UGH! How disappointing was this place? Let me tell you: We stayed here on 2/3/18 to 2/4/18 in celebration of my daughters 13th birthday. I can guarantee this place was OVER capacity for the waterpark area. It took us 45 minutes to get checked in (actively being assisted time) because they refused to acknowledge that we had requested a handicap room (sorry, not available) for my daughter who is in a wheelchair. Ok, whatever, then we were under the assumption that since we booked with Mt. Olympus we were staying on site... NOPE. But, lucky us we got to haul a handicap 100# child a mile and a half away. Through approximately 4" of unplowed handicap entrances. To go to the waterpark, we not only had to load/unload a wheelchair and a 100# kiddo, we also got to deal with the parking issues! There is NO accessible parking near the waterpark entrance. What a joke! We ended up having to shuttle our own vehicles around and split up our group- which with 3 adults (2 of them driving vehicles) and 4 kids, this was no easy feat. The Slop line for food was gross, line right up for either burned or undercooked food- yay! It is not 'unlimited' either this option is offered for 5 hours a day, for those who would dare to go back. The room: My pillow had blood on it, EEK! The toilet in our room was loose and would move when used- even a toddler was capable of making the toilet move. Absolutely disgusted in this place- will be writing to corporate and more review sites. BEWARE: Mt. Olympus is NOT handicap friendly and highly overpriced @ $205.00 for a one night overnight 1.5 miles away.
