I swore I would never buy a car from a dealership again after a terrible experience about 4 years ago. I was reluctant to even show up to this dealership, just the word dealership left a bad taste in my mouth, but I needed a car fast and cheap and the car had to be big enough for 2 car seats and a double stroller. I found a Sienna online at this dealership and the price was right, so I decided to go take a look at it. Sean greeted us at the door and got us in the Sienna we were looking at. There was no pressure, no scams, just a good deal and good service. I was a bit shocked. Sean was even friendly with my 6 month old that came along for the ride and screamed through the whole test drive. When it came time to talk numbers, he got it under my budget without any hassle. I was pleasantly surprised and will likely return when I'm ready to buy another car.
