Incompetent Much! Every couple of months the phone starts to ring incessantly often dropping calls, followed by three or four calls, the consultants are looking for a staff member who left in 2006! Surely that debt is prescribed. Thought I would just block the number but every couple of months they reinvent themselves and start to harass our office by calling from different numbers! I wonder if the debt actually collected covers your unnecessary phone bill. Get your act together!
