I am really disappointed in MBD. They have been in this collection industry long before the likes of DMC and Paul-something but their services is so bad that even the call centre number makes you hold for 5 minutes then tells you to leave your number they will call you. I don't trust that they will call because I called before 5 minutes before their end of day time and the agent hung up on me and when I called again it said phone tomorrow during office hours. They do not even have a portal like the other collectors to do your own arrangements. I expected a lot more from a company that has been in the collections game for so long, instead MBD service seems to be at its worst. All I wanted was a simple settlement letter and I have spent my airtime calling them for so long with no assistance.
