im beyond disgusted with the service i have received with mbd,this morning a guy called me to make an arrangement while i was still explaining he hung up on me,then i took it upon myself to call and obviously using airtime and not water to be passed from reception to the agents and when i get through to the lady agent i had to repeat my ID number close to 5times cos she couldnt hear me as there was loud music playing in the background and before i could confirm any of my details she also hung up on me,il pay my account at the store im not going to be making an arrangement with you guys anymore...THANK YOU!!
