3.5 rating is too high. I will ONLY go where my business is appreciated, NOT tolerated. I was served the wrong drink which turned my stomach, plates piled up on our table and what should have been a hot dessert was served cold. If any other restaurant finds this message and thinks they can do better, please advertise. GOODBYE TGI!!!

Absolutely the worst service! Ordered the all you can eat chicken for 10$.. It took 50min to get my second order and then when they brought it over it was wrong. Servers have a bad attitude as well. The bar isn't too bad though.
So over priced and didnt let me use my 20 % discount because they said food was discounted already

Just ordered take out from this location and the pasta wasn't cooked very well. My mom's baked potato did not not have anything inside of it even though I paid for toppings. None of us were satisifed with our meals. There dine-in service and food is way better but we're in a pandemic.

One of the nicer locations of this franchise, and the food tasted much fresher than others in the LA area.
You remember when your plate would come out and the waitress would say, "be careful these plates/the food is hot". I miss that. I ordered the endless apps and they were luke warm servered on room temperature plates. I didnt even take advantage of the endless, after my first cold plate I couldn't. How can you serve potstickers with the grill marks and they still be soggy and luke warm. It's really disappointing. The servers at the bar were very attentitive however and my margarita was done right.
I hardly ever send food back but the bone-in wings were dry and tasted like cardboard. I sent them back and the replacement wings were more juicy.
If i could give it zero stars i would. I got 2 jack daniels burgers with fries to go. I got 2 burgers with no sauce and not cooked the way i asked. If i could get my money back i would. It happened on valentines day. Thank you tgif for ruining my valentinea day.
TGIFridays is not bad for a 30+ year old chain restaurant. Best time to go is Happy Hour otherwise the prices are a bit or a RIP off.
We asked to upgrade our fries to rings. Server never told us it cost more. When we got the bill there was a $3.50 charge. Not quite worth the 5 onion rings we got on the plate.
Best thing to get on the menu is anything with Jack Daniel's sauce!
Good food as always, very nice and professional server. But . (Some times there is a but). Didn't accept my card to pay with the excuse that was rejected by my bank. Lie. I had margin and even the restaurant charge 47 dollars and I pay full in cash with 15 percent tip. Wrong, very WRONG...

Most horrible food ever!! Last time I come here. I paid a ridiculous amount for hospital food, literally. Cold and just not good. Never again!!! Waiter just kept apologizing for forgetting when we had asked for.
Love the sizzling chicken and cheese....one of the few delicious low carb things i can eat. Just wish you had a location in Palmdale or Lancaster. Ted our server was super nice.
Had the $14,99 plates from here, meat wasn t hot anymore, was getting cold when arrived to the table, prices are good, drinks are good but I ordered a sprite and ended up with Something that was not sprite, overall the best was the baby back ribs. Steak and chicken was Ok but cold. I wouldn t come again to this location.

Good food, reasonable prices, friendly service, there bathrooms could use a little work! but not bad, they keep the bathrooms clean but people really do miss things up don't they. We eat there often oh, the food is really good and the alcohol is very tasty, I love their coffee and I also love their spiked hot chocolate! 5 stars is my rating.
We used to like to eat here, but lately the service and food have really declined. It's expensive and not worth the price if you can't get good service and if the food is subpar. When I received my dinner, it was wrong, they did offer to correct it, but it had already taken them almost 45 minutes to get our orders to us and by then I did not want to wait any further.
Overall great experience. We had excellent service and the food was delicious. I had the cajun chicken & shrimp which was so good.

Was told there'd be a 20 minute wait, we were seated within 15minutes. That's really unusual, being seated before you are told.
We were not familiar with the menu, taking a long time to make a decision. The waitress kept checking back with us unlike other places I've been.
The food arrived in a timely manner, hot and fresh. My wife had the flat iron steak and she loved it. Ditto my daughter who had the fillet. I had fish and chips, pretty good, a little bready. All in all a very good dinner and experience.

At 12noon, we were seated right away. I ordered their premium whiskey glazed burger. It was delicious. Service was perfect. Restaurant was clean.
The only minor thing that was a "concern" was their unreadable "special" board. I didn't take any points off because I only noticed the "specials" when we were leaving. Suggestion: Why not use a 55" digital display and show off your daily specials (e.g. $20 FEAST)

Bartenders and staff are great. Very accommodating. Drinks are the best. The Manager and staff are very friendly and approachable.. Tuesday night karaoke is the best. Staff show off their hidden talent and sing their hearts. It is soo much fun..

Disrespectful waiter, confused waitresses, manager is irresponssible, careless, lazy, and rude. Corporate doesn't care and says "they will look into it."

I usually come here with family for a family dinner when we celebrate someone's birthday. The Jack Daniel's T-Bone Steak or Ribeye Steak is deliciously good. There Lobster Tails are also very delicious.i Love some good food. The Hosts & all there employees are very friendly & polite.

Great place for Karaoke on Tuesdays, with great food and drink. They're wings and dim sum gyosa pot stickers rock, while their new Beyond Meat burger is awesome! Great Rib special on Wednesdays. Come hungry and thirsty...leave full, satisfied and with change left in your pocket!

Food was fair... functional but nothing to write home about. They were extremely busy so wait time was long.
The food was very good and the service was great. The music on the other hand is very bad. If all the customers were in their 20's that would be great for them, but most of the customers were in their 40-50 range and the bass was out of control . I left there with a really serious head ache and wished i had not entered this place at all.
Service was good. Menu was limited but its OK. Just to be out of the house for a meal was great.

Ordered the burger, wings and brew. The wings and beer were good but cheeseburger was burnt on one side and tasted like eating a charcoal briquette.
We are regulars and we're treated poorly last July 4th. We were going to the bar for happy hour and the server in a stern manner ordered us to go to the dining area as he was alone in the bar and there were four servers in dining. Then our dining server who was inexperienced checked on us 10 times, gave us 2 sets of checks which had the wrong prices and wanted us to leave while we were still eating. The prime rib eggroll was bland.
The waiter Alana was very rude did not allow us to be seated where we asked. It took us about one hour and a half just waiting to be seated .This was the day of the super bowl Alana insisted the we would be able to see the game from the other side of the restaurant where there was no tv's and where the wall was blocking our view.There was two booths open and told us that there was people seating there when it was clearly empty. Instead we got a squished table for four people when there was five of us .We were then moved to a slightly bigger table . For some reason I believe that she gave me a fake name. When we were seated we had four waiter unfortunately I was not able to get their names and it took forever to get refills for my family and me.

I ordered clam chowder and the pretzel appetizer. My bf order a burger. Strike one was when my soup came out by itself although I wanted the appetizer first. Strike two was trying to swallow the lukewarm salty mess of a watery chucky potato soup that had little to no clams in it whatsoever. I could only manage one or two spoonfuls and even added crackers, not oyster crackers btw, but saltine crackers to try to absorb the saltiness. It didn't work. Waitress took forever to come back to check on us when she did almost 15-20 minutes had passed and neither my bf's burger/fries nor my pretzels were at the table. My bf finally got his burger and I got my pretzel, and I asked for a salad instead of another soup. Strike three was when the fries came 10 minutes after his burger. I'm not sure what was happening in the kitchen that night, but it was very chaotic and the food was not up to par. Strike four was when I ended up getting nauseous on the way home and vomited the food that I had eaten including the spoonfuls of that horrible 'clam chowder'.
This spot is pretty chill. Came here on a Saturday around 12 ish. Last call is 12:30. Food was good, drinks were just right. Would definitely come back! Not too busy either.

I prefer local establishments, but I decided to try this place. Service was good, but the food is not great. My wife ordered a veggie burger, and it tasted like spam. Not for me.
My friend and I try to meet for lunch once a month. Our experience was so pleasant we ended up going back a week later. We are always seated quickly, the food is excellent and the staff very courteous. I would recommend going there to anyone.

We asked for the steak to be well done in both plates, but came NOT well done at all, they took it to put it on the grill for some extra time and it came back burnt.
