RUDE!
RUDE!
You called me and you had the wrong number ...
Some pointers, because you and your staff clearly need it!
1. SPEAK LOUD AND CLEAR!
Nothing is more infuriating that having someone call you from an unfamiliar number and then 'mumble' like they got stung by 20 wasps and hate their life!
2. LEARN BASIC SOFT SKILLS!
If you do phone the wrong person, have the decency to at least say 'sorry'!
Then close the call with a friendly " Goodbye ".
These are basics that children practice with play phones and yet your staff can't seem to grasp it.
3. DON'T CALL ME AGAIN!
If you can't muster the above two basic steps, then do me a favor and don't ever call me again.
IF you want to act like a bunch of children, then I'll continue to treat you like children in the most condescending and belittling manner possible!
If you want to be treated like professionals, the learn to act like them!!!
