Three people lived in a 30 square foot area for about a month because they couldn't get the basement repaired quicker from the water heater flooding the basement. Tried to ask to resign with new roommates and apparently it was the most confusing thing to grasp. Was charged $250 for saying I wanted to change roommates at the end of the lease without any information whatsoever given to me about how to do so. House was perfect. Company was very unprofessional.

They have been extremely helpful when things need to be repaired which is a refreshing change from a property manager I have had in the past. The staff that they use to come to the house has always been very nice and very accommodating as well as professional. My e-mails, phone calls and in person visits to the office have always been pleasant and they remember my family details enough to make conversation when seeing me. When we have rental property I fully intend on having them manage my property as well.

We rented a townhouse from Youle and they were fantastic. They were available to answer questions and help us with any problems we had with maintenance issues. We had to leave early a little early and were unable to give a 30 day notice. The staff at Youle was able to find renters within a week and we got money back on our paid rent!!!! I can not say enough great things about out experience with them. Keep up the great work Youle Realty !

paying rent to these folks is a chore. you can do it online, but you have to pay a fee. you can pay it in person, but you can't use cash or personal checks - you have to use cashier's checks or money orders, which is an extra errand as well as a fee

I am so pleased with Youle Realty. Superlatives don't do justice. In our first meeting 9 years ago Ty told us we were not asking enough rent the proceeded to rent the condo quickly and 3 weeks vacancy in 9 years. It doesn't get better than that.

Don't use this.company! After spending almost $30,000 in 19 months with this company they charged an additional $500 for cleaning after being told by Ty the owner that the place never looked so good! Save yourself the aggravation and take your chances with the crooks on Craigslist.

Ty is great. She has so much experience that I really rely when I have questions. The accounting reports at the end of the year are a superb thing to have, please don't change that.

Youle is an incompetent property manager. Youle did not fulfill their management and maintenance obligations to the landlord or to us. They charged us for repairs that needed to be made prior to our tenancy. When we attempted to negotiate with them, they went radio silent, and sent us to collections. As a real estate investment professional, I would not use Youle Realty as a manager, even if they were my only option. As a tenant, I would never lease from them again, even if the rent was $0.

I would not recommend renting from Youle Realty if you can avoid it. While their properties may be nice, their management is anything but.

Ty Youle and her staff were incredibly difficult to work with. When we looked at the property, we were told by staff that they allowed certain things we were interested in (pets, grills, etc), but then upon reading the lease found that we had been lied to. We signed anyway, since we were in a time crunch, and ended up delaying getting a dog.

We waited months for repairs; this was not the fault of the handyman Ted who was very helpful and pleasant. It was the fault of the staff who never called him to approve the work.

Ty was unresponsive and terse on numerous occasions. When asking if we wanted to renew, she sent a one-line messages requesting a rapid response with our decision. But when we replied asking if the rent would change, she took her sweet time getting back to us. We found her to be very unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Much less satisfied with my treatment as a renter than with other property managers in town. Tenants treated as nuisances rather than property occupants. Property not clean and fully setup on move in, and deferred maintenance by the owners and property managers is passed on to the renters on move out.

I attempted to call and get in contact many times with this property management company but was always a voicemail never a real person. When I finally got a call returned they bewiddled me and were rude. They sounded very stubborn to questions and acted as if my questions and concerns were stupid and that it was my fault for asking a question. After arguing over a simple dispute with a property being legal flr 4 tentants they simply made a rude commet and made a sarcastic statement that was very unprofessional and offense before hanging up on me and no attempt answer when called back. If you are considering a property management please consider another one cause this one clearly has an issue with being professional and will cause you a loss in tenants.

Horrible agency, very poor job of disclosing information. Never will use them again for anything. Period.

As a home owner renting my property out while I been living out of town, Youle Realty has been a godsend. They have kept top notch renters in my home. They have been prompt and responsive to anything that needed to be taken care of. They have educated me on how to be a good landlord and keep my renters happy. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting quality property management.
It is unfortunate that renters who have not gotten all of their deposit returned to them for damages done to properties, can so easily write unfavorable reviews!

The house is 100 miles from our home. It's been rented constantly. Whenever a material repair is needed I receive a clear description of the situation and cleat request for authorization. All my contacts with Youle realty have been friendly, courteous and professional. Payments arrive on time every time

Absolutely horrible experience. Don t even try and apply they just take your money. Hope she can sleep at night. She took our money and never ran our stuff. Never called references or anything.

They are kind and attentive. We are very happy with the service at Youle.

Document everything or you can kiss your security deposit good bye. They can and will find any way to use your money to make repairs that should have been their responsibility to begin with. They replaced 3 window sills in my place because of damage caused by leaving the windows open during rain storms (because Fort Collins is known for its frequent rain storms /s). When asked if maybe the windows had faulty seals and this damage was actually caused by accumulated snow melting and seeping in, they made the idea seem ludicrous.

They offer nice properties but don't trust them to do the right thing when it comes to getting your deposit back.

Nothing is good about this horrible horrible rude people, especially Ty the evil queen. All they care about is their money. They never never fix anything aroud the house except if you are paying for it. They took two security deposit when signing the lease. The carpet was dirty and disgusting but the only thing she said is "this is the cleanest it can get"! And we were in a hurry and we needed a house ASAP. The contract is not very useful for renters it is only beneficial for the agency and the landloard, even if something wrong happened to you or to your properties because of something wrong in the house, they are not responsible and tendants must sign the waiver!!! Horrible agency never ever ever rent from them.

We live in Nevada. Ty has found great tenants, oversaw maintenance and made renting our house easy and stress free. The staff always polite, always helpful, always willing to go the extra mile. We know our properties are in good hands with Youle Management. We've had other management companies that could take lessons from them.

I wish I could give these unprofessional, rude, incredibly difficult people to work with ZERO STARS! My darling mother rented a condo from them and it was he** from the get go. Just one example: they had to move something out when she moved in and they made a big dent in a wall. She asked what they were going to do about it knowing she would be charged for it when she moved out and because it looked awful. They said "nothing, it still works doesn't it?" This was their attitude about everything when something went wrong in the place. She ended up moving so she didn't have to deal with their incredibly rude attitudes toward her. Before she moved out they sent her such an incredibly rude email that I wish I had it to copy & past here. It basically said they had up to 60 DAYS to refund her $1600 deposit so "under NO circumstances" was she to contact them to inquire about her deposit refund until it had been 60 days. While she definitely deserves her deposit back as she lived alone most of the time, kept the place spotless & didn't have any pets, I'm sure these crooks will come up with all kinds of reasons not to give her back her money. I'm just SO glad she's out from under their wrath because the way they treated her was seriously affecting her blood pressure. Unless you enjoy dealing with people like this, stay away...you've been warned...

I rented from Youle Realty for 2 years, and never had any problems with the office people. They always fixed any problems, I was not charged. The place I rented was not updated or pretty, needed paint and new carpet, it was really cold in the winter and really hot in the summer, but considering it was a fairly low rent property... isn't that to be expected? I also got most of the deposit back.... so I can't complain. You get what you pay for.

These people are HORRIBLE. They are inconsiderate, rude, and have terrible communication skills. After paying the security deposit, they then said we owed them yet more money mere days before we were supposed to move in. They never have the common courtesy to call, they just email with poor writing and poor wording. I love the property we are renting, but the people are just awful to deal with. I would strongly advise against moving in unless you handle rude people and extremely stressful situations with ease. Also, don't bother trying to rent from them unless you have perfect credit or are a student prior to having the debt showing on your credit history. They have unrealistic expectations of renters, especially for college towns. Once we are able to move out, we're gone!

We applied for an apartment.... There was an error with there website. It said we had already paid and was would not run the card again. When we went in they told us it was our fault. They wouldn't even call to make sure there wasn't a mistake. They were very rude and acted like I was stupid. It's not worth it to do business with people like them.

Property management is very disrespectful, and downright unethical. They would not rent property to graduate students and adult professionals (3 of us), talk about age discrimination...

Staffs provide me with up to date accurate information. Youle takes care of my property for 8 years, and I will keep Youle realty as my property management. I have no problems with tenants. Thanks Youle for good tenant screening process.

Youle Realty has been a much appreciated property manager. Moreover they have improved their capabilities especially in the monthly reports posting area to reduce some of usual owner stress, like paying regular bills (HOA, seasonal maintenance, pest control fees), timely tax reports, etc. Youle is a blessing compared to the big name company in Virginia that turned a blind eye to our renters who ignored the contract rules causing major repair bills.

Fair and honest. Will work with you. Would rent through them again.

Youle realty is a joke. I moved from chicago to Colorado two years ago.

When i moved, i was supposed to be moving right into a duplex in laporte managed by youle realty. When i got there after the 1000 mile drive, with my moving truck, i found a should-be-condemned home, full of trash, animals, uncleaned (for what looks to be a number of years...) filthy, rotted out gasket on the fridge, warped, molded wood in the shower, NONE of the outlets were grounded, no outlet covers, windows didnt close all the way, the grass was waste high in the back yard (this is not an exaggeration)
When i called to complain, they sent a guy over that afternoon to begin cleaning and mowing the man refused to allow his cleaning company in the home. He stated that the last women to clean the kitchen was hospitalized due to black mold in the house that he says goes all the way to the studs of the home and starts in the kitchen.

This house was being rented for $1,000.00. I had to FIGHT to get my money back from Ty , slept in a hotel that night and had to pay to put my stuff in storage until I could find another place to live. (I made Ty pay for that too.) The fact that I traveled for so many hours, made sure to send funds ahead of time, and not a SINGLE PERSON at youle had done a walk through of the place... how could you just simply NOT CLEAN????? I understand that not every place is a haven... but come on. Black mold? Rotted fridge with food in it? Not only that... when i told Ty, she gave me a guilt trip about how the owners wont be happy when they hear about all the work the place needs, she made me feel like I was asking too much. I am not exaggerating when I say the place was unliveable. Pictures to come...

The duplex I rented was DISGUSTING and rancid with mold. Yuole realty laughed at me when I asked to have the mold dealt with. I got TWO infections related to the mold problem while living at the house and the filthy environment took a sizable toll on my health while I lived there. The people who work at Yuole are rude and unprofessional. I had their secretary tell me to never speak to her again because she was in a b*tchy mood and didn't want to answer my questions. Their lease will strip you of any rights you have as a tenet in Colorado. In the lease, it states you cannot withhold rent due to unsanitary living conditions, although it's CO law that you can. I did my best to clean up the place and left it infinitely cleaner than when I moved in, yet they still took money from my deposit for things that were already broken when I moved in. They are dishonest people. Yuole realty also tried to charge me for utilities that I paid directly to the utilities company. They are scam artists. AVOID YUOLE REALTY! I fully plan on suing them if they do not return the money they dishonestly and unjustly took from my deposit.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Youle Realty is not property management but a collection agency. They do not assist tenants in any way, but take your money without providing a true service of any sort. Do not expect any assistance if things go awry, you are on your own. Youle Realty will not return your calls in a timely manner if they contact you at all. I have used their "emergency phone line" and no one in the office ever contacted me. Tyann (the owner) has ignored me even when I was in her office trying to resolve an issue, she left it to her staff when I had called her and left her a message the previous day. She did not even have the common courtesy to call me back or talk to me while I was in the office. Rude and unprofessional. No property is worth dealing with this sad excuse for a business

We have been with Youle Realty for the past thirteen years and have not had a single problem. They are very professional. They keep us informed and are very responsive to our needs. We could not find a better property management. We highly recommend Youle Realty.

Since 2010, we've been with only one property management service - that being Youle Realty. They have always come through with selecting responsible tenant's to occupy our rental. Youle Realty has an excellent track record with us when responding to our tenant's needs. We've attempted to go through other property management services prior to Youle Realty, but we found that they were not as receptive, nor accomodating, as Youle Realty. So, if you have a rental that you want managed properly - you can't go wrong with Youle Realty.!!

Absolutely horrible scam company. They'll take your application fee on a rental, not process your application, and then refuse to give your money back. I had to threaten them with court to get mine back. Stay away from Ty and her garbage business. I've no doubt that positive reviews of this place come either from her own business, or from renters kissing butt at the end of their lease, hoping that a good review helps them to get the most back from their deposit.

By far the best property management company I dealt with during my time in Fort Collins. They are quick with repairs and the staff is responsive and very kind. I would highly recommend renting with them!
