If I'm once again threatened and harassed by this unsuccessful mpy, I'm going to take steps against them. Surely the consumer has a right not to be harassed ???? Call your client and ask them for the case case. The next time someone calls me and drops the phone in my ear, I will certainly investigate my rights as a consumer and take steps against you.
