I am always hesitant to take my vehicles in for service, but Zavid from service quickly made me feel at ease. He listened to all my concerns, introduced me to Byrd to help me with a loaner. When I was notified the job was complete, I got a full explanation of what was found with my concerns, what they did to fix it, and even told they replaced a lug nut that was missing that I had forgot about. When I arrived to pick up my car, the service, once again, was prompt, professional, and efficient thanks to Taylor. Thank you to the service team for all your help and I will not hesitate to come back in the future!
