They are so bloody incompetent that they refuse to do any negotiations by e-mails. They are so incompetent that their "system" do not communicate with each other. THEY are so incompetent that they will decide when THEY will put debit orders through... ..never mind the telephonic agreement made between yourself and them. And then you have to rate them before you can comment. Pity there is no negative rating. I will give them a minus twenty if that.
