This is a great all-around location- you can come for just a coffee, a good drink, or an amazing dinner! The ribs are among the best in the city, perfectly spiced and served with a delicious chutney. This is a fantastic restaurant with great service, great food, and a unique and special atmosphere.

Interesting cocktailbar with choices for all. There's a cool robot-arm to help the bartender make the cocktails. Service was excellent and we were given solid recommendations. Would recommend. It is a little expensive though (8-12 euros per cocktail)

Had lunch here on a Friday afternoon. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very pleasant and inviting. For a nice lunch there are more than enough options! The food on the accompanying photo is the Mofongo Classic Hummus. I can also highly recommend this! The price / quality ratio is above expectations and for lunch / dinner I have a new place in Groningen!

Sitting on the terrace at the back, the weather changed but that did not spoil the pleasure. Different dishes on board.

The place is amazing with great food and cocktails. Also got nice home made gin here ;)! Recommended! The waiters/bartenders are also great apart from the ones that serve food outside next to Bibliotheek. On 2 different occasions they were unfriendly and had bad behaviour.

Good service food okay, first steak had a lot of tendons other which was good but preparation a little less wheelchair friendly children's menu and the interior decoration is superb

Thus far, I can only rate the cocktail bar on the upper floors, which has an outstanding collection of great cocktails. They make a very good Pisco sour!

Brilliant place to meet up with friends. Building still has a lot left from the old days, it's a modern old combo have to see what I mean to understand it.

We were here with a group of 6. We got a small table in the back on the 2nd floor. It was very busy / full / noisy. Our waitress made a lot of mistakes so that one of our group got her main course much too late. Had free coffee as a saving grace. The kitchen is fine. We did eat well.

Super cozy, you look out your eyes! Delicious food, real taste explosions, especially the brownie dessert! Best restaurant so far.

Normally I really enjoy a Mr.Mofongo night, but unfortunately that wasn't the case last Friday. The food, drinks and service were not much to fault. We already noticed that everything came together quite quickly and afterwards it had a reason: they had given our table to another couple at 8 p.m. The waitress asked us to settle us in a friendly way and if we wanted another wine, she would check up if there was still room there. Well we all know the Friday nights at Mr. Mofongo, at 8 p.m. you no longer have a place to have a drink and besides that it was already ruined for me. We reserve on time to make sure we have a place, but then I don't expect to be sent away. And that I have to eat my food quickly and have to tap my wine back, because Mr. Mofongo wants to cash extra one evening. No good feeling left to Mr. Mofongo, but luckily still enjoyed a drink somewhere else !!! For tasty Gin Tonics to Bar Cinq (near De Uurwerker :))

Amazing rustic yet high tech pub restaurants. Big yet cozy. Great service good selection of drinks and good food for Dutch standards. Robotic arms pouring drinks as another cool plus.

The story about Mr. Mofongo is already special. A restaurant with a story and the tasty dishes are in line with this. I had a lovely meal. But my friend thought it was too exotic. For the true Gin enthusiast you can taste it here. All types and sizes and self-brewed. That makes it complete. Only downside is that it is so big. I love the intimate restaurants more.

Food is very good, service against it is not really super ... Slow not paying attention, you have to ask for everything yourself. Lots of room for improvement here.

The operation does not work together. One moment they are three at your table and then you see no one for fifteen minutes. The wine was spoiled.

Food was superb. Bento boxes are well thought out. You don't see an Arab bento every day. Croquettes with bread were superb. Coffee too cold. That's a pity.

Unfortunately, the croquettes were still frozen when they brought lunch. Good news! Neatly solved and within 5 minutes new plate with bread and delicious croquettes. Unfortunately not been upstairs. Turns out to be very beautiful.

We have to wait more than two hours for our main courses here. Without having to eat this, you have to pay to attend a graduation ceremony

Welcome to Disneyland! Not often encountered such a gathered counterfeit quasi-authentic decor. A fantasized and impersonal concept where the money could not be used. No less than five stars for the imposing robot arm. Upstairs it is very stuffy, hardly ventilated. Crammed together, higher and higher, oppressive, feels unsafe. Operation by apparently untrained personnel. At the last round we heard that we - I quote - were allowed to order 1 more drink and then no more because hardly anyone was present anyway. How do I make guests feel unwelcome? So.

Good food only drinks are more expensive compared to elsewhere.

Huge choices of drinks, brew their own gin and you can get all wines by the glass due to the Coravin system. Very nice concept, friendly staff
