Took my mower in they said $50-100 to diagnose the problem. Charged me $150 said $1100 to fix. Took mower to Golden Valley Tractor fixed in for $240. Definitely worth the drive best customer service. Honesty and integrity goes a long way. Gonna be buying by new Polaris Ranger somewhere else.

I ve been into Heritage many times for parts, and recently took our tractor in for service. I was completely blind sided by $2000 worth of labor for some basic diagnostics, fluids and filters. I asked if it was a mistake, and they became disrespectful like I should have expected that. Never going to Baldwin Deere again!

If at all possible, do not deal with these guys. It is hard to believe that Ken Wagner has allowed this at his John Deere dealership. Its obvious that there is little or no competition for Heritage Tractor. I truly believe that they couldn't care less whether you did business there or not....where else can you go locally?

I love stopping here. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I did not buy actual farming equipment, although they have lots, but my 2 year old got some riding equipment his size. They have tons of models and kids toys too. We will be coming back!

Robbed by the service department. Avoid at all costs if your tractor isn't green. Brought my Kubota in because it was getting hot when using the pull behind finishing mower. They kept it for four weeks and the only updates I got were when I called or stopped by. Ended up being charged over a thousand dollars for an oil and filter change on the tractor and one pulley and belt replacement on the pull behind mower. I didn't need the belt, but they had already thrown away the original when I came to pick it up. At least the problem seems fixed, but a grand for the minor repair is ridiculous. They blame Kubota part costs, but a quick Google search shows a 15 dollar air filter that I was charged over 90 for. Heck of a mark-up.
