Great store. However, austerity since a while. Service is good.

You must have a special card to shop in this store. They didn t accept me as a customer because I don t have a card and they didn t mention that anywhere, not even the workers when I asked for some help selecting the products. They didn t offer me an alternative either (e.g. Paying a higher price). It was a complete waste of time for me.

Fortunately, lighting (signify) can still be found here!

Reasonable assortment. Very friendly staff. Thank you for getting your parking money back if you buy something.

2nd defect in just over half a year on TV 43PUS7334 / 12. 2nd defect found at home approximately immediately after repair of 1st defect, although I was assured in the store that the TV was 100% in order. Philips does not want to reimburse me for the transport costs that I have already incurred, I only have to drive the TV for an hour (one way) each time to bring it to the store or to collect it. I would prefer to cancel the purchase agreement and buy another brand of TV.
Very disappointed with the product and the customer service.

Staff shop of (former) Philips staff. The assortment is large, the prices are good and the staff are above all helpful, friendly and professional. It is a permanent store for me to buy my electronics, just a pity that the store no longer has any shopping evenings.

1 less star is for non working coffee machine.

3 months out of warranty motherboard of my TV broken. Estimated repair costs 350 to 400 euros or out of favor 20 euros discount on a new TV of 599 euros. That's what I call good service from the Philips myshop !! Keep it up!!

Great staff. Lots of good stuff in outlet area. I many philips products they are all solid and worth the money! The down side is you have to have a myPhilips card or be a part of TU/e. Overall definately recommneded.

I was put on hold for almost 15 minutes and then it took a while to get an answer to a stock request for an item. (Slow system according to employee). Unfortunately, nothing further because there was not known when there would be stock again.

Because I am looking for a round fluorescent lamp, I thought I would call the PW !!
Well ... I have been on hold for more than 15 minutes, without result. One moment please ..... so no more!

A cool store where you can buy many philips products at a good price. It is not always the cheapest to keep your finger on the pulse. Products in damaged packaging are much cheaper and we have full guarantees. Minus for many, shop for workers associated with philips you need to have a special card to make purchases.

Nice wide range of lighting, household appliances, personal care appliances, image and sound etc. Sometimes great promotions and prices are usually lower than the retail prices. However, when it comes to televisions, they don't have the latest. I find that very unfortunate.

Called after 4 weeks how things are going. The vacuum cleaner was offered for repair for the 2nd time. Which means that he is only now with the repairman. So 2 more weeks lost. Everything but satisfied !!!

If you are an employee of Philips or Asml you can get a shopping card. With that card you can buy Philips products with really good prices here.

Good prices which are often really cheaper than web shops.

Still many trusted Philips products. Nowadays the outlet and box damage is very large and there are many discounted products. We had a few questions and were helped well. Unfortunately, 1 of the products we came for was not available. This has been ordered and we will receive a message when it arrives. Good service so !! The parking is ok and basically the first half hour free. We had bought something and neatly received a exit ticket. All in all satisfied with the whole.

Nice store with friendly staff. Occasionally a bit messy, but inevitably with the store's stock. Parking is free, price is adjusted to the lowest internet price. This is often already lower .... Unique: 2-year warranty ... unfortunately often required.
