This was THE BEST experience at a car dealership we've ever had. My husband and I came in to look at the new explorers. Doug was our salesman and he was WONDERFUL. I've never met a car salesman so friendly and willing to work with us. He was also very friendly and kind to our two children and extremely accommodating. This is not a typical car dealership, as we have dealt with many others in the past that were just out to make a quick buck. Everyone we spoke with was extremely down to earth, personable, and helpful. We will be return customers in the future. Thank you for being such a wonderful and trustworthy group of individuals. This family is more than appreciative!

Great staff - every person who assisted my mother and myself were pleasant to deal with and knowledgeable when questions were asked - from the initial reception to final instructions of delivery of vehicle were handled like I was family - there was no down time at all when it came to processing purchase - made me feel like they really appreciated my business and most of all my time! This is a company that delivers the customer service experience and when someone needs a new car, this will be my first recommendation to anyone.

This is the second F150 I have purchased from Greene Ford and my wife bought a car for her daughter there as well. I have nothing but positive to say from the time you walk in the front door to you drive off with a new car all the folks are friendly and helpful.Jason and Lori were my sales folks and knew the option and the inventory well, both bent over backwards help. Travis in the back office was super helpful as well and very quick with the paperwork.

The piece that was the most impressive was I traded in my old F150 and needed some help with a couple items with it the person that helped me was Mr Greene he jumped in with both feet was great!!

I wish I ve could give them zero stars. My husband called them to schedule the oil change. Joey (?) told my husband to come at 2 pm they have openings. When we got there very rude guys told us we have to wait 2 and a half hour.no openings. I ve never seen so bad and rude service in my whole life.

This was my second visit since purchasing used 201...

This was my second visit since purchasing used 2015 Ford Escape in April with extended 7 year warranty.. First visit was because check engine light was on. They found the problem and fixed it no charge. This second visit was to get my free oil change for purchasing the car. Doug even plugged a nail in one tire that kept losing air, free of charge. I appreciate that very much. I plan to be a regular customer for service.

Their hospitality and service was quick and respectful. I came in with a Carfinance Certificate, they verified and honored it, I left in a few hours with a new car!! Lori Cook with over 20 years experience provided me with step by step and even helped me sync my device and showed me where everything was in my new Ford. Aaron Hughes made it even more exciting, he was patient and took the time to address all my concerns thoroughly with the best warranties. Thank you Green Ford!!

After making several attempts for them to fix the recall on the door locks I finally got them almost done although that came at the cost of my driver's side door handle being broken off and when I brought it to there attention one manager took a five second look at it and said "that's been glued" well knowing I hadn't glued it I figured he meant by them and he told me to call the service manager the next day ...so I did and as I was telling him what happened he said yeah the glued door handle I said yes he said we don't glue stuff around here and offered to sell me a new one ...I didn't break it and I have carried the part to several different places and no one can find any where it's been glued ...why couldn't he just say that the person fixing it used it to push himself back to his feet when he was finished working on it and it broke off instead I was treated like I was ignorant and didn't matter. So when you come back on here with your "I apologise that you had a bad experience bull" its gonna take more than that to make up for your incompetence and that of your service team.

I recently purchased a used truck from Greene Ford. My salesman was Jay Kimmel. He was friendly, curteous, and very helpful.
Overall I was pleased with the experience and felt that I got a good deal on my trade-in and on the truck I purchased.
The process was quick and 'painless' compared to many other car buying experiences I've had in the past, at other dealerships.

Completely incompetent staff both sales and management. I called to obtain a price quote to order a 2019 Super Duty as I live in Illinois and they are in Georgia. (They are known for great pricing) I was told I would need to come in to obtain a price quote, its a lengthy process and not something they would do without me there. (It is not a lengthy process, it takes less than 10 minutes) After discussing this further and mentioned my interest in a 2019 super duty they essentially argued with me that you can not order them for another 7 months. (This information was also completely wrong) I requested he contact the sales manager to confirm he was wrong about not being able to order a truck. He said his sales manager also confirmed they can not order them for 7 more months.
Totally incompetent sales force. I ended up ordering the truck 3 days later from another Ford dealer. Amazing how that is possible since according to Greene you can't order them for 7 months.

Avoid this dealer at all costs, they are horrendous!

[EDIT UPDATE] There is a response from "the owner" below stating they can not find my correspondence. The salesman I was working with was Michael Anderson. Feel free to contact him to find our correspondence! I assure you it happened, your team is incompetent, and as of yesterday (7-19-18) 2019 super duty's are showing up on dealer lots 3 months before your team said you could even order one. Amazing!!!!! As of what you can do, I suggest you get your sales teams heads out of their A$$ so you can make some truck sales. I have already ordered mine, and its due to arrive in one week. Sorry you have a team of idiots.

Doug, Jerry, and Travis helped me get my 2014 Mustang GT convertible. The whole process was pretty easy compared to my experiences at other car dealerships over the years. Doug, who used to help kids and veterans with dolphin therapy, is a courteous, personable, and very helpful salesman. He cares about what your buying experience is like. Jerry was super helpful in helping me get great financing through Ford. Travis made the signing of paperwork fun with her great personality and warmth. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking to buy a new or used car.

Cold and Not Customer Friendly, I set up an appointment and had detail instruction on what I was expecting. I arrived 30 min early and was in line as others drove in, i was not greeted or help so I went in an spoke to Doug. He stated he would be with me shortly and I never spoke with him again, in fact the hour in half appointment went passed the time and still no one said anything to me. I finally saw the truck come forward and parked and then just paid and left. First impression make a customer or not!

I thought I had purchased a certified vehicle but there were a few problems with the car that tells me the inspector did not actual inspect everything the report says he did, broken seat and mechanical problems. Also, don't fall for the add-ons, you don't need them.

Fraudulent/ scam alert: the service crew lied. I would not recommend. The company lies about the service offered for "The Works" oil change and failed to "top off appropriate" fluids as noted on the receipt. The issue is the company lies on paper for services that are not completed. I nearly ruined my warranty because of their negligence. Go elsewhere if you are able to do so.

Grover Young is amazing!!! We met when I stopped in for a "quick peek" --after leaving and evaluating many other brands, I found it best to return to Greene Ford. Grover was easy-going & pleasant to work with. He never pushed the sale, rather he was thoughtful of my budget and what would be best for my family. I found him to be both professional and knowledgeable. I was also extremely happy with the ease of closing the deal. Finance Director, Rob Nielson, went out of his way to find the best option for me and was kind enough to field questions I had following the purchase. I paid for the $40 works package. I asked them to check my tire tread and my brakes because they are squeaking. I also had to get an oil change and I noted that my windshield wiper fluid needed to be filled. And that package, you pay for an 80 point inspection, and oil change, and top off of all fluids.

They gave me back my inspection with everything "in the green" and told me the brakes were squeaking because they were dirty.

That was over a month ago. I've washed my wheels and vehicle many times in the brakes are still squeaking and getting worse. Another shop told me I need new brakes after looking at them.
Because I've been hydroplaning in the rain, I had my tires checked at a tire shop, they showed me with the tool that my tires were so bald that they couldn't even score them.

Also, a few days after I paid for the works package, I went to go use my windshield wiper fluid, and it was still empty. I am pissed! I'm going to keep spreading the word about how crappy of a service department this is. The guy at the front counter was very kind, but I essentially paid for something I never received.

Never ever will I give this location a good word to anyone. Stay away from the service department completely!

Worst experience ever with this dealership! Took car in for guarantee kept my car for three days only to tell me a part they needed was in back order. Picked up my car and asked them to let me know when they had the part so I can bring the car back. 3weeks later never heard anything from them. Did my own research and called their own parts store and asked for the part that my car needed and they stock this part in house. Not to mention that they put three scratches on my car and still expected me to pay for their service. Stay away from this dealership!!!

Kim Porter and this dealership were amazing! They truly cared about us and not just selling a car. We went to a nearby dealership to see a specific car. They didn t even offer us a test drive or seem to care if we were on their lot. We left rather quickly and moved on to Greene s Ford, who is now our dealer of choice. We left happy and feel like we have new friends as well as a beautiful new car. The owner should be proud of his staff because they represent their employer well. We love our new car and will recommend Greene Ford to everyone we know. Integrity, friendliness, above and beyond salesmanship. Absolutely the BEST! Kim is by far the top in her field. We are grateful for her time, knowledge and willingness to work with this older couple.

Best service ever! My Escape broke down in Valdosta Ga and was at a dealership there for over 6 weeks! Once I picked it up I only made it about 60 miles before it broke down again! Since I purchased the vehicle at Greene, they bent over backwards to get my car to their service department. Fulton Arrington, Service Manager, had my car repaired - CORRECTLY - within 3 days. They also made sure I had a vehicle to drive during this ordeal. Mike Greene, Brad Roberts and Fulton Arrington are my heroes! Thank you Greene Ford for all you have done for me. I will never buy a car from anyone else. Their customers matter to them and we are family.

No one was wearing a mask.

They had no record of my truck!?!?!?!

Took two flopping hours to change the oil (and rotate tire$).

I never received a 90 point inspection receipt, but they say they check things.

TLDR; I was charged $57 to chill and wait two hours for $40 of oil to be put in my truck.

I came in just to see what my options were. With three requirements, Brian was able to hand me three options that fit perfectly in less than 2 minutes. Not pushy, really cool guy, worked with me to find something that fit into exactly what I wanted, slap full of great options. Rode out with a Lariat, a goal I never would have thought attainable with my turd quality credit score. Most definitely recommend them

We had the best experience at Greene Ford! Mack Hobby and several others at the dealership went above and beyond for us. We were traveling out of town from Florida when our truck broke down. We took it to Greene Ford but based on the age of the truck and repair costs, we looked at purchasing a new truck. Although we were not planning financially to purchase a new vehicle, Mack was able to give us a great deal so we could get the truck. We would drive all the way from FL to buy another vehicle from Mack and the great team at Greene Ford!

Our experience purchasing a new vehicle was quick, easy, open and stress free. Bryan Mulkey was our salesman and I told my husband if we didn't buy that day then we were definitely come back when he was working. He didn't pressure us into things we weren't interested in and honored our price range. We felt like the whole deal was more than fair. We were offered a great price on a trade in vehicle. I opted to add leather seats and we were able to get those installed within 2 business days while they gave us a loaner vehicle. I would recommend this dealership and Bryan to anyone.

Everything about this transaction was a pleasure... The Test Drive, the Negotiation, the Financing and the time that we drove the car home. Nothing but the highest marks for GREENE FORD!

Lori was knowledgeable and eager to help in any way possible! If every car dealership had a LORI, the experience would always be a PLEASURE!

We drove 4 hours for this purchase and would do it again to do business with LORI.

I did a lot of research on selecting a new vehicle. I started at Greene Ford and ended up at Greene Ford, after many visits to other dealerships, Ford and others. Matt was very accommodating and not pushy at all, unlike many of the others I visited. I am happy I didn't give up on Ford as my choice of vehicle and Greene Ford as the dealer. Spent a little more than I wanted to, but did get features I was looking for.

I don t write reviews very often but I thought this time that I would. My girlfriend and I had a really nice experience here. Starting from a conversation on the phone with Brad Roberts, my sales person, it was just on-going from that point. I knew in the beginning that this dealership at the car that I was looking for in stock with the options I preffered. It really came down to the right price on the car, financing options etc. I think he understood that I knew the buying process. I told him where I needed to be and he worked a deal that they and I could agree on. That simple. He did his sales part but at the same time didn t overrun me. He helped me with what we could do as buyers and what he could do as the seller.
Then comes Lady Travis It seems she was given this nickname while he was there and I loved it. She (Travis) was our finance manager. Again, she laid out all of the information for me to go over and explained the benefits of each so I could come to the right decision. smooth and simple.
This car was to be a surprise for my girlfriend so I came up one day in advance to sign all the paperwork on my end and they were able to get the car ready for my girlfriend to take a test Drive the next day. (Brad was in on the surprise) When we got back from the test drive I asked her if she was really wanting to try and buy this car. When she said yes, I handed her the keys and told her that it was hers. I had her turn around and the staff was standing in the window clapping for her. She was very emotional and it was all I could have hoped for. We went in and signed the last couple of things and were on our way. Best car buying experience ever. Enough said.

I bought a new passenger van here and the sale representative was very nice and very professional. The service department however is another story, representative was very rude and unprofessional. After i tried to explain what had happen to the Service manager he completely ignore my request and played it off like it was not a big deal. I guess they don't really care about customer support. What a horrible experience, it just left me not wanting to do any further business with them.

The drive from Gwinnett wasn't bad either...I was thinking Gainesville was MUCH further than 20 minutes. Oh...and I got a better deal too! =)

Brought car in for Oil leak, was told it was the r...

Brought car in for Oil leak, was told it was the rear main seal. Had it replace, pick up car when driving home it was making a loud sound. After pulling over to see why it was making the loud noise we notice the intake Value was not hooked up. Called and spoke with Steve in service asked if light was on, I said no. He said ok we should be good to drive it back up there. Dropped car back off to have intake hooked back up once it was done. 2 weeks later is is leaking oil as it did before.

Had daughter drop off her car there to while my car was there for it repair. Said she needed a sensor. replaced her sensor, when driving back home her car started stalling on on her while on the interstate. Had her bring car back to shop to have looked at and they had to repair the same sensor they just replaced.HUMMMMMM

2 car same place same time both had to go back for repairs crazy. Now it looks as if my will be going else where to find out why I'm leaking oil again.

I had purchased my last 4 F-150's through another dealership, but after my experience last night this will be my new go to dealership. These guys were very easy to work with and I was in and out in about 1.5 hours. I shopped three dealerships over the phone and by email before coming in. The other one in Buford I walked out of after dealing with the managers back and forth game.

My sales guy was Bryan Mulkey, who I recommend you ask you for. The buying experience was straightforward with all rebates and discounts applied. They offered me what I considered a fair trade for my current truck, and the finance guy was straight forward and not pushy with the options that were available. Highly recommend if you're looking for integrity and a stress free process.

I recently visited Greene Ford and was extremely pleased. From the minute I walked into the door until the minute we drove off the lot with my daughters car. The sales rep was great to work with, the financial staff and the general atmosphere was great as well. I recommend anyone looking for a new car to go to Greene Ford and ask for Jay Kimmel. Great salesman, very nice and easy to work with.
