Service sucks, expensive for the quality of the food they provide. Also, not a clean and fun atmosphere 2 dine in..

Slow slow slow .
Took about 20 min to get our food after we ordered on a not very busy night .
Then one of my chicken fritters wasn't meat at all.. was something else..
It took about 20 min to get a new one..

Terrible service. This is the 3rd time and we re done with this restaurant! We waited over 1 hr and 35 mins for our food that was apparently forgotten by our waitress and under the heat lamp for at least an hour. Everyone else that was seated after us, got their food and were almost done eating. When they finally brought out our food after asking for the 2nd time, It was leathery and nasty looking. Each time this location gets worse and worse! The manager did try to take care of things, but at that point we were done. I wouldn t go here again if it was for free!

Ran in for a quick bowl of tortilla soup had great service and food was good. Convenient way to pay your bill at the table no need to wait around. There was three of us and the bill was under $40

Their burgers are amazing and so is their hospitality.

Free chips and salsa or soft drink when you're a rewards member! Servers were very attentive and accomodating

With food that only a Chili's expense accountant can be proud of there really isn't anything that stands out here anymore and I was quickly reminded on why I hadn't been to a Chili's in several years. It's sad when corporations sacrifice taste for the almighty dollar and by my dining experience tonight I would be surprised if Chili's wasn't struggling to stay in business.

Always a great atmosphere together with good food. Been visiting Chili's for years and food is consistently good.

I love this Chili's in Aliso Viejo because they have a very friendly staff and quick service. There food is also great as well!

A place you can go and always know what you will get. Usually pretty low key, good food and drink

Visited because of the reviews, totally disappointed.

They ran out of broccoli but did not tell us until our food was already out even though we overheard our waiter telling the table next to us. Asked for an asparagus substitute but it never came.

Food was cold and bland. Food was bad. Service was bad. Will not be visiting again.

The food and service at this particular Chili's are exceptional. My favorite new item on their menu is the Chicken & Waffles. Different from any other, the waffle has a crispy sweet coating & their chicken crispers are just the right size to create a perfect bite. Ask for Christie's section, she's the best server ever!!

Love Chilis, thier cocktails are fabulous and the ribs are great

We had a great meal with great value, our server did a super job and made our visit very enjoyable. We will go back soon.

I mean, it's a Chili's. Cheap date. Family dinner. You're Probably going to like your food unless you dont know how to order for yourself, and you will probably go home with a full stomach. Decent prices, decent service. Kinda loud usually. Margaritas a little light on the tequilla if you ask me.

The food is regularly well prepared and yummy, workers provides excellent customer service. I like the cleanliness and character. Will come visit again.

They were not busy at all they took 15 minutes to take her order for the water and then they took 20 minutes to come back to service we were there for an hour and a half and then they double-charged us for drinks that we did not order they brought the food out with the appetizer at the same time terrible service

Food is ok. Margaritas a little syrupy. More like a 3.5 rating. Lowered to 3. Food worse and we decided not to go back.

Chili's will charge you if your kids will play on table touchscreen games.

The salad dressing was bland. The loaded bake potato soup was delicious.

This Chili's is going downhill. My shrimp tacos were literally cold with stale tortillas. Unacceptable. Would have sent them back but I was somebody's guest. Service was pretty bad. Had to wave down a waitress twice. The margarita was good, though.

I visit this place from time to time! This is my favorite restaurant to pass a nice evening. I go to this spot frequently. The food is very good, the crew is friendly and the charge is affordable. I enjoy meeting in this place over a rich dinner.

I was there and saw there remodel it looks amazing I will eat here again and again. Because the service and new look are great I'll recommend this place to all of my friends and the food was great here's a look at the place below great job chili's.

I've been to this Chili's many times for lunch and have never had a bad experience. For that I would rate them a solid 3 stars. However, I had takeout from this location tonight for dinner and it was terrible. The food was cold and did not look or taste good at all. I guess their food just doesn't work well for to-go orders. I won't make that mistake again....

This site is my preferable restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I favor it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to visit this restaurant. Whenever I feel like having a proper dinner, this restaurant comes immediately to my mind. outstanding and food and a rich menu.helpful crew, and great vibes. In addition to that, the expence is affordable. I suggest this restaurant with great pleasure.

I go here for the cookie skillet but overall this Chili's is fantastic.

Food was cold. Lack of management; all other customers had delays with their food.

My first time at a chili's and to say the least i will not go back.. The server got multiple things wrong. The food took FOREVER. One of the dishes we ordered was cold when it was brought out. The manager did handle the situation very well but the server made faces when we would say something.

Extremely poor service, over 30 min to wait for food after placing order, no in between assistance from server. Not first visit, previous visit quite similar. Don't plan on returning.

I'm here the best enchilada soup in the world you got to try it. Great lunches and dinners. Casual atmosphere. Great for the whole family. Reasonably priced. Cocktails and large beer selection.

Almost never do they get the order right. How hard is it to scoop pre made soup into a bowl. I ordered soup with my meal and asked for silverware. Didnt get either and the food was cold. Dont bother

Ordered food online and it gives estimated time for pickup. Text was sent to me and asked me to text them I was here. They came out and we left in less than 3 minutes. Food was still warm when I got home and was a nice change of pace from fast food.

Just order a take out,ribs,chicken and French fries, very tasty food and reasonable prices, order came out quick, Great service!!!

I wanted to relax enjoy my date while having a yummy lunch. It just didn't happen as planned. I ordered chips with guacamole. The chips and salsa came out with no guc. I did ask for it and was told oh, it should be coming. Not, let me go check on that for you. I ordered the honey chipotle chicken tenders. I received the plain ones. I was asked do you want a side of sauce. No, I didn't. The tenders have a different taste when they are tossed. My food did come back out, by this time the rest of my food was cold. I just boxed it to go. I didn't enjoy my meal, it felt like a waste of my time and money. What happen to customer service and pride in a job well done. The sad part for me is I used to love this restaurant and this location.

Staff was amazing. We were talking and didn't realize the restaurant was closed for nearly an hour. They never once asked us to leave.

The food was mediocre. That's not to say the kitchen did a bad job, I just didn't care for what I ordered. Our waitress (Amanda?) was great. We'll probably be back and order something a bit less on the adventurous side. Additionally, they have a ton of Tv's, which is great on game night, but when I'm out with the family there's two things that really irk me, Tv's playing and Ziosk machines. The more I see these, the less we visit the franchise. Wish more people would follow suit.

Great experience. Stacey is an awesome waitress. We had drinks which were much better than expected. Try the Long Island Ice Tea. My salmon was a bit dry and the broccoli could have used some seasoning this the 4 stars instead of 5. My wife had the Mango Chili Chicken and said it was really great. I d say this location is better than the average Chili s but that could easily be mostly because of Stacy.

Good American chain restaurant food with excellent service.

Horrible experience here. our simple order was taken and our food was never delivered they completely forgot to make it while other people who came in after us we're being seated and served not once did our way to show up and not only that the manager had really nothing to say other than sorry so without creating an incident or a scene we just got up and left never going back again.

price is very good We get chips and sala the waitress came back many times and we feel the service is good thank you we come back more times

I don't usually like chili's, but the people here were really nice. I'm a sucker for good service.

We absolutely love this place. The food is always great and the servers always nice. We are Chili Heads for life!
