I constantly get harassed with calls on my work phone for them looking for someone that has obviously given the wrong number. I call the call center and never get through.

This company is a SCAM! For months now they have been harrassing my wife in order to get her to commit to paying Prescribed debt - older than 10 years.
They think the public consists only of fools. I am waiting for their next call in order to give them a piece of my mind - i know the rules/laws surrounding prescribed debt.
Disgusting service, incompetent staff, they should take all reasonable steps making sure their information is accurate. After sending proof of identity theft, company continues to harass me on a daily basis. I am sure these people have never heard of the POPI act.
Mbd has been calling me no stop even during weekends.i asked them for settlement amount and they kept on giving me different amounts and different account numbers.
This company is not professional at all.

How do you let one pay for so long without any statements? Let alone with out any form of paper work? spoke to a rude lady in regards to my cell c account which was "handed" to you. To my understanding if an account is handed over it means you dealing with it, why is it when I ask for a statement I am told that you will request it from cell c. Aren't you doing the admin? Something does not add up. The agent said your calls are being recorded but when I asked for reference for the call she said there isn't. I think its high time I elevate this matter.
This people is the most irritating debt collectors on the planet. If you can't pay them then they want to take further steps. Someone has to do something about these people and they don't even know how to talk to people they phone. They are so damn rude.
I have been calling these company as they say my account have been closed but they not bothered to send me a settlement letter....everytime you call, an Agent will tell you what they know which is different from what you have been told by the other Agent few days ago....this company hasn't got great services at all...0% services...

No assistance, put on hold for forever, consultants doesn't know the diffrence between a consultant and a director. Supervisors are not available. Very unprofessional. I use to work for a very known Collectors Company. The Collectors Company must supply clearance letters, not the retailer that haned the account over. I stand ashame to know people are unhelpful and unprofessional.

Horrible company. I settled my debt with standard bank through them. 2 years down the line, I'm receiving calls again saying my account is in areas.

The worst service i have ever come across EVER, people i spoke to have a disgusting attitude and resolved absolutely nothing over a period of months!!!! I tried to pay a small outstanding payment of mine only to be told i do not have any outstanding payments. After i rechecked with them 3 times to be sure they still informed me i have no outstanding payments they then months later send me my outstanding payment that i tried to pay previously with a penalty added on to it!!!! They refuse to deduct the penalty, putting all blame on me. This disgusted me and therefor MBD disgusts me. Avoid them by any means

I get more than 30 calls a day from these clowns although I don't have any outstanding debt. This cannot be an attorneys firm, but rather a scam or a bunch of thieves.
Unfortunately I cant rate more than 1 star, I spoke to the lady by the name of Thabile and Nondo, they failed to listen to my enquiry, they were Thabile stopped talking to me and start talking to her colleagues,she came back to me start asking me questions about my account, how did I pay because her system says I still own them, I asked her to give me the email address so that I can email my proof of payment to her, she started laughing and said I act like a fool, I am asking myself how did she got that job , did she miss her calling or what, sorry to say this but they are in a wrong place, they supposed to join the commedians or be and audience and REATSOTELLA, if this is how we are treated way I dont know why are you guys calling us cos I personally dont want to be treated this way
This people need to train the agents . No respect for clients. They lie to you . I'm still waiting for my letter from them on what my balance is. I'm disappointed because they are very quick to take the money out of my account but they don't give me what I am asking them as a client
I was accused and threatened with regards to money I supposedly owe, whereas I dont owe no man a cent. Get your admin in order.

since this account was handed over, I paid R400 in December 2018 and I have sent proof of payment to Ursula I have never seen someone so rude like this woman. she said they cant pick up my payment and I went to FNB and my payment is showing and they asked me to ask her to request statement from FNB so she can update my account she is refusing to do so, can I please have someone resolve this asap.
I need my account updated with R400 and please stop calling about payments as am making payment every month this is irritating.

Your company is illegally deducting money from one of my business accounts via a Naedo debit order. I have no business or other relationship with your company. I have left messages to phone me to rectify, but to no avail, nobody gets back to me. Attendance at your office appears inevitable. Poor show
Call passed from one inept consultant to next and when I requested a name of person I was speaking to was told she will not speak to me.
A further call requesting a fax number to send documents to, which have relevance to their correspondence ....no fax number unless I give my ID number....

I unfortunately cannot give less than one star. This place has started sending me SMS's. And I am not a Client of theirs. I have Asked Them multiple times to remove my number off their system. If anyone from this company is reading this.... I am currently in contact with my Attorney, and I am suing this company for harassment.

Absolutely ridiculous. I have been receiving email regarding non payment of COJ. I have contacted the number for the debt collections department (given on the sms) but no one works at Munnik Basson Dagama Incorporated Attorneys. THERE IS NEVER ANY ANSWER. I have managed to get through to the receptionist but she just forwards my call to the department with NO WORKERS !!!! It is unfortunate that you cannot review without ticking at least 1 star because Munnik Basson Dagama Incorporated Attorneys does not even deserve that. Hopefully, if any of the managing directors actually read this, I will receive a call back.
This firm keeps calling me asking for somebody else. I have tried calling to resolve this issue but so far it has been unsuccessful. I have no other option than to lodge a complaint at the LPC for harassment and unprofessional conduct.

Never have I EVER dealt with such incompetence!!! I settled and closed my Standard Bank accounts in November 2015 and even received my settlement letters. Now, I get bombarded by MBD for outstanding amounts on my Standard bank accounts. And when I call the call centre, they tell me, "oh, yes, we see the letters here but we need a proof of payment" (WHICH I HAVE SENT FOUR TIMES ALREADY)!!! How do you still operate as a business???

I had to threaten them again during lockdown. Called non STOP. Reminding me on the 5th I have an account to pay end of month.

They are really getting me worked up now! I keep on getting phonecalls from MBD. Then when I answer they put down the phone. And not once a week. 3 to 4 times a DAY! This is so frustrating. I didn't even know they existed and didn't even do business with them. Can someone please just take this seriously. Im getting really worked up. I've blocked MBD how many times but still they keep on coming back. I'm fed up!!!!!
Incompetent and irritating. Have forwarded them all the requested details by email (twice) however a different consultant continues to call me requesting the same details I have already sent. You can't speak to a senior person and have to put up with personnel who do not have any communication skills and keep asking the same questions over and over, after informing the person that you have already dealt with 2 other personnel and that you have already forwarded the the requested documentation.
Always seem to call when it is inconvenient to take a call and from a "private number". The senior personnel obviously are too high and mighty to make the effort to assist in resolving any issues.

Shocking quality of correspondence with other attorneys.
Refuses to reply on emails for months (which inevitably prejudices their own clients as the email relates to their matters).
I also do not understand how a law firm can be listed as open but the phones are unattended for WEEKS. (I am not joking - 3 weeks calling every day still with no response or answer to date).

This company keeps smsing me in spite of me telling them I do NOT work at the company they are trying to collect money from. REPEATED calls telling them to stop have no effect. Next stop for me reporting them to the law society for harrassment.

I keep receiving phone calls from these people, calls that are not for me! They ask for a Mr so and so, and the more I tell them that I am not this person, the more they phone me! This is harrassment and I will lay a charge as such if it doesn't stop!

Unprofessional staff.... threaten and undermine people whom are in difficult situations.... politely will advise you that they charge R28 per call and charge for sms and they cannot provide u with proper statements ...only misleading statements and in my opinion in contravention of the NCA act....

Unfortunately a zero star review is not possible. This business has called my place of business on an almost daily basis asking to speak to someone who has not worked here for almost 3 years. Despite explaining this to numerous MBD employees including managers, we are still fielding calls. Scum of the earth, inept, rude staff who are clearly trained to act in this way by management, whose own values are clearly based on greed and self-enrichment
They hardly answer their phone and when they do, you either hold for forever, get transfered to the wrong department or get cut off.

I am a business owner, and answer incoming call to the business I own. The huge irritation I have, is that every single day I get phone calls from this company, sometimes two, sometimes around ten. They are looking for random people each time, never the same name. Every time I explain I am the only person at this number and ask for it to be removed from their system. I have spoken to supervisor after supervisor. I have been promised the number would be deleted to no avail! The last I spoke to a Percy that gave me his email address, and said I should email him directly to make the harassing calls stop. Since I have had a call while he was on duty, but not in office. I asked him to return my call. That never happened. So I have tried to email him, and guess what, email bounces back. The pain that I am experiencing from this is to hard to explain. I just want the bloody phone calls to stop. Is there anyone out there that can hear my plea???
The worst experience iv ever experienced. Unprofessional. Never get back to clients to give feed back on credit status after client made payment. They forget about you once payment was made and you will have to run after them to clear your name unless you offer them a bribe to help you clear your name. They sent me summons for an account that im paying for by debit. When I called nobody knew who sent me the summons and the reason because it reflects on the system that I am paying.
