Although my issue did not get fixed completely, my service advisor Mary, was excellent. She was very professional and did absolutely everything that she could do to assist with my issue. I have nothing but great things to say about her. I was told that the tech couldn't do anything more to fix the gap between my headlight and bumper that was there when the car was manufactured. Again, this is not the fault of the dealership, but with Ford. I just wish that the fitment issue with my headlight and bumper would have been completely resolved. I would have given 5 stars had it actually been fixed.
