You guys called me around November and I ask you what was my outstanding balance you told me then I ask you to debt that remaining amount December and that was done then boom from March I've been receiving calls from VVM telling me that I owe Spitz money then I told them I paid my remining money December then now they are asking where is the full payed up letter that was not even sent to me please fix this mess now

Tried to get my banking details from me ,said only way would give me a discount for someone that I am trying to help settle a debt.
Spoke to someone else there ,they asked for my credit card details ,said I could not do an EFT. They had never ever sent the person whose debt it was a statement.

Don't even have a Virgin active account, but im getting stupid fichen messages of non payment.

I get anywhere from 5-8 messages a month from the company. They obviously don t conduct information checks prior to adding people to their systems. Very annoying.

Bad experience haven't received a paid up letter I which I requested in March each when I phone I am told it will be sent within 7 to 10 working days we are now in September

If I could give them a negative rating I would. I don't understand why we don't have a place to report places like MBD so that they are investigated. They don't want to corporate with people who trying to get themselves out of trouble. It's even more pathetic how reputateble retail stores choose to work with these people. Don't come here with that nonsense of asking me to go to your stupid Facebook page when you don't answer calls or return email. Where is my paid up letter?

MBD attorneys have been harassing me for over a year now, in their search for RIAN. I have requested that they delete my mobile number from their database. They are now calling me from a Private Number...I dont understand their managements strategy. REPLY TO MBD ATTORNEYS:
You are harassing me, so why should I go to your Facebook page ? I have requested on numerous occasions that a manager or someone with brains calls me, so that we can verify that the mobile number that you have on your database belongs to me and not RIAN. So PLEASE, someone from MBD attorneys, with even an ounce of brainpower, call me for the LAST time, so that you can proceed on your merry way, to find RIAN.

I have a list of about 40 numbers where I receive harassing SMS's and its still increasing.
I have sent plenty of emails asking for proof of the contract and still nothing.
I wish there was someone who can investigate this company and shut them down for good

I have called them numerous times regarding a account that i have paid off but are still receiving messages that i owe money, they no help whatsoever. They keep telling me to send a email, which i have done numerous times and still no feedback.

I am not even in possession of a GEMS account! Continuously harrass me, saying that I owe them R1500. Have emailed them a certified affidavit as well as a copy of my ID (fourteen times), with a reference number from GEMS -stating that I do not have any debt with them- but they can't seem to find my emails. Rude, condescending, uneducated call centre agents with anger issues. Leave me alone!

Bullies and thugs who have been harassing me for THREE YEARS for a debt that is not mine. Disgusting, disgusting people. If the debt was mine, I would take responsibility. These people, however, have no morals, no values, and prey on the weak. Bullying must earn them a lot of money. When is the law society or ethics council going to do something about this? There are hundreds of thousands of complains online.
