I've been working with Student Services for over six years and very closely with them for over a year. They have been very attentive to our school's needs and have served us well in a variety of ways. Student Services works with us on graduation caps a gowns, announcements, diplomas, and class rings. They have also assisted us with a number of school branding initiatives. Anthony is friendly and always willing to help in any way he can.

Anthony and the student services company have done a phenomenal job with our Bethlehem Catholic Girls Basketball state championship rings over the past couple of seasons. The attention to detail and professional craftsmanship of each ring has made all our players, coaches and staff very happy. Thank you for providing excellent customer service to our program.

As a High School Principal I have worked with Student Services & Anthony for the past 15 years and am extremely pleased with the service provided. My administrative assistant, who predominantly works with the company informed me their employees are great to work with and easy to contact. I couldn't be happier with Student Services for our yearbook needs. Anthony, Laurie and the rest of the team are the friendliest, most helpful and most responsive group I have ever worked with in my 9 years as faculty advisor for my school's yearbook. In addition, their online program is easy to use, and the final product looks fantastic. This is the 7th year I have been using Student Services and they are an excellent company. I would highly recommend them.

Ordered my daughter's class ring from here. We just received it and she is very disappointed. Considering the price we paid, it looks very cheaply made. The stone was set crooked, I can't believe it passed any sort of quality inspection. The inscription is lopsided, and the side panels of the ring look sloppily applied. It looks like a ring you would get out of quarter prize machine. Sorely wish the school would have gone with Josten's.

I've had the pleasure of working with Anthony and the Student Services crew for over fifteen years, as a class sponsor and as a yearbook advisor at Norristown High School. I've always found him and the company to be professional, timely, reasonable and helpful. I sponsored three graduating classes and we used SSC for our prom and banquet favors for all three. The products were good, and Anthony always visits personally to talk with our officers and walk us through the choices and products. I've also dealt with him and SSC for the yearbook since our 2012 book. A full color 256 page beautiful book at a reasonable price, you can't go wrong! Highly recommended!

I have worked with Student Services for over five years constructing the school yearbook and Anthony and his creative team are top notch. They are always there to lend a hand to help students create the book that will leave lasting memories. Whenever I need to contact the team I get quick responses and if problems ever arise (normally our errors), they are taken care of in a timely manner. Any school thinking of switching publishing companies would be well advised to inquire about Student Services.

We bought a class ring at the end of my daughters ...

We bought a class ring at the end of my daughters Sophomore year. She was sized for the ring but yet the ring came in 1.5 sizes bigger than her finger. We had to have it sent back and it took them another 4 months to send it back, again too big. It was suggested we wait until summer to see if her finger swells and it might fit then. We put on a plastic ring guard for the rest of winter/spring and waiting until summer but yet it still did not fit.Not to mention she doesn't want to have to wear an uncomfortable ring guard. So here we are now going into my daughters Senior year of high school and still without a ring for her to wear. The company expects I should pay to ship it back to them and who knows how long it will take them to remake the ring again this time. They don't work much over summer so communication is very tough. If I had know they don't work I probably wouldn't have waited. I thought they were a normal business working normal hours. I was trying to work with them so my daughter could wear her ring since we all know most kids don't wear it much after high school. I sent emails, per what their voicemail said for quicker response and waited a week before having to send another one. Then I get a call back with attitude saying they don't work normal hours and she wasn't in until that day to respond, well what's the point of saying to send an email if you don't work or respond to them? I guess someone else checks the emails but doesn't respond and just forwards them to whatever department and then it's a waiting game on what 1 day of the week for 4 hours they will be working. I'm very frustrated at this whole process and the customer service given. Fact is we paid for a class ring a year ago and still don't have something she can wear that stays on her finger.

As a parent my advice is DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
Very disappointed with this company and their customer service, should I say lack there of! I'm sure if I was a school advisor,principal or admin that I would have gotten better customer service but since I am just a parent with a smaller order it doesn't matter.
We ordered my daughter's graduation announcements 2 months ago, with no directions on how to personalize them (ie: picture). Reached out to the company asking about our order...no response other than our order was processed and paid for.
Emailed the company, AGAIN, asking about our lack of order... no response. Website prides themselves in a fast delivery of all orders! Well, it's been over 8 weeks and we have not received our announcements or even communications from this company about them!
Just emailed again to cancel my order and get a refund but from reading other reviews from other places about this company I'm sure I will never get my money or my order.
