very cavalier about finding part. It took the intervention of the Service Manager for a part to be found in the Ford network after the car had been in the shop for a week. The answer I received from the parts dept was the part was on back order and not available until Aug 17. I found that to be very unresponsive and contacted the Manager. Part found next morning and expedited in and installed in next morning.
