Actually leaving now to find another place to stay! Horrible! The air conditioning doesn't work! Say they will be here to fix in 30 minutes. Said they were on their way an hour later. Sink drain would not drain. Gross. There is a reason it's a 2.5 star!

We had a great time.. I was scared to book here because of the reviews. I almost canceled my reservations but gave this place a chance & glad I did. My room was nice, clean, & affordable! Unfortunately people are always so quick to leave bad reviews but I d definitely go back. It s definitely not a high class resort but if that s what your looking for pay the money for one, i seen ppl complaining about no coffee maker in the room, with the money you save you can go to the star bucks down the st. If your looking for fun affordable vacation definitely book here.

Very disappointed! I know you get what you pay for and our cabin was clean and basic and that was fine. I have no problem with the cabin itself.
However the indoor water park one of the lifeguards call 2 visitors fat in front of everyone. I felt so bad for the 2 men. Another man confronted him and told him that was wrong and went to the supervisor.
All the poor guys want to do is go in the hot tub and the lifeguard told them they had to wait for more room because they were "too you know" and blow himself up like he was fat.
The camp are is party central! Called security 3 times and nothing happened!

HONEST REVIEW- booked this as a quick get away for my wife and kids (4 and 1). My wife read the reviews and we almost didn t go however very happy we did. Check in was a breeze, the room was clean and the number of activities for the kids was amazing. Even the crowd was good, standard middle class. Price I would say they could charge more however it s nice that they make it affordable for many families to enjoy. This was the vacation from Covid that we all needed and we will be back.

Stayed here last weekend and paid over $200 for a room in the main building. So not worth it. All the indoor places were closed minus the arcade. Also there was a fight at the theme park. Also at 2am in the morning some family let their kids scream down the halls while the parents screamed "Everybody Wake Up" to the point that multiple people opened their doors and told them to shut up. I would never pay for this place again. Stay away

I've read some reviews here and i kinda have to laugh. The Dells is a tourist trap so everything is pricey. The outdoor waterpark is awesome and extremely worth it. The "free" food and soda for hotel guests is actually covered by the resort fee at the begining of check in. The line for the free food and drink was obnoxiously long though. The room my family got was clean and adequate. MTO resorts are not the Hilton! Do not expect the red carpet treatment at a waterpark resort/hotel. Everyone is here for the waterpark not the room. Overall its been a fantastic vacation and made lots of good memories here at Mt. Olympus!

If I could have rated a 0, I would have. The room was awful. It was literally a room with beds and a desk. In the Dells that should suffice, but it honestly did not look like the picture online. The TV was an old box TV, the floors were chipped in spots, our drapes did not close all the way, the beds were super hard and uncomfortable, there was a gap under the door, and the room had a musty smell. Aside from our disappointment in the amenities, we did not feel safe there. We heard a lot of talking and noise throughout the night. At one point we went to the car to get some of our luggage and when we walked out there was a strong odor of weed. Just not something you want your family exposed to during a family vacation. We were more exhausted than rested from our first night there. I would say this was more of a $60/night room, not a $200+/night room. Considering what we paid, I expected a room more updated. I was also disappointed that we were not within walking distance of the resort amenities. We ultimately ate the cost of the room and switched hotels. I feel Mt. Olympus is just too big and they cannot invest appropriately in their rooms.

Totally deceiving online advertisement. We called and were told the waterpark was within 2 minutes walking distance from our off-site room, yet found that our rooms were over 2 miles from the main resort. After calling and asking for a closer room upon arrival, we got a slightly closer room but not much better. The indoor waterpark is beyond over crowded, and the indoor theme park is basically an arcade room with few rides. Free food is also only available at very select times, and is very limited, and has long lines.

Stayed here with my son under an "all inclusive" deal. Terrible experience. Firstly, the website doesn't advertise that the room you will be staying in could be far from the main area - as with us. The all inclusive package is very minimal so dont be sold on "all inclusive." Secondly, room quality and accommodations were minimal. Lastly, there were children (and adults) up and running around screaming at all hours of the night. I had to keep my TV on to even dream of sleeping because you can hear EVERYTHING. The police were even at our building arresting someone at 2am. Loitering by the stairs and in the lobby super late at night with people being obnoxious. I always stay at the Kahlari or Great Wolfe and will never deviate again. Much better deal for your money with a ton more accommodations and a restful night sleep. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

The life guards really make this place shine. They are so attentive and dedicated. They truly should be applauded for the stellar job they do!!! We even watched a few of them deal with rule- breakers with patience and respect. The park is a bit run-down. Some areas looked great and other areas need updating and fresh paint. The Pegasus roller coaster is very violent! Watch out! I literally felt like I had to hold my skeletal system together! Our daughter cried through it. The hotel was just a launching pad for us so we weren't expecting much. It was pretty much clean-a few rough spots that we cleaned up ourselves. Staff was kind and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you, lifeguards!!!!!!! You truly are the best!!!!!

You do not stay at the waterpark, your room is 1 mile away and you have to freeze back to your car in the winter. You also get to listen to all the people abusing their children in this establishment. Leaves much to be desired. Was recommended but will pay a lot more for a better resort, hotel mates, and environment in the future.

Was not told that the rooms are so far away from the actual water park. Who wants to come out in the cold after being in a pool. The free food is a joke the lines are so long it s crazy and the shut off time is 5:00pm and check in isn t to 4:00pm if you re lucky they might have a room ready a hour and a half early. Don t waste your time so not worth the money very disappointing!!!!

It s all in the details. Curtains have blood stains. Some white towels are stained. This place doesn t seem to want to spend the money to make it just a little bit nicer. It s okay but I wouldn t come back here again. There are other amusement water parks & hotels near by.

I have visit this place like 6 or 7 time in the past 5 years. And everything was great. But last year we went, we came back with bedbugs... we tought may be we grab them from some where else. Well this year I came back with bedbug bites, I send them an email letting them know about it. They pretty much send back we are no giving you your money back. And also a really rude lady on the hot tub who call me a lair for walking right in front of her face and kick us both me and my daughter because she was no tall enough to be at the hot tube, even no they have a announcement that said 6 years old and older, she said we came in from the exit, it got to the point where I have to ask other people that where at the hot tub which we came in, they all saw me came in from the entrance, but the lady was almost falling a sleep on the chair, the way she was sitting like she didn't want to be there . I wasn't planning in saying anything. But I was going trough the reviews and saw a lot about the bedbugs. We all pay to have a nice vacation, no to come back home wondering if we have to worry about if we bring any bedbugs home with you, and also the itchiness from the bites and pain you would be in for 2 o 3 weeks.

Disappointed. Definitely a motel experience and not a resort like advertised. We were in building 14 which required a drive to the park. Towels were like sand paper, just like the blankets on the beds. Bunk beds were too gross for the teenagers to sleep in. The mattress and pillows were so thin and basically worthless. Indoor theme park was a joke. Most all rides are gone and replaced with some arcade games. The free food for resort guests- OMG . After an hour in line we decided the hotdog and cardboard pizza wasn't worth it. We will not be back to Mt. Olympus. Shame on me for thinking I could get a good deal. Should have paid double to stay at The Wilderness or Great wolf Lodge.

Just got here and wish I could give it a zero, their staff is unable to understand and communicate time let alone inform guests properly, just waisted $100 for one night for them to not properly inform us about anything. Do not waist your money or time here try another place to stay at, they'll rob you.
-update I called the main office to ask what is available and they were confused like I should already know lol and they almost forgot to tell me they have a bar inside the lobby, didn't know that when I got here.

Admittedly, our stay did not start off on the best...

Admittedly, our stay did not start off on the best foot but certainly landed on the right one. I booked a Queen bed theme room with a bunk bed. The image posted on the site when I booked was beautiful and spacious with a partition separating the queen bed from the bunks. This was extremely ideal as I am a mom coming to stay with my 3 boys 11, 6, and 6months and am still breastfeeding my youngest so wonderful for some much needed privacy! Arrival and check in was painless but our packet that indicated our building number did not include the alphabetical portion (11B) so I after a 3hr drive I wasn't pleased to be circling the parking lot only to see this building behind the motels that seriously lacked in upkeep. Smelled instantly and when we got to our room on the 2nd floor it was extremely cramped with no partitian, a bathroom you could barely step in and a old tube TV missing a power button and when the boys instantly grabbed the remote, pure static. I called and explained my dismay as well my own fault for not requesting a room on the 1st floor in advance. My 6yr old has medical conditions that make it extremely difficult. The guest service representative was understanding and offered a new room on the 1st floor and partition. Even had a gentlemen bring us new keys so we wouldn't have to go back to the check in building. We got to our new room and I instantly felt so much better. Looked exactly like what I intended to book and smelled clean in a well kept building. At the waterpark the staff did well to keep up sanitization efforts and keeping attractions wiped down between riders. A lot of staff keeping the grounds clean and all around fun experience for the family. Note they do check your bags at the enterance and no outside food or drink is allowed except water. With that being said, get ready to open up your wallets cause the prices are high. Luckily, the food we enjoyed I feel was worth it or I may have been highly upset. The food building closest to the entrance was pretty damn good for a waterpak. Waking up exhausted on our last day not exactly prepared to hit the road, I called services again to request a late check out and they were very polite and accommodating. We intend to return for a longer visit with more family in the hopefully very near future. Hopefully they will do some renovations on some of their older buildings in the future, otherwise we very much enjoyed our stay.

One other thing to note: the entrance/exit is a very steep incline so be prepared. Maybe they'll get a lift or some type of rennovation so it will be more accessible families with stollers/wagons, elderly, and handicap. I thought I was having a tough time pushing my heavy stroller and help my 6yr old keep up until I seen an elderly woman maybe in her 70's struggling to push her own wheelchair UP the hill AFTER her day at the waterpark. Thats right... going down on your way in and up on your way out after 8hrs in the sun.

Hope this helps

Decided to come here for my sons birthday, 3days 2 nights group of 14, so we spent a decent amount of money for the rooms, upon arrival the room was dirty floors have not been swept. Bed sheets and pillow cases were stained. Food and crumbs were found in the sheets and all under the bed. Hair all over the bathroom. Management was called and they told us they couldn t have housekeeping back into the room due to Covid, fine, they then told us they would refund only 10% of my total. I had to ask for new sheets, towels as well as wipe down my own room and sweep everything. We called management a second time to have the rooms switched on hold for 10 min and were told we would get a call back never did. I do not recommend this place at all, very bad experience.

Over priced for what little they had to offer, everything opens late and closes by 8 or 9. Rooms were way outdated and hotel pool was nice and warm but 4 showers later after 24 hours still reek of chlorine. Wnt ever be back

So just curious they reach out but have they done anything for anybody or just try to look good. I emailed and they dnt even respond to that.

Never. Again. My family and I came here for 2 nights (this is our last night, THANK GOD!), 3 days. We spent a whole day at the overly crowded water park, a complete madhouse, yet our room never received house keeping. The water park seemed to be housing a bunch of wild animals, I'm sure it was well over capacity in occupants. My mother and niece witnessed before their very eyes, a man practically drown his child in front of them. There were more adults and 'big kids' in the kiddie pool than there were little kids. People were standing in front of the entrance to the hotel smoking...my kid almost had an asthma attack..thanks for that. Free food?! Yeah, if you wanna stand in line for 45 minutes to get a cardboard SINGLE peice of pizza or a crappy nasty hotdog. And if you want seconds, come stand in line all over again for ANOTHER 45 minutes. I felt like I brought my kids to a soup kitchen or a poor house. The staff, rude, and nobody looked like they even remotely enjoyed their jobs. We will not be returning. For the first time ever, I absolutely hated this vacation.

Requests were very slow. Asked at 8pm for pillows and were told they would be right up... call them back an hour later, then they say they have to go to a different hotel for the pillows and they would be back shortly due to maximum capacity... another hour passes, and we actually go down there and ask what's going on and they say once again the pillows are almost here. Then we got a call after that saying that they had to go to a different hotel and that the housekeeper just got in, but two times before that they already had the pillows? Took 4 hours to get pillows, got our pillows around midnight. The fridge also didn't work and wasn't cold at all. Very disappointed.

I did not realize that a portion of the park would be closed BUT it does make sence. I wish it had been made more aparent on the site and by the sales rep. (This observation does not affect my rating) Wave pool was amazing and life guards were very serious about checking the water after each wave. Staff very nice and they clean the theme park rides between each set of customers. Lockers affordable at 10$

The theme park was fun but, my vacation soon turned to a nightmare. I brought headphones that I thought would be safe in the room while we went and explored. I soon found out that was wrong because housekeeping stole my headphones right from my room. I had hidden the headphone under my suitcase and when I got back they were missing. I really thought that this vacation would be relaxing and I defiantly didn't think that housekeeping would be thieves.

My kids (4 & 9) had a great time. It was a bit overcrowded due to the fact the indoor park is small and they have all the off property buildings and also people with day passes coming in. Lines and waiting were to be expected. The indoor theme park was a little lacking compared to what their website says, but again, my kids had fun. THE BEDS WERE AWFUL. So uncomfortable and painful even. The free food was actually really good despite the 20-30 minute wait in line. If you are a small family and your kids are small this would be okay. Otherwise, spend the extra money and go somewhere else.

I came to the go carts to get harassed by an employee as to why we didn t have mask on. Mind you this man was speaking to us with his mask below his chin. We are literally minding our business trying to hit the go carts before we leave and having mask isn t mandatory here in Wisconsin it s OPTIONAL. He proceeded talking about all races I have a picture of him and the plate I called the resort twice with no manager able to answer my calls this is not acceptable to Harass people. Van P11 at 10am on 6/17/2020 I have went to this hotel plenty on times and there will not be another chance after this!

Worst stay at a hotel that I've ever experienced!

Worst stay at a hotel that I've ever experienced!
This past weekend my family stayed at your resort, 4/28/18-4/29/18. The hotel was by far the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. The lady checking us in was very pleasant and said that our room was ready already. Great! No so fast, we go to the room in building 22 and the sheets are dirty! Not only were they dirty, there was a dead bug on the top bunkbed. What is that!!! Then to make matters even worse, your book says that you have to request to have clean sheets. DISGUSTING!
I informed the front desk of this and how upset I was. They switched our room to another one same building/floor. At least the sheets looked clean. I am still creaped out though! Then that night, the walls are paper thin and our kids couldn't fall asleep do to the doors opening/closing, babies crying, etc all from other rooms. At 1:00am, the couple in the room below us starting fighting. Not only screaming at each other inside and then outside on their deck, but then started physically fighting. Just as I was about to say something, the neighboring room did. It took threatening to call the police to get them to stop.
This was absolutely the worst mini vacation that I have ever experienced. No one seemed to care about the room conditions or anything when I spoke to the front desk, they seemed numb to it. That's a problem!

Stayed at an off-site room. Room was awesome, three queen beds a bunk bed and an attached room. Accommodated six of us very well. We ran into a problem that would have brought the review down much further. Luckily the management was awesome and very responsive. Helped us salvage a stay we all feel good about, plus kids loved it.

We checked into Mt. Olympus last night 9/7/19 and we have had the WORST experience!

*First woke up to a very loud noise in our ceiling at 5am -this building was only one floor so something was in/on the roof. I called the office and was told someone was coming to check things out and would fix the issue. Two security guards came to the outside of our window with a ladder and went into the roof/soffit. They then left and the noise continued. After dealing with two very rude customer service workers I gave up. Come to find out it was just raccoons....

*Then I went to get ready in the bathroom with Atalia (6 month old baby) and there was this scratching noise coming from the inside of the bathtub. I tapped on the side of the tub and the scratching became louder and harder. I called the office again and was told they would send someone. I recorded the noise so that they could listen to it. A some-what nice guy showed up to our door and asked if this was a code 11. I wasn t sure. He went into the bathroom and could heard the scratching too. He told me that they often have raccoons get into the basement and they keep traps down there because they crawl into the bottom of the bathtub looking for water. WHAT?!! So I guess it s a common thing for rodents to be in the rooms at this resort! He told me he was going to go into the basement to check the traps, and he didn t come back.

*At this point I was becoming very upset. And then our room began to fill up with the smell of strong Weed. We are in Wisconsin with our 6month old baby at a kids resort and the build stinks like weed.

* Now I m upset... make another call to the office and ask if there s anything they can do about our bad experiences. I explain everything to a lady and she seemed very understanding she then sent me to a manager, I believe her name was Mary but not 100% because she had a very strong accent. She wanted me to explain to her what had happened, every though I was told each time I called previously that they were making notes of my calls... So I explained to her and she was VERY rude, she told me she didn t understand me and that first I said there was rodents in the ceiling and now I m saying they are actually in the bathtub. And I told her YES, they are everywhere! She said that each person that came to our room previously reported negative things ( which meant, yes there are multiple rodents and a strong smell of weed,) but because we check-out today there s nothing she can do for us even though we only had a one night reservation. She continued to be very rude saying that she is not going to do anything for us. I asked if there was someone else I could speak to and she said no I told her that every person to answer my phone calls to the office was rude and she again said there s nothing she could do. I decided to end the conversation.

* As all of this craziness was going on I had already packed our bags and we headed out, even though we had hours before check out. Austin decides he is going to be the one to check out because I had no luck talking to anyone. They again listened to everything and said they couldn t do anything about our bad experience. Austin had took pictures of the building because it was/ is not up to code and he explained this to the manager. She told him he could report it if he wanted to.

* Lastly as he was checking out, TWO different groups of people came into the office to make complains. The first one reported they had BEDBUGS!!! And the second reported they had a LOTS of spiders which had bit their kids and their kids had huge bites on them!!

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
This has been the worst experience!!

Please share and pass along, you definitely do not want to bring kids to this resort.

On top of everything, they were simple just rude.

This is the worst hotel my family and I have ever stayed at. For the price we pay you should probably upgrade the rooms. The tiles in the bathroom were moving around when you walked on them. The beds were terrible and you could feel the springs. Also the room was not cleaned very well. Will never stay here again.

This place is a joke. And all the advertising they do is a scam. We checked in at about 1pm and I was told they would text me at around 4 saying my rooms were ready. Didn t end up getting our rooms until about 5:30-6. My boyfriend talked to a supervisor and was told that they couldn t refund him even a night. We were not at hotel Rome so we had to go back and forth. The Parking Lot was so full we had to walk literally across the whole thing just to get to the water park. The line for the free food was a joke as well. I don t recommend this place at all!!!!

Probably the worst experience I've ever had at a h...

Probably the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. When purchasing tickets online, you never know what building you'll end up in. Additionally, if you purchase tickets online, they hide under the fine print that they're non-refundable. As a marketing professional, this is an absolute dishonest practice of advertisement and marketing.

After displaying disappointment in their inability to advertise honorably, they offered to put me in a room that had a Jacuzzi tub. Mind you, I'm coming to a hotel that has a water park and you're trying to keep me in my room. That should be a red flag to anybody.

Our room was placed directly next to a broken ice machine that ran all night. After speaking with customer service about the issue, you guessed it, nothing happened. Customer service in the arcade and at the bar were equally as terrible. Why would I ever want to come back if everyone has an attitude, and acts like they hate their job!? On top of that, the soda that we purchased was expired

Cleaning service never came to the room. After finding a few cleaners in the hallway, I spoke with them to ensure that they would come by, but they still didn't. After calling down to customer service, I had new towels sent up, and just a heads up these towels feel like sandpaper.

The water park was very underwhelming, and the overall atmosphere was uncomfortable. Having to walk through the pool area to get to the indoor amusement park is very strange. I would imagine the resort as a whole is different in the summer, however the layout of their buildings would make for a very inconvenient stay.

We ended up canceling out last night at the hotel and went to the Wilderness. It was a bit more than we could afford, but it was worth every penny. The Wilderness is superior in every category, and I would recommend spending your money there. Please don t respond to this message with any offers.

(NOTE: The relevant reviews listed on Google Reviews are obviously staged. If you look at the newest reviews, they are all terrible.)

The hotels are very outdated and alot of repairs in each room needs to be done. In 4 days of our stay, we had no room service (no clean towels, etc). The waterpark hours was very disappointing the week we were there. Counting in and out the pool towels was a joke. Spend a little more people and stay somewhere nicer for the money.

we loved this place. Check-in was extremely clear (email, text message and good signage). We got a great value for what we paid. $77 for hotel Rome on weekday after taxes and fees. one of the lifeguards gave an impromptu swim lesson for a couple of the kids, that was nice of him. Management was visible and approachable. My kids liked the pool, three different depths, and the bumper cars the best.
if you don't like crowds stick to the school year and early summer, it looks like it could get busy there.

Great resort with everything we needed and nothing we didn't. We went for a getaway during the winter for the indoor water park. Had great amenities to keep an 11 year old and 4 year old entertained for hours. The indoor theme park was cute but we really enjoyed the free lift tickets at Christmas mountain. Highly recommend this resort. Rooms are clean and decent for a family of four. Only knock... there is no coffee In that resort before 8 am.

The hotel room was nice & clean but low on supplies- a neighbor had to borrow our toilet paper, the was no Kleenex or soap! Many of the younger kid rides were closed so our 8 year old was bored or afraid to ride the larger rides! And there wasn't much seating on the lower deck of indoor water park.. Kids loved the Arcade, but for 4 kids it was expensive!

We went to the waterpark early season for a day which was enough to take it all in. The kids from 2 to 15 had a blast. Something for everyone. Parking is $20 which was a surprise and hidden cost.

What an amazing experience! After visiting Noah s Ark for the first time and having an awful time, we HAD to return to Mt. Olympus to enjoy a water park as it was supposed to be. Even with keeping the COVID restrictions in consideration, Noah s Ark had NOTHING open for younger children other than 1 of 3 wave pools and only a few big slides for older kids. The bathrooms were not clean. Their cabanas were pretty much just pool chairs pulled into the shade. The staff were all new and NOBODY could answer any questions we had. We had to walk ALL THE WAY ACROSS THE HOT PARK just to find out that EVERYTHING was closed on that side. We had hot miserable children. Unfortunately, I thought that you as the best we were going to get due to the pandemic. I WAS SO WRONG! Mt. Olympus really stepped up their game. The kids were able to enjoy nearly ALL of the attractions. The cabanas were 10 times nicer than Noah s Ark. They were insanely comfortable and private with couches and zip closures. One could truly nap in this area. they were even cheaper! The staff were amazing and helpful. They were all smiles and truly went above and beyond. In fact, while were were at the very top of a ride waiting in line (wait times were very short) the employee was so considerate that he was taking buckets of water and splashing them to the ground so that everyone s feet would stay cool! This was something I had never seen before. If you are undecided on which water park to visit, please take my advice. My. Olympus is the absolute best purchase in the Dells. We want to return already in just a few weeks!

The website says "WE'RE OPEN" but you should call and find out what that means before you give them hundreds of dollars. And make sure they didn't book you at the LaQuinta down the street instead of the actual Mt. Olympus property

Check in was easy and fast. Had to wait 4 hours to get my room, so I went to the theme park to kill time. When my room was ready the key didn t work had to wait 30 minutes for someone to help. The room was not what I paid for. Some of the lights don t work, no soap, one roll of toilet paper for 6 people, no shampoo. Didn t felt safe in the room since there was a lot of ratchet people staying in the other rooms. The park is nice and I liked it a lot, but I don t think its worth 1k.

Absolutely a rip off. Save your money for another resort. Kahlihari, Great wolf, Noah Ark partners all much, much better. I came through like 6 years ago and it wasn't bad, but WOW! Time hasn't been kind to them, and they are just cashing out trying to rip people off. I will NEVER be back. So very dissatisfied with all of it. Hotel was gross on a level you don't find even in truck stop hotels, park overcrowded prices astronomical, and not worth dealing with. Thank God we had passed from a previous stay at Kalahari

Its to crowd. Not worth the money you save. They buying up hotels the are close. But not taken the time to. Renovate to accommodate the new compacity. Little children cant even play in there its so unsafe. They getting knock down in thier own area cause of the bigger kids. 10 buildings. You better off spending the money and go to the wilderness or the other resorts. At least you will have different water parks to go to instead beening in a congested space

We waited 2+ hours for our room to be ready, when the website and confirmation emails said we could check in at any time. The website also does not tell customers that they ve monopolized what seems like the entire Dells, so most people don t even get to stay in Hotel Rome, but rather a crappy hotel a mile away. False advertising, crowded, poor service wouldn t recommend.

I have been coming here for 15 years and have seen major changes for the hotel (before hotel Rome) including the main check in which doesn t make sense for people staying at Rome. The quality has gone down majorly and updates haven t been done at the hotel or the park. Tonight we got kicked out of a space because we had the wrong wristband on, but yet paid for the main hotel. If your going to over populate this place at least have quality amenities at EVERY building.

The coasters are old and wooden, so it's fun, but a little painful. The go carts are where it's at - fun for all ages! The waterpark was good for me and my family. We had ages 10-50 with us, and there was definitely something for everyone!

The room we are staying in is super humid and no humidifier in room. The bed sheets and pillows were wet when we first came in from the humidity level. Staff seems very nice and the amusement /water park area is huge. Long wait times for some of the rides.

Went to the park on a Monday, over the weekend social media staff claimed the tickets were $35 but when we get there we find out they're $40+. Social media staff also would take a lot of prompting to give answers to our questions. We then get there and find that in the last couple of years they've now cutoff 1/4 of the outdoor water park to the public. You can only access this area of you stay in the hotel. All in all it would've been mucher cheaper and more. Fun to go to Noah's Ark or maybe one of the other WI Dells Waterparks.

Edit: When I called them out on their shenanigans on Facebook they deleted all my posts and blocked me. So shady.

Rooms are pretty basic. But very clean. No shampoo no coffee maker. Fridge and microwave are included. Water park is small but fun and clean. Lots lots more to do here. Kids had a blast! I miss daddy's swim up bar. Smart bargain destination.

When me and my friend got inside our room, first thing we see is a dirty rag on the bed. There were also kids yelling and running up and down the hallway at 3 am. I understand that s not in my control but you d think a staff member would ve come and said something after the first couple hours. There are also rides inside the theme park that the wristband doesn t include and that you have to pay tickets for separately which I personally thing is bs. It s worth it to pay a little extra for a different resort.
