Bad service! TV bought in 2017 he broke within the warranty period and we go to the Philips shop. Unfortunately I do not have a voucher but I have the TV registered on my name so I do not worry. Arriving at the store they find the TV in my name and address. I have my ID with me and the TV where the registration numbers are correct. What sketches my surprise because I do not refuse the voucher to help me! This is not about a 300 TV but about a 3000 TV! Never a TV from Philips again! I have never experienced such worthless customer service!
