Super tent, own gin production, good tosties! Most beautifully decorated restaurant in Groningen.

Japanese restaurant .... good food nice and smiling staff

Food was good, price / quality absolutely out of balance. Operation should keep a closer eye on the terrace, it was always a long wait. Wanted to go for dessert but after waiting a good half hour, and still haven't seen any wait staff, but settled in myself. A table further, the owner of the restaurant sat with two other men, rather out of his mind. These glasses were therefore constantly refilled. They don't see me again.

Healty food and friendly and friendly staff! A real experience, after having eaten 3x still not bored.

Very nice food. As typical for the Netherlands there is more stuff for dinner than lunch but they are also open at noon

Service asked what we wanted to order, I mentioned everything and he replied "oh sorry, I wasn't listening" ... the apple pie was very cold and not fresh, the brownies mainly sugar and not fresh and the cappucino a little too milky. The location and decoration of the building is great by the way, but that's it. Mr. Nofongo.

Excellent atmosphere, quick service and awesome ribs.

We go out for dinner regularly, but rarely do I see the need to write a positive review at the Mr. Mofongo was so good that I will do it this time. As an appetizer we had the anti pasti which was excellent. As main course the sticky ribs, these spare ribs were of exceptional quality I have rarely enjoyed spare ribs. Finally, we enjoyed the Chocolate hotpot, a combination of warm browny with excellent ice cream and salted caramel, definitely recommended. The service was also very good. All in all an exceptionally good restaurant, one that I can recommend to anyone.

Super nicely made and the bar is ultra modern. Very nice to see how the ingredients are collected by a computer-controlled arm. But ... the quality of the cocktails and decoration, certainly considering the price, could have been a little better. A shame about such a beautiful case!

It's huge! And so fun to explore. Lots of exciting things up stairs, round corners. Oh, and beer. We had a mixed platter to share and it was very well done. Sensible mix of carbs and meat/cheese. Maybe some greens and veg too, next time?

The food was ok, the starters are perfectly adequate, the main courses are very large. Although we made a reservation, there was no table available for us and a seat was only created. Service was friendly but mercilessly overwhelmed. It was just too crowded here on Saturday. We're not going back here.

Excellent costumer service with very nice staff. Atmosphere is very energetic and at the same time it is a cozy place. Food is really good and you can choose from how much hungry you are. Beer selection is concise and with excellent choices. Price is good as you can see in menu photos.

Eaten here for the first time. Never had such good spare ribs as here. The well-known cocktails were also delicious. Service was also perfect. Will definitely come back here again!

Fat with that robot at the bar, nice different spaces to sit and keen staff. We were received nicely in every room and helped well. We have only ordered drinks and the drinks are original. Recommended!

The best cocktail bar in Groningen and the surrounding area. Own liqueurs, countless cocktails and a wonderful selection of wines. It's a busy place with trendy people. This is part of the atmosphere and the beautiful interior. Downstairs is the restaurant where they serve good food. Nice place to be and something for everyone.

Very good atmosphere! The food menu is very good! I had an excellent grilled appetizer. You can also access the upper floors where there is a wine cellar and a gin distillery that have no waste. Of the best of Groningen.

This is probably the most stylish bars in Groningen, the interior is themed to be contradiction of modern, retro, vintage. It has a rustic atmosphere inside, and make sure to go upstairs! There are sets of special tables decorated with antique items, insect specimens, all sealed with acrylic glass and illuminated.

Th place is great. But...We have been sitting here with hungry guys for about 1 and a half hour and are waiting for food.... This ist vey painful!

As we finally got the steaks they were cold and not medium grilled as ordered. They were nearly english cooked

What we expected: nice cocktails and delicious snacks but my husband is still hungry !?

I did enjoy my time I ordered this delicious Natchus and brawnies with vanilla but it was not good and the vanilla was melt already, I don't advice to try sweet!

Great food, great service and several different options like the famous cocktail bar upstairs, the restaurant area or the more laid back 'vrijmibo' (Friday afternoon drinks) area. Can be a little pricey, but definitely worth it in quality and atmosphere!

Wonderful location! Very well thought-out concept, a fantastic selection of good and special wines. Lush beer menu. You can also eat well here. This time we had decided on little things, but we have also eaten a la cart here.

Had lunch with the daughter in September on the terrace. A very busy place, close to the university library. The menu is a bit fusion, but nicely prepared.

In terms of food, a must for those who want something different for lunch than 2 croquettes with white bread or a bouncer.

We have eaten here with two people on a fairly quiet evening. The service was smooth and gave us a warm welcome. The menu offers enough choice and I enjoyed the dish very much.
