Went this past weekend with my kids and this place was horrible. First they gave me a room were I turned on the shower and the shower handle flew off and the shower handle was leaking. They gave me a new room within an hour but the room we were placed in was dirty. This was our first time here so I am expecting to enjoy the indoor theme park that looks so nice online. That was not the case!!!!! The indoor theme park was so small with outdated rides. Online it shows a roller coaster indoors but that roller coaster was not there!!!!!!! There was a total of five attractions and two were out of order. It says indoor water park and theme park included in hotel stay.!! that's a lie anything extra you wanted to do in there you had to pay money for!!! This was definitely false advertisement. The pool area was disgusting too.

This place does not give refunds if you cancel during the pandemic. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Taking advantage of families and children. DO NOT STAY HERE. Read the article in the newspapers.

We arrived at 6pm to check in. Got charged $20/day for water park extra wristband. We were told that the water park closed at 8pm. Got settled in and kids went to pool. They were there for 5 minutes then told the pool area was closed. 8 o clock on a Friday night during the summer? Yes! Then, our tv doesn t work. Guy came in twice to fix to no avail. Called front desk to request a different room and was told to hold on. Maybe for shift change? I hung up and went to desk and was given room on other side of place. About to move and saw that we were next door to other team members so we spoke to a manager who credited us $50. They don t have breakfast. Called for extra blankets and pillows and had to literally bug them. The water park needs to be one hell of a place to even earn the one star I gave it!

When we booked our room online it did not mention that we would be in a building away from the main resort. I did not even know that there were other buildings we could end up in. We made the best of it but it was disappointing and frustrating to find this out when we arrived. The park was packed but we were still able to get on the slides. The New Years Eve Party was packed with a very tiny balloon drop. We had fun dancing and enjoyed the complimentary champagne.

Ordered a room online. Was very upset when we realized we had to drive to the waterpark. Our hotel room was absolutely disgusting and dirty! House keeping didn t make our beds either. Went to the waterpark and my husband had taken our son in the bathroom to change into his suit and found a pile of poop right in the middle of the floor!!! The whole place seemed very dirty to me. Not to mention we got the inclusive free food and soda...it s a joke! The waterpark was so crowed we couldn t even enjoy ourselves. I will never come back! Worst choice for our family vacation!

Our reservation clearly said "Free Food and Soda will be served daily at the Indoor Theme Park - The Parthenon" but when we checked in we were told that is no longer offered. A major reason we stayed here is because free food all week is worth A LOT of money, but they just decided to stop doing that and not honor any current reservations. It was a total lie and they didn't care at all. We were in building 1 and it sounded like elephants lived on the second floor, the floors were horrible and we could not sleep past 6am. The room was very clean and the check-in process was pretty easy. I would not stay here again just based on the lie about the food.

We've stayed in cabins at the campsite as well and they where fun to stay in as well. I strongly recommend bringing your family here we where there during covid and the staff went to great lengths to assure our safety thanks Mt Olympus see ya again soon.

Absolute terrible terrible place to stay!! I didn t even dare stay at the location that was in the very back of a building out in no where!! Was as creepy as it could get!! I ended up calling a different hotel and getting another place to stay. This place is not fit for an inmate. Just remember you get what you pay for. DO NOT do it!! I called and talked to customer service and they would not do anything about it. TERRIBLE!!!

Stayed one night. We esentially paid 200 bucks to stay in a crappy motel room with wet blankets and we couldnt even get the free food because it prob wouldve taken 3 hrs just to get through the line. The place u got the free soda from was all sticky, gross, just poorly maintained. So we just ended up paying prob another 100 bucks for my family to eat for the 1 day we were there and we got food they prob shudve paid us to eat. And the rest of time we were prob waiting over an hr for every ride we wanted to go on. I would've prob been happier to pay just a little more to go ANYWHERE else

There is a long wait for the free food so if you are booking for the free food it s not worth it unless you don t mind getting in long lines. There is only two lines (one for pizza and one hotdogs). You can only get either 2 hotdogs and 1 side or pizza and 1 side and if you want more you have to get back in the big line. And each person has to go get there own food( no exceptions). The soda is pretty quick hardly a line. I was there for 4 days and only got free food once because the lines were ridiculous. Overall the water park was big and plenty to do. My room only had 1 sink in the washroom. At least we need there should be 2. The cleaning people will not come to your room if you don t want them to which is good if you don t want to be bothered. Overall there was plenty to do n I enjoyed my stay there.

If you live in a clean house and like clean hotels this hotel is not for you!! I would never stay here again! When I called about the hair and powder on the bathroom floor they just said sorry and didn't offer someone to clean it and because of covid they cant come in your room once your in it. You also have to call for more towels and put your trash outside if you want it picked up. The hallways were disgusting!! We had 2 spiders and a bug in our room. You could also see the outside light all the way around the door to outside. Dead bugs and dirt in the window frames. It is a very run down place. The indoor pool and a portion of the outside waterpark is closed as well. I've never left a review before. I dont need fancy just clean.

Would write zero stars. Will not refund my money even though they closed the park. They are the only resort holding people s money hostage during a time of crisis. Said I have 5 years to rebook and that they are opening on the 2nd of April. Are they serious? There is no way it would be responsible to open on April 2nd and if they did, we can t come. This is insane. They should be ashamed

The website needs to pipe down with all that now open . The indoor water park is still closed but they are charging people full price knowing the guests won t get the full experience. Also, the rooms are nasty! Go somewhere else... like three bears in warrens wi. About the same price, and much much better!

This was possibly the worst experience I have ever...

This was possibly the worst experience I have ever had. It s like you book online and that s all there is to it! Nobody gives you any information about the park or where to go. It is way over crowded. We were able to go to the water park for two hours but there we so many people. We decided to go over to knuckle heads where the staff was a tad more friendly but at least we were able to have more fun there and not worry about the massive crowds. I definitely will not be coming back and will be letting all of our friends and family know our horrible experience . There were people (grown people) in our lobby drinking bottles of Hennessy blasting rap music and playing pool which is all fine and dandy if we were at a night club. Couldn t sleep at night because people on the fourth floor were up partying until 4 am. Not to mention our book bag that was stolen off of our hotel cart . We called the hotel lobby and informed them but nobody seemed to care. We were able to locate the phone and the people who stole the book bag from our cart. This hotel brings out the worst kind of people. I would definitely not recommend this for anyone w small children. Not to mention our building you were able to access without a key card. Anyone was able to walk in and out. The people who stole the book bag didn t even stay in our building they were in a whole separate unit. I would not come back even if it were free!

I will NEVER stay there again!!! The pool was SO over crowded. You couldn't get another body in the pool. There was over an HOUR waiting line to get in the hot tub or use the lazy river. No was was there enough chlorine to keep up with all the kids in the pool. There was no where to sit. Parents were standing shoulder to shoulder on the edge of the pool watching their kids swim. WAY over capacity. I can't believe they let that many people in. They only care about the money. Not the people staying there. The rooms were clean and nice. That is the ONLY good thing I can say. People were running up and down the hallways all night long yelling and screaming and pounding on doors and no one did anything! Was aweful!!! We checked out and went to the Kalahari. 10 times better. Don't waste your money at Mt. Olympus!!! Oh and the "all inclusive" they brag about - forget it! 1 item per person, per day in an out building away from water park and hotel. And closes at 5!

We just are driving home after a 2 day stay in Hotel Rome!! We loved everything about it and only regret was that we didnt plan for a 3 night stay, they have so much there to do didnt have time to get to all the attractions!! Read the website and learn about the check in location and the hours, paying a little more for staying at the Rome gets you closest to the park because dude it's a lot of walking already and the other hotels are all over town!! Waterparks, rides, go carts & rollercoasters!! Can't go wrong nothing in the park is an extra fee that I saw other than a big 4 person swing but that was expected(We were told there was a go cart course that you had to pay extra bit we never ran into that one)...but there were 5 other amazing ones!! My kids had literally the best time!! Highly recommend

Big layout problem at this place.people are walking in and out of indoor facility waterpark with street shoes. Muddying area where you swim as well as by lazy river. Water on floor is literally black nasty!. Horrible setup not sanitary. You got to move your entrance some other place and force people to switch shoes and have a barrier so swimming and entrance is segregated. I will not return or recommend.

It was a good time, not to crowded with only a certain amount of people allowed in at a time for social distancing. Wish they hadn't taken down most of the indoor slides, there wasn't too much to do. Plus the hot tubs were pretty cool for the third time in a row, including the adults only hot tub which was crowded with kids this time ...

Cheap yes in all ways possible. First thing our room was dirty trash under our bed, counters were dirty. Men s shavings on sink. Toilet don t work the best.
Traffic through out the whole night in side and out side of hotel.
Water park crowd beyond crazy. No one watches there kids. Theme park is like 4 rides for very young children like smaller then carnival rides.
Tried to keep a positive mind for the kids.

My best friend and I take an annual overnight trip to the Dells with our 4 kids (8,7,5 &5). After reading some reviews, we switched out room to make sure we were at Hotel Rome. The room was fine, clean, but no toiletries (even soap!), but we snagged some from a housekeeping box outside our room. Water parks were great, with lots of chairs/lounges, and the slides/pools etc, not as nice as Noah's Ark. The giant wave pool was our favorite, and there is nothing like it at Noah's Ark. The theme park was an added bonus, but the littlest one couldn't go on many of the rides until we found the little kids section. Overall, it is not as bad as the 1* reviews and a great value.

This was the worst stay!! So disappointed. Entered the room dirty towels in bathroom, kids found random things in room so it wasn't cleaned very well. Phone didn't work so no calling front desk which was across town no one on site. Walked thru hall to find a phone to get more towels. Room never got cleaned our entire stay. Only one bathroom for an occupancy of eight. Private room was only part that heat worked so unless door stayed open the other room froze never heard that heater turn on once and baby was in private room so hard to keep door open. NOT RECOMMENDED. Pool area over crowded. Not enough life guards watched a kid fall hit head no guard around had to track help down. Adult only hot tub filled with kids. Ready to leave this place and will recommend NO ONE STAY here for family and friends

We stayed in the "nicest" building the large one closest to the waterpark. The room was disgusting! We had a room with bunk beds and the cracks were full of food, dirt, and dead bugs. The whole room and most of the hotel is dirty. The waterpark is the best part and that's how they can stay in business I guess. I suggest staying somewhere else and just going here for the waterpark/amusement park.

This hotel gets 5 stars for price. The room was nice my kids loved the bunk beds only problem was that there was on 10 channels no kids channels or CNN so 4 stars. The Waterpark was very nice just that the outdoor Waterpark closed at 6 pm in JULY!!! So only 4 stars. Parking was horrible I had to walk so far just to get into the park,1star. The indoor Waterpark was not great it was very small 3 stars. I loved the large wave pool but I doubt I d come back again. The walking just to get to the park nearly killed me. I have a bad knee.

We will never go back. This place is a CHEAP joke. We had, what sounded like, a herd of elephants above our room and could hardly sleep. We called twice to complain, but it continued all night.
Yes, there is "free food," but it's away from everything else and it's only from 12-5. The lines are super long, about a 30 minute wait for one slice if skimpy pizza. Then, if you want another slice you have to get back in line again.
The water park wasn't as huge as advertised. Plus, it's filthy. It was so crowded, that I would bet money they were probably violating a fire code.
This place is super tacky. Go somewhere else and enjoy your weekend. IF we ever go back to the Dells, we will avoid this place like the Plague.

By far the worse place in WI Dells you can stay. I...

By far the worse place in WI Dells you can stay. I have lived in WI for 41 years and have traveled to WI Dells over 50 times. I have stayed in every resort and visited every attraction. Please keep in mind as I review this I am not reviewing the park as a 1 star, but I am going to give this "resort" a brutally honest review. First let's start with the confusing way you check in. You will stop at a building and be hearded threw like cattle to get your info on which of the former little Mom and Pop motels Mt. Olympus has bought up and now calls their resort rooms. It was quite obvious to me that they knew how bad it was going to be before I even headed to my motel(resort), as the woman checking me in told me two choices and said if you are not ok with the room just come back and we can change it. The room itself was disgusting! Keep in mind I am not a person that needs a 5 star resort. I simply want a clean room to lay my head after a long day of all the fun things the Dells has to offer. Unfourtanetly I did not get that at all. I walked into find some beds that I assume came with the old motel they bought, other guests hair scattered all over the bathroom, many patched together remodeling attempts, sticky floor(it's not carpeted in room), a bathtub that desperately needs replaced, and a phone that did not have a dial tone(that's one way to slow down the complaint calls). If you still are thinking of staying here please be careful, 60% of the outdoor lighting is not working and there are a unbelievable amount of code violations scattered threw out the building I stayed in. Don't worry Mt. Olympus I took plenty of pictures to make sure they get to the correct people for action to be taken. I have few issues with the park. I have been to the park about 10 times and it isn't the best, but it does have more then just a waterpark so that is fun. We honestly stayed at their resort this time to get the 3 hours extra at end of the night. It was quite pointless as they shut half of it down so what is left has long lines. The indoor waterpark definitely needs some mold cleaning. I think the building itself is from the old Family Land waterpark, but I am not sure. Being someone who loves my great State of Wisconsin, and a huge fan of the Dells I want to apologize to everyone who has had the displeasure of experiencing this "resort" This is not WI and is definitely not what you should expect in the Dells. If you want The Dells resort experience try the Kalahari, The Wilderness, or The Great Wolf Lodge. They are all alot of fun. Better idea, head down to Devils Lake and pitch a tent. It's cleaner and safer then Mt. Olympus.

Disapointed that all inside buildings for water and rides were closed. The upper water was also closed. They never mentioned this on the site or during check in. You pay a lot for your family to go and spend a couple of days you expect it all to be open!. Dont like that they hid this from us.

Let me start off by saying any review that begins ...

Let me start off by saying any review that begins with based on the reviews I was worried . Those are not real reviews. So let me begin

I have stayed at the other 2 big resorts many times but we decided to do a last minute trip and Mt Olympus was the only place with availability. I Did not read a single review because it did not matter, we had no choices. So I booked at the Hotel Rome to find out that it was over booked and I was given a better room on the property. Great, upgrade, I signed and paid then they told me the upgrade was in building 10. Funny how they waited until that part was done before they told me where the room was. At that point I was stuck, no ability to change and no refund. Ok that was my fault I guess for not asking questions.

The room was fine. Considering we just sleep there, I was satisfied except it was far far away. I can say it was clean but a far cry from other places.

Went to the water park and wow...... small, very very crowded, smelled like there was more chlorine than water in the place, dark and dingy. I as I looked around, 1/2 the lights were on. I asked the towel person when do they turn all the lights on and they said oh that is as bright as it gets. Hmmmm. This is a water park not a night club, I would like to see my family when standing around. Ok , day 1, winter, water park , everyone is happy, let s move on......

Kids are hungry so let s go to the theme park aka massive tent with worthless games and rides. Walked over to the free food area and was greater with a line easily 100 people long all waiting for the free food. I told the family to go back to the water park have fun and I will bring them hotdogs/fries/drinks etc. 30 mi later I asked for 4 dogs/chips/ 2 pizza slices. They then informed me that I could get 1. I explained that my family was at a table and I was being super dad and getting everything so the family did not have to wait in the seriously long line. Let s just say they could care less. I asked politely if they could make an exception and they just laughed. So like many others, I just bought everyone lunch (wonderful scam if you don t understand the fine print). Shame on me for not knowing.

My son is like 53ish tall. He stood at the l must be this tall line and he was there. So he got in line and waited like 20 min to get to the top. When he went to get on the slide, the slide attendant said he was not tall enough. Well I was not happy so I got in line with him and when we got to the top to get in the ride I aske why he could not go solo. I was informed you have to be above the line not just at the bottom of it. It took all I could from exploding. Yea he is a bit short for 12 years old but being at the line and 12 and denied. All I can do is laugh because the frustration is building fast

Arcade time!!! Kinda used to larger arcades but we can make this work. It s only money (gulp). Well when most of the games are out of order and the lines for the arcade games are 4-5 people deep, then you know two things will happen. 1) unhappy kids, 2) unhappy kids 3) less money but at this point I could care less cause this trip is disastrous.

I try to keep a good attitude and stay happy but this is day 1 and we have 3 to go.

You know what, I had to give a review to help others but I now realize I am wasting my time. I can highlight many more issues but I feel I have said my peace and let it go.

Please it may be a little bit more at others and please spend it. It is not worth what we paid.

I and my family decided to go to the Dell's for a weekend getaway. I saw the deal's going on af Mount Olympus, nice pictures of their rooms, and attractions. I booked a 2 queen room. We arrived to check and was assigned a room in building 17. After a 10 minute drive we arrived. Small pool and slide in center of the complex that had a foot of dirty water has not been used all year. The room decor was from the 60's, air conditioner unit had day light coming through around it and so did the front door. A old dirty 2 person hot tub in the sleeping quarters that I wouldn't bath a dog in. Nothing at all like the pictures. I called and complained and after some arguing we were assigned a room advertise in the picture. I wonder how many people don't complain and get ripped off. I could of stayed at a days in saved over a hundred dollars and had a room 20 times better. If you want to spend over $360 after tax for bad customer service, false advertisement, hassle on vacation, drive everywhere at the resort, dirty floors, then this is definitely the place for you.

Well first off we was supposed to have a room by 4 pm and we checked in at 330 and have to drive around till 5 before they finally gave us a room number and then the heater in the room would not work so we may as well slept out side because it was the same temperature and then the water park was way over capacity no where to sit and alot of safety concerns I would not come here again because when we called to tell them the problems there only answer was we can't do nothing go write a review if you want so goes to show they do not care at all about there customers and that's a bad out of a business if they want to keep running

We were in building 3, Worst experience ever we had no hot water, we called and they sent a guy to our room, he checked it came back an hour later to ask if it s working.. it wasn t so he said to just wait a little and it will, It never did so we couldn t even take a shower and it was really late we just wanted to go to sleep. the bed was up against the wall with a painted on headboard... there was dead bugs all over the room. No carpet. You can tell the rooms are not taken care of, it was dusty my nose would not stop running from my allergies, the floors are sticky with hair and crumbs, this was literally a waste of my money, i didn t even want to be there I didn t feel comfortable in that room. The staff At the water park are extremely rude, I tried to order a Churro, she said there not available I asked when they will be she said i don t know i m not going to give you a time cause then your going to cuse me out if it s wrong ... Like um ok?

The park was pretty standard and what was expected...

The park was pretty standard and what was expected. We enjoyed that part, though I wouldn't say there was anything special about it. It was super weird that in the wave pools they wouldn't let you go deeper than 5 feet. Everything else was extremely misleading. The only pricing said "average price per night." I figured it would be more, but not twice the listed price. Online, it also stated that the rooms were within walking distance of the park. I looked at the provided map and felt that it was accurate. When we got there, we found out that we were to stay at the hotel building where check in was. We asked for something closer if possible. We were given a different room at a motel styled building that was a bit shady, which we didn't know it was until we got there. The images online of the standard room were nothing like the actual location. We expected this to be closer because of the map that was, again, provided. Turns out the building was almost a mile from the entrance of the park and had several businesses between it and the park. The business is very misleading in their presentation of their facilities. We made a mistake thinking it would be worth or time to go here since we could stay at the place. We would have been much better off getting a room somewhere not associated with the park and going to Noah's Arc which has always given us a much better experience. Edit: The wifi in the rooms barely worked. It would go in and out and we would only get one bar at any given time.

Horrible hotel rooms. Loud people above our room. TV service kept cutting out repeatedly. Would not recommend and will not return.

Do your research before you stay here.

They have buildings all over the place. We were put in building 25 which was fine with us but there is no one working in the building. No one to call if you need something in the building. Just seems so far out of whack for a resort .

UGH! How disappointing was this place? Let me tell you: We stayed here on 2/3/18 to 2/4/18 in celebration of my daughters 13th birthday. I can guarantee this place was OVER capacity for the waterpark area. It took us 45 minutes to get checked in (actively being assisted time) because they refused to acknowledge that we had requested a handicap room (sorry, not available) for my daughter who is in a wheelchair. Ok, whatever, then we were under the assumption that since we booked with Mt. Olympus we were staying on site... NOPE. But, lucky us we got to haul a handicap 100# child a mile and a half away. Through approximately 4" of unplowed handicap entrances. To go to the waterpark, we not only had to load/unload a wheelchair and a 100# kiddo, we also got to deal with the parking issues! There is NO accessible parking near the waterpark entrance. What a joke! We ended up having to shuttle our own vehicles around and split up our group- which with 3 adults (2 of them driving vehicles) and 4 kids, this was no easy feat. The Slop line for food was gross, line right up for either burned or undercooked food- yay! It is not 'unlimited' either this option is offered for 5 hours a day, for those who would dare to go back. The room: My pillow had blood on it, EEK! The toilet in our room was loose and would move when used- even a toddler was capable of making the toilet move. Absolutely disgusted in this place- will be writing to corporate and more review sites. BEWARE: Mt. Olympus is NOT handicap friendly and highly overpriced @ $205.00 for a one night overnight 1.5 miles away.

Arrived to find out we weren't booked in to where we thought. The park has rust all over some of the slides as well as throughout the indoor park. Fountains on the indoor park were no longer working. Was forced to take off aqua Sox in order to use slides. Nails or bolts were seen lose or standing out of boards on one of the coasters. I would not recommend staying or using this place should be condemned or needs severe maintenance

I think the price with the coupon is great for $10. I don't think I would pay the $40 a person regular because its over crowded with the all the hotels that they have stay an play for free. The pools and the water-slide lines were outrageous . Now as far as the roller coaster and theme park wasn't so bad we actually got on all there rides before we left. You don't really need to get a locker for the roller coaster because they only have one cart so you can keep your stuff on the side with easy that no one will take your stuff. Also i recommend if you do rent a locker use the buy one get one free coupons because there lockers are super small. I think its cute how its set up just over crowded and you cant go in the indoor theme park unless your a guest there.

They really need to be more specific on how these rooms are set up. We are in the middle of nowhere and the rooms are not even connected to the parks. If we knew it was like this we would never have booked. Hate this place and we will never return. Very disorganized

Very disappointed with our recent stay. Our room ...

Very disappointed with our recent stay. Our room was located almost a mile from the water park unbeknownst to us. I asked if there was anything available connected to water park and was told it would cost another $250.00. Our toilet wouldn't flush well, sink didn't drain and room service didnt come until 5 with fresh towels, etc. We had a drug dealer outside our hotel entrance. We had to call security at 11:30 for ridiculously noisey people. At the water park, I found it to be disgusting and completely overcrowded. Their waterpark cannot handle amount of rooms/visitors they are having. There were wet towels everywhere, with no one cleaning them up until night close . Then the lady spraying cleaning solution on tables and wiping them down sprayed the solution on me not once, but twice. Mind you, the park closes at 10, this was not even 9:30. Thete were waiting lines for everything including tge adult hot tub. The all you can eat food was a complete joke. It was only open 12 to 5 snd you could only get one item at a time. So after waiting 40 minutes for a piece of pizza we chose to not bother again. Out if a 2 night stay, cost of over $500.00, we might have used the water park for 6 hours. I have a 10 and 13 year old and they were sadly disappointed . We will never return again.

Just arrived... Check in experience has been less than pleasant. Male manager had 0 compassion or understanding, and was just downright rude. We were not informed ahead of time that Christmas Mountain did not manufacture their snow. We booked over the phone, bringing 5 older children with the intent on using the complimentary lift tickets as the main part of our trip. Very saddened to learn that the mountain was closed when we arrived. Disappointed is an understatement. Be sure to ask more questions than necessary when booking with them! Especially if they include "perks." After going in for a 2nd time to speak with a different manager(who was much more accommodating and attempted to be more helpful-even though she could do nothing), we learned that several others have had this issue as well. The second manager informed us she's told them to add information to the website about the mountain being closed, however they have not. She stated they only just recently added "weather permitting" on their website. Definitely a "buyer beware" resort.

Horrible Place. Dirty, zero security in any of the buildings. Can get a contact high from pot smoking guests surrounding our room. Walls are so thin you feel it ever time someone enters the building the walls shake.

A fair establishment . Some service personnel are remarkable. On the other you have some bad ones. Wich we experienced in a time of urgency. In wich we needed a new room asap .the manager lady was fair and rapid to arrange it .the young African American kid who was to bring our new key cards took 1 hour . Mind you this was already at 11:30 at night with me having 2 kids who were very tired .the front desk was hanging up on me when I was calling to see were he was .this left us nearly leaving to a new hotel . However Rooms are very clean and attractive. And offer a full range of comfort and space .Warm water for the kids . The pools could be some what warmer .especially the hot tub .water was not hot but semi warm . Unsure of the food since we had our own . Good clientele mixed a bit with some ghetto turkeys from the hood clientele. That spells disaster when their is 9 of them rolling though the halls. Wich you could hear from 2 miles away. The great part was that Olympus offered free tickets for Christmas mountain tubing or snowboarding and two other attractions.we are appreciative and probably would return.

I will give 5 stars for the park but the rooms are disgusting, when we walked in the room, it smelled like urine,i called front desk and someone came right away but the only sprayed the room and curtains with an air freshener, so i went to walmart and cleaned the bathroom myself ,but the room was dusty and musty still,I think the nerd to do a better job of cleaning the rooms.
Please update the tv,its so old.

We left on December 31st, they had tiny pieces of glass in our room all over the rug. My boyfriend had to take them all out of my foot. They refunded me in resort credit but, I asked for a REFUND in our stay. I believe they should give every guest a perfectly clean room. Imagine if children were in there.. also a little boy threw up in the pool and the lifeguard had no clue until I yelled at him to take that boy out the lazy river. We left because the water was with throw up and didn t bother swimming anymore after watching a kid puke in there all over the float and pool.

I'm currently sitting in the indoor theme park eating gross free pizza. You can't even call this a theme park. Literally its 20% rides for children, 30% arcade, and 50% eating area.

Navigating around the park is confusing and frustrating, with signs on where to go scarce. The website said the outdoor theme park shut down at 8 but it's around 5 and it's already closed.

The indoor water park is ridiculously small, there are 3 body slides, 1 tube slide, a kids area, a narrow lazy river, and two hot tubs that are almost always full.

The best part so far is the free soda because they didn't make it.

Customer service is terrible. Half of their workforce don t speak English. After you check in, there are people trying to get you to do time share views offering you a credit card or sell you attraction deals at a huge discount. Such a pain one ass.
Our building was clear across town behind Burger King. Such an inconvenience. The mattresses were the worst I ve ever seen in a hotel. Smelled like mildew and marijuana. People bbqing in parking lot playing excessively loud music. This is our third time staying st Mt Olympus and we will never stay there again. The all inclusive free food and soda is a joke. They only serve soda hot dogs pizza or spaghetti at a certain time in one location so there a thousand people waiting in two separate lines. One for soda. One for the food. That s not an all inclusive resort! The wave pool was so busy you couldn t enjoy it. So many rude people everywhere. Never again.
No thank you! Do yourself a favor and stay at a better resort.

Went to Mt. Olympus for my daughter birthday on June 3rd. We got a really good deal so we stayed for 4 days. The indoor waterpark was closed which wasn't a problem because of covid and also there was so much to do outside. I would recommend staying 2-4 days if you want to get the full experience, we had a great time!

My boyfriend and I were there this past weekend and it was a nice stay overall but there were a lot of issues. There was hair all over the shower when we first got to our room, gross. I was also not made aware that room service needed to be requested. I had to ask for fresh towels 3 times throughout our stay and I had to change the garbage myself. Not exactly what you expect when you dish out a lot of money to stay in a resort. The website advertises an indoor theme park but it s not even a theme park...there are 4 little kid rides and the rest are arcade games that you have to pay extra for! Indoor water park was small, but nice. However it was extremely overcrowded. All the water was too cold and they were letting children in the 18+ hot tub, not relaxing at all. Not to mention that lockers are $10! That s an outrageous price for a tiny locker for a few hours. I also had to call hotel security because from 12:30am to about 2:00am there was this loud pounding coming from below us and it was very, very annoying. Despite all this, we had a nice trip. However, I recommend to stay somewhere else and pay the extra money. We ll be booking with the Kalahari or Wilderness from now on.

Really wish i could do 0 stars. This place is an absolute joke. Me and my whole family booked a vacation here and from the beginning it was awful. To start we were suppose to be charged $887 for our stay. They charged my moms credit card $88700 resulting in her card being shut off. But we thought mistakes happen so we got it corrected and still made the trip out there. Once there we quickly realized that service and facilities were awful. We paid for one of their better rooms but when we arrived we were sent to pretty much a dingy motel 6 that they bought and repainted the outside. The inside was no where near the pictures we were shown. So we drove 5 minutes away to their main building and had to argue to be put in the rooms we paid for. So after hours of them telling us we couldn't get into a room they finally texted us and told us the room was ready. We went in and the only thing they did was crudely make the beds. There was still dirty wash clothes and used towels in the bathroom and giant stains on all the sheets and the room smelled terrible. Out of the 5 rooms we booked 4 were still dirty including my brother finding pubes, bed bugs and mascara all over the bed his kids were going to be sleeping in! We went back and demanded a full refund and after hours of arguing they finally obliged and just to put the cherry on top of everything proceeded to refund my brothers money back in $10 bills! This place is incredibly unprofessional and their staff is rude. we ended up finding another great hotel and went to noahs arc waterpark which was incredible. After asking multiple people in the dells about mt olympus its well known they are thieves and conartists. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY A DIME YOULL THANK ME LATER.

mt Olympus definitely isn t what it used to be. First off there was a 10 minute wait for the hot tub. Then there was an insane line to wait for a tube to then go in another line for the slide. Our resort was down the street so that was a bummer. And the free food line was an hour wait and you can only get one thing per person. The room was affordable yes, but a waste. I wouldn t stay here again to much of a bad experience.

Purchased the Mt.Olympus All Inclusive deal for 3 ...

Purchased the Mt.Olympus All Inclusive deal for 3 days/2 nights. Check in is now at a new building off site but is a lot better than before! Stayed in building 24. if you want a closer building call before your check in date and ask them. otherwise my suggestion is to upgrade to Hotel Rome so it s a guarantee that you will have an updated spacious clean room.

Hotel Room- positives are that the room is spacious, has a flat screen TV, fridge and microwave and the a/c worked for all the hot days there. negatives is that the bathroom is so small, the toilet is not anchored, when you sit you can hear it lift up (no we are not overweight). the shower is so small I m not sure how anyone taller than 5 5 would be able to shower and it s extremely narrow you can t even move thank gosh we re short. the fridge and microwave are from the 90 s (you think i m joking but i m not they were both BROWN)

Mt.Olympus Waterpark- the slides, the wave and the lazy river are worth it. yes the lines are long but it s a waterpark what do you expect. the indoor waterpark however lacks in space. i m certain it cannot accomodate all of it s guests if the outdoor waterpark was not avail.

Mt.Olympus Theme Park- the rides are worth it for first time visitors. roller coasters are fun and kid rides are great but too many go karts. the parking makes no sense at all- you drive to the back of the builiding to enter for parking only to drive all the way back to the front of the building to find a parking spot. i ve never been to any other theme park who has such a weird parking entrance location.

YOUR FREE FOOD (all inclusive)- it s FREE.. that s all there is to it. 2 hot dogs chips and coleslaw OR 2 slices of cheese pizza 1 breadstick chips and coleslaw. 1st day we waited 10 mins only b/c we waited to go at the end of the day when they were closing. 2nd day we waited over 20 mins (this was during lunch time). the lines are long b/c it s FREE food but my suggestion to MT.Olympus in the future= maybe have more than 1 worker at each station when you have over 50-60 people waiting line. shouldnt be too difficult as you have more than enough employees!!!!!!!

Purchase the all inclusive deal if you are not picky on how your hotel room will look and if you don t mind hearing other hotel guests through thin walls. Otherwise just upgrade to Hotel Rome!

I took my grandchildren for a vacation after having a fantastic time in the pool we were returning to our room we see a guy in street clothes knocking on doors, so he knocked on our door and said the hallways smelled like pot then asked if they can come in I told them my children was in the shower with the wife the hotel guy put his feet in the door preventing me from closing it so I let him in he said everything was good but I felt offended by the foot so I went out the room and asked him for the MGR NAME, he got offered and rude, I proceeded to tell him about his foot and walking in my room while my family was undressed he said if you don t like it you can leave, after I called the front desk to complain they said I was evicted for smoking, I showed them my oxygen tanks, they proceeded to call the police to have us evicted with 3 children in the room at 8PM the police came and said they didn t smell anything in my room but had to enforce it because of the complaint. But the officer was nice and got us a 3 night stay at a even better place The Wilderness in a suite. It was clearly because I was black the officer said, he sculded the employee, ran his name for warrants, then call The Wilderness and got us a room, with an extra day. Officer Steve Whalen made my week after the harassment.

We will be done going to Mt Olympus! We keep giving it a shot but don't know why. First off our room was garbage! The toilet ran constantly the door quit working so we where locked out of our room and the ice machine was broke. They fixed our door as we couldnt even get back in our room but that was it. The free food and soda is also a joke. If you don't stay at there hotel rome you need to drive to the amusement park, park a half mile away and then walk through the waterpark back outside to get to the amusement park where they have a small soda fountain and tiny cups for soda. The food is okay but for the amount of time you will wait a small chain restaurant is a better option. We wanted a nice relaxing weekend but it was far from that! We will no longer be staying at Mt Olympus when in the WI dells!!

I was very worried about coming after reading the reviews on multiple sites after i had already booked our room. We have never been to Wisconsin Dell's before & honestly, my husband, son & I had a great vacation at Mt. Olympus. There was so much to do there that I'm glad we had stayed for 3 days so we could get to do all the things that are offered. The employees were very nice & i loved hearing all the different accents. We payed extra to stay at Hotel Rome & I'm glad we did because we could just walk to everything from our room. The room was really nice, the beds are very comfortable. We stayed Friday through Sunday so the lines for the free soda & food were very long as to be expected so if your staying here mostly because of that, just be prepared to wait some time & that it's only during certain hours.

We went on a Thursday and of course there were long lines to check in but it moved at a good pace. I knew my room would be a distance away but the girl had no problem with us getting closer at only $20 more. The kids liked the room and we had a good time at the water and theme park. Of course the free food line was long which didn't bother us because everyone loves free stuff and the workers were always nice and it is interesting because they are from all over the world.

Worst indoor water park. Complete waste of money. So trashy. The toilet in our room was broken, the shower was broken, the pools and indoor water park were overcrowded and disgusting. The water was gross, the free food is a joke and there were lines that made it not even worth it. The hotel refused to provide us with additional towels or pillows, absolutely ridiculous. So gross, trashy and a complete waste of money. Do not take your kids here. I will never ever come back and will let everyone I know how horrible mount Olympus is. Disgraceful they run a business this way. If I could give them less than one star I would.
