One of the best truck buying experiences I have had in my 53 years. All of the people were very pleasant. They were also very transparent with the whole transaction. Also had a huge and wide selection of inventory. I had no reason to go anywhere else. They helped me find what fit me and my needs. Then they set my purchase up the way I wanted it. Perfect. By the way guys, I Love my new truck. You all nailed it. This is where I will buy my next one without a doubt.

Horrible customer service, when they make a mistake be prepared to be told "it's your fault". My fault they didn't put the correct tag on the truck, my fault for not calling sooner (called several times and messages not returned).

I've purchased several vehicles from them over the years. Mistakes and problems every time and blaming rather than resolving. Telling you a vehicle is there in stock then all a sudden when you drive there "it's on hold for someone else". Lots of games.

This picture is their "drive out tag" and when I confronted them I couldn't get a word in on their "title lady" I literally had to yell "can you shut up for one second" and she hung up on me after telling me it's MY FAULT they didn't do their job and I should've called sooner. Then instead of a solution she hung up on me.

We bought a 2016 ford f450 xlt today and I couldn t have been more pleased. Steve Johnson, Michael, & John we re super to deal with. If your looking for a used truck do yourself a favor and stop by J.W. They have just about every truck model and multiples of them. I was looking at f450 s in particular but drove a ram too so I was able to compare them especially since they let me drive them( without a salesperson) so I could decide what I liked and wasn t pushed towards one truck. Horrible experience. My husband paid cash for his 2014 26ft international 4300 box truck. Was told the brake system would be fix before purchase. After returning the truck twice after the third time of picking up the truck they promise of brake system was fix. Giving money back for a dot annual inspection, because of a ridiculous amount of rotor and brake pad repair cost we refuse to let them replace. Was force to search around and found out all other professional deiseal truck shops had a significant cheaper price!
Month later after having the truck the same brake problems that J.W promise was fix, was NOT! Tired of dealing with there lies and loosing money for our business, we took it to another shop they discovered the brake system had been RIGGED! Not mentioning nothing about what we had went threw with J.W, We was shown exactly what was rigged on our brake system and it was gonna be extremely hard to found that very part with out the purchase of entire setup. well part was found got it fix CORRECTLY!
We have been running our trucking business with this truck everyday for two months now NO problem at all !
BEWARE OF J.W TRUCK SALES "BOX TRUCKS" They are not fully repairing these trucks from the auction !! BEWARE BEWARE

Great service, no hassle. Sales staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They made the whole process easy and with being from out of state, I was reluctant but as soon as you meet the staff you know your in good hands.

Surprised at the good reviews. My husband had bad experiences everytime he went to lot. My husband was looking at a truck on their lot. He was talking to a salesman and had given his information for financing. He gave my information just in case he needed a co-signer. The saleman informed him that everything was fine and he got financing with farm bureau in his name. My husband stated he would take truck and would be there the next morning with down payment and to sign papers, saleman said that was fine. The next morning as my husband was dressing to drive from sc to ga the salesman called saying the truck was sold. My husband found another truck on website he was interested in and drove out there that afternoon to see what was on lot. Truck was still in lot with sold sign that day. He was unable to find anything that interested him and the saleman stated that they were due a shipment of trucks the next week. My husband drove from sc to ga on day after he was assured shipment would be there. Truck he was interested in was still in lot with sold sign after a week. Note on truck said for questions see Ed. Well my husband began asking about it to another guy and he didn't have any clues said he would need to ask man who sold it my husband asked him his name and the guy said Ed. My husband said your the guy that sold it don't you know anything about it? Apparently he did not and they hadn't recieved any new shipments and they said they didn't have any new inventory scheduled to come. They only kept pushing other trucks not listed with as good pricing as first one... Everything just seemed so weird with the whole story and dealership....especially when my husband found another truck he wanted and contacted farm bureau to see if they could help with that sale at another lot. He was telling financing about the story with the first truck and farm bureau stated that the salesmen told them that my husband had changed his mind about the truck. After hearing that my husband drove back by weeks after and the truck was still on lot with sold sign. The financing company stated that they had other issues with sales falling through and they had concerns about lot too. Fortunately my husband found another truck at another lot used farm bureau for financing woth no issues or co-sifner needed. After all this I now have a hard inquiry from this questionable dealer. They never informed my husband they needed to run my credit and even when they "sold" their bait truck it was to my husband under his name only. My credit shouldn't even have been run. Another "funny" thing.....almost 2 months after my husband and I both get letters apologizing that they were unable to finance the truck from dealer. My husband got a more expensive newer truck with NO downpayment needed on his own through farm bureau (which was who was going to finance the truck from this lot). I don't know what the deal is here but if it looks crooked, feels crooked and acts crooked then it probably is crooked. At least we found an excellent company to help with financing for any other work trucks my husband needs and we know one place to not look cause buisness is good and more vehicles are in the future for our buisness.

After agreeing on a price my deal was submitted to the bank at $3k above. Salesman never shook my hand nor looked me in the eye and kept calling me buddy . Never visiting again. Wasted 3 hours there.

Tom Beveridge, Roland Johnson and the team here at JW Truck sales. We checked it out and drove it, everything worked as it should and unit was tight. They gave me a quick out the door price, I countered and we meet in the middle quickly. I don t like to waste time and they made sure I didn t waste any. Very seldom leave reviews either, but I was impressed enough with the operation that I would recommend anybody to buy a truck from them.

We bought three new trucks for our company fleet. Pricing was competitive and they have a huge selection of commercial vehicles to choose from. Showroom is inviting and very comfortable for customers. We did have problems with one of the trucks right after driving it off the lot, but i got in touch with Tom and he said they would take a look at it and see what was going on. They found that the tires were cupping and the hub in the driver side front wheel was going bad, and also a U-joint was wearing out but wasn t completely wore out yet. They replaced all four tires and hub, and we will schedule the U-joint replacement in the next couple of days when the part comes in, and this will all be done with no additional cost to us. Tom and the whole JW Truck Sales team were very easy to deal and i left feeling i got a great deal on three new fleet vehicles. I will definitely be contacting Tom and JW Truck Sales in the future for trucks that we need to add to our fleet.

JW Truck Sales did not disclose issues with a truck we purchased. We were able to confirm with other parties that JW was aware of the issue, but decided not to disclose them. When asked to fix the issues, they refused. When the threat of a lawsuit came up they decided to offer and fix the issues. After weeks of waiting, they finally told us that our truck was ready and everything was fixed. After we picked up the truck, within an hour we discovered that it was not fixed and some of the parts were not even assembled correctly. Members of JW Truck Sales have been less than honest and I would never recommend trusting them. I only wished that I had read an article from a couple in Canada and how they were treated and cheated before I decided to by from them! There are plenty of other honest dealers out there to go to. Do yourself a favor and do not do business with JW!

I have not talked to anyone yet, but I just want to say just by looking at the RESPONSES from the company to these bad reviews is not professional at all, your NEVER suppose to argue with a customer just try to resolve the issue the best way you can but the way they arguing back with them shows me I don t want any dealings with this company, just my opinion.
