According too me the service of this company is utterly pathetic!!!!!! My fiance has been reported by them to ITC. After 7 phone calls to them we finally got through and they do not have any trace of the reference number given to us on the ITC report. We have been waiting all week for a consultant to call us back. No response. Today I made another 9 calls to them in order to lay a complaint. I just get cut off all the time and I am still sitting in the same situation with no answers. We are in the process of buying property. How does these people do business?!!!!! Who do I call the get joy out of them. After seeing all the bed reviews on them it seems like they can just do what they want and report who they want and the public do not get any assistance?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
