very good shop of Philips products I bought a week charger, a shaver and a chopper service is good and you can order quickly online today ordered within two days at home unfortunately they work with a slow delivery ups so that is a disadvantage nice to know that ING customers can get a 20% discount on all Philips products through their interest points

I bought the diamond clean electrical toothbrush with 100 euro here 3 month ago, and it is totally broken now. I took it back, they rejected to exchange with the exact product, since it's 170 euro now instead of 100 euro. So I have to accept 100 euro cash back, and buy the new one with 170 euro, what a service

Nice range of products with good discounts. Kudos to Philips for managing a nice store!

Deducting one star for bad customer service experience that happened with me. One staff member was really arrogant. I approached this staff guy with a smile asking if he can help me, to which he said 'I cannot as i have other important people to attend to'. I looked at him 2 mins later and he was doing nothing except laughing with a fellow employee, seemingly waisting his time. Maybe he was having a bad day or just wanted to kill time, but either is not professional. Maybe store managers can give some trainings to such shop staff on how to deal with emotional turmoil at work etc. In general, the staff seemed helpful, I approached another guy and he helped me with my queries.

Other than that, very nice store with almost all essential philips products are present with good discounts.

Philips Over ear headphones 8000 series TAPH805BK / 00 bought at the Drive Thru days Sunday July 26th. When returning home, poor Bluetooth connection and charging time (connection and the device drops out every time). Returned to the My Shop in Eindhoven today to exchange it. Exchange or money back, no that cannot be said at the "customer service" because it is a hygienic product and used while I have cleaned everything Covid-19 and still have the original packaging. You can buy new headphones (with the Drive Thru) as a solution. What follows is nothing short of shocking, two grinning "customer service" people who look at each other and are unable or unwilling to help me. As a customer, I feel uneasy.

Bought a brand new TV here a few months ago.
A few weeks ago I found out that certain functionalities simply don't work. Customer service informed about this, no response. 17 days later I sent them a reminder and I got the answer (summarized): "Sorry for the late response. What you say is not correct, the TV is working! Have a good day."

I have explained in detail what is not working, but this is simply ignored. Two follow-up emails are also ignored.

Previously I always came here for good products, now that that is no longer the case & the customer service proves to be worthless, I see no reason to continue buying here in the future.

Mooi groot assortiment, personeel heeft zeker de kennis over wat ze verkopen, vriendelijk en niets te veel, ook voor een koopje kun je er zeker terecht, ze hebben groot aantal verschillende aanbiedingen voor een zeer lage prijs. Heb je een pad van Philips chop ga dan een keer langs.

It is only possible to buy there if you are philips or ASML employee. That should be written in English and Dutch at the door specifying that you need your badge for buying! So we don t loose time!! Service very poor!!
