heb zeer slechte ervaring met de aankoop van tv 65PUS9435, ambassadeurs actie, dan verwacht ik een perfect product, waar je trots op bent. De eerste levering was verpakt in een versleten doos met gaten deze heb ik geweigerd. na veel moeite is er een tweede bezorgd, deze aangesloten maar functioneerde niet, kreeg alleen zwart beeld enkele strepen. Heb geld terug ontvangen en nu naar volle tevredenheid een SAMSUNG tv aangeschaft, helaas zonder ambilight, maar daar valt mee te leven. Ik zie nu weer een reclame op Myshop voor deze TV,mijn advies - KOOP GEEN ONLINE TV bij Myshop

Super place. Very cheap. Bought a pasta maker and a coffee maker for 200 euros, which together had a market value of 450 euros. But you have to keep an eye on the offers before you buy anything. It may well be that the older model is more expensive than the newer model. And pay close attention to the devices that have packaging damage. Just open the package to see if anything inside is damaged. They are often even cheaper. Other than that they are very friendly. Oh yes and regularly pop in to see if there is something really on offer. For the rest, have fun with your purchased product.

The advice clear and seemed very clear which TV to buy. But when I get home, the sound of a modern TV turns out to be just K .... Ok only had 300 budget. If you go back you are advised to connect the TV to a stereo or to buy a soundbar. Tomorrow the TV will return, Mister Philips. Unfortunately this is not thinking along with your customers .....

Have been trying to call for 3 days but a tape constantly goes off and after that you only hear a music that you are not in line or how many people are waiting. For how long I linger, I don't hear very badly

You can only purchase here if you are employee of Philips, ASML, or university of Eindhoven. The prices can be low, so it's worth to have a look. The parking is free for 30 minutes, but if you buy anything you may renew the thicket to stay as long as you want.

I have been buying Philips TVs for years. Super cool, sleek image and beautiful ambilight. Always buy my product right here. Nice offer and customer oriented! Jl had a problem with my TV, Myshop did everything to find a suitable solution. I was helped by Mark, has called and emailed me continuously to find out how we can find a solution. And yes, he helped me perfectly! I say keep it up Mark with your team !!!

Nice place to take advantage of good quality Philips products at lower than normal prices (even more so if during specific sales). The store is large enough that almost all products are properly stocked. The outlet area is also quite convenient as you can get great bargains on products due to simple aspects like damaged or opened boxes

If you need a Philips product and you can buy here (those entitled to purchase include (former) Philips employees and, for example, ASML), it is often cheap here. Certainly during the clean-up days, but then you can also walk over the heads. In recent years, attention has shifted from brown goods (TV / Audio) to Health, of course in line with the course of Philips itself.

Bad service! TV bought in 2017 he broke within the warranty period and we go to the Philips shop. Unfortunately I do not have a voucher but I have the TV registered on my name so I do not worry. Arriving at the store they find the TV in my name and address. I have my ID with me and the TV where the registration numbers are correct. What sketches my surprise because I do not refuse the voucher to help me! This is not about a 300 TV but about a 3000 TV! Never a TV from Philips again! I have never experienced such worthless customer service!

De winkel is netjes verzorgd, maar de producten zijn er niet goedkoop. Ook niet voor Philips personeel, als je de prijzen vergelijkt met winkels dan ben je over het algemeen goedkoper uit in de andere winkels. Het duurt lang voordat een medewerker je kan helpen en soms moeten zij er weer een ander bij roepen omdat ze het zelf niet zo goed weten.

We have again made various purchases here. Had good information from the staff about the various products, Just a pity that we could not listen to everything regarding our purchase of a Bluetooth speaker, eventually still be able to make a choice. Unfortunately at the cash register, I had to process a setback. During the checkout it turned out that a hair dryer was more expensive than the price that was on the shelf, it turned out that there was a wrong price tag with it . Too bad but the sellers did not meet us in that and that was disappointing. That is not really customer friendly. But still happy with our purchases.

Damaged product received on October 4. Product returned on October 9, 2017. No new product received to date. Online shop is great fun until something goes wrong. Then you enter a mill of bureaucracy and escalation lines.

The '' of prices '' doesn't make any sense at all. If you googled the product you will see the '' normal amount '' for which everyone is selling it. MyShop does give some discount, but the discount percentage is bullsh! T ... For the rest a great store.
