for the vehicle I was getting rid of. Ivan was also very helpful in the process, he would stop in see how everything was going, and provided top notch service. Both members of the sales team ensure that the sales process was painless and explained the whole thing along the way. The Financial Director was fantastic. He sat down and broke all of the figures down, and allowed me the time needed to complete everything from my end.

I have been very satisfied with the service provided during this sale and would recommend them to friends and family looking to buy a Ford. Thank you again for the great service.

I am quite pleased with the service Dept at Nalley Ford. They have been far and away better than what I have experienced in the past. Evidently, this is not your Daddies Ford service Dept. They have done a nice job of keeping me informed, and more importantly actually repairing the car.
Not once have I heard They all do that .

The staff here is amazing. Nick Prince, my sales rep showed me every mustang on the lot due to my indecisiveness. I never felt pressured to buy and he found me exactly the car I was looking for. Once we found the car, finance took over. All I have to say is Jose is a miracle worker. Nick sold me the car for a lower price than I could find anywhere else (i searched GA,SC,AL,and TN) and Jose (finance) worked until he found a great rate event though i don't have the best credit (fair to poor). They gave me more than a fair amount for my trade in and made the numbers work for me. I will never buy a car anywhere else!!! Thanks Nick and Jose!!!!!
