We drove to Chicago to look at a vehicle. We live 7 hours away. We were not impressed with the Chicago dealership and figured we would check it Morrie s on our way home as they had a similar vehicle we were looking for and did not want an unproductive journey.

We called to make sure the vehicle was still there before arriving. Don was very helpful and was very friendly, he made us feel welcome.

Upon arriving, he encouraged us to inspect the inside and outside of the vehicle before test driving it. The vehicle was exactly as described. They did an excellent job detailing it and was in superb condition.

We decided to purchase the vehicle we drove. The entire staff was smiling, kind, and friendly despite having to stay late to complete our paper work. After a long day of traveling, it was nice to have such an excellent staff helping us.

Over all, we felt the staff was great, the dealership was beautiful, and the price of our vehicle was very competitive. Thank you for a great experience!

We purchased our first vehicle in 2012 when my husband was still living in ND. It was a great experience and decided to purchase again from Morrie's. Fast forward 3 years and we were in need of another used car. We spent a few months checking out various cars and dealers, but again decided on Morrie's. Now both living in North Carolina, we planned job search and car purchase at the same time. We landed fully expecting to purchase a vehicle we had been following on line....it was sold. Montrell Yancey picked us up at the hotel brought us in and didn't leave us until we had selected a car we liked. Since we couldn't close the deal until the next day, he took us back to the hotel and picked us up the very next morning. We are very pleased with the vehicle. There have been some tag issues. The official people handling that have been nice, but Montrell has been a great go between by providing answers in a timely fashion. We've decided that it's back to Morries (half way across the country) for the next car! The Butlers in Raleigh, NC

I was approved for. $19.520 for a 5.0 Mustang but has been sold before I could get there to but it with my loan. So I went over to Inver Grove Mazda to Test drove a 2105 Mustang Ebony. Priced at $17995 by now yo can see the problem my loan covers the car out right! I myself have average credit for what I got approved for which is not adding up. I m a middle age young black American and I feel that all of my opinions were not given to me. Yes I have few things on my credit that I m working on. I guess I m just trying to figure out we re do you get trying to push a car I didn t come to buy with my loan off on me. The Inver Grove Mazda just kinda blew me off I had ready $3000 that s including the 1500 from the loan left over!! They asked me to put down $7,000 down! Which is way out of contexts. The guy tells. I wouldn t get approved anywhere else I laughed I got approved for $19,000 what do you mean! Bad service and guest service. They bailed because the Inver Grove Mazda individuals would ve made nothing out the deal #Facts

Worst experience of my life. First - before I even made an appointment - I explained my not so good credit, and my financial situation. I as assured it was fine and they could work with me. I get there, wait an hour sitting there because the person who made the appointment was late, and when my credit was run, I was suddenly treated like some scumbag looking for a new score. I was talked about poorly in a condescending way loudly enough for me to hear. It was absolutely disgusting. I will never recommend this company to anyone because of the employees they feel are qualified to deal with the public.

Pleasant buying experience, I give all the credit to our sales person Jacob J. If you are ever in the market for a Subaru, go see Jacob @ Morries Subaru Brooklyn Park. He is extremely knowledgable about Subaru. From the engines, to interior, and all of the above. He is not your typical car sales person, he is honest, sincere, listens, and is patient. I can't recommend him enough. I bought 3 brand new cars last year (2 from other dealerships) and he changed my perspective and trust. Top Notch. Thank you Jake, we thank you.

If I could leave a negative star I would. This is for the Minnetonka Subaru. Spoke to a salesperson, Janette, this morning about a car. We set up an appointment and she sent me a video. 45 minutes before the appointment she tells me that there was another person interested in the car after me and to call her back. Within two minutes I called to reiterate that I was on my way and interested in the car. I spoke to the Manager, Brandon, who said he would let her know. I get there, early, and apparently the person who was coming after me just decided to buy the car. I drove over 100 miles to keep an appointment for the vehicle they sold to the people who were supposed to be there after me! I will look elsewhere and I ll be sure to tell anyone who will listen about this sham they call a dealership.

David Nixon did a great job of follow up and sending very helpful videos of the car. He was helpful during the process, helpful in sourcing shipping the car and is a resource in getting additional services now that it is in my possession. He has earned my business and I will give him additional opportunities in the future.

Recently,I purchased a pre-owned Toyota Highlander at Morrie's Cadillac. I worked with Chris Lorenz throughout the entire process, from seeing the vehicle as a possibility, to the final purchase, including financing. I live near Duluth, so I really hadn't expected to drive to the Mpls area to find my ideal vehicle. Chris had such a relaxed, pleasant personality, and he was quick to respond to my phone calls and texts, so that I could make an informed decision before driving down to try out the car. We took it out for a drive, I decided to purchase it, and we had some great conversations about travel and the wonderful places to visit in Minnesota! I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Morrie's, and I highly recommend Chris Lorenz if you want a quality experience.

I've been purchasing cars through Morries Mazda for many years now. I think I'm on my third Mazda. I have my cars serviced there as well. I have stayed with Morries mainly because of the service department. Let's face it there are a lot of great cars out there but as a single woman who loves cars except when they don't work it's been soooo good to know that when I take my car in I will get good, honest service from the men and women who work there! That's huge for me!! Now a days, trust and being able to keep that trust is everything!

Be careful when buying a used car from Morrie's that has an AS IS tag. This gives them an out to get out of taking responsibility if any thing goes wrong with vehicle. I purchased a 2006 GMC Envoy XL Denali on December 14th for $7188.00. The engine broke down 12 hours later on December 15th. The dealer requested us to have the car towed in so they could look at it. They decided that it was to expensive to fix and did not want to refund our money but we had to take something else out of there inventory or we were out of luck and would get nothing. They are also not responding to any of our text messages and basically refusing to reimburse our towing fees.

Beware. Service is overworked and understaffed. What used to accommodate drive-up oil changes for Morrie's car buyers now turns one away and says 'please schedule ahead of time.' Communications with customers regarding status of repairs also has plunged. I'm only doing one star because if I don't, this post won't show up.

I bought a car in February, with the expensive extended warranty. Once it warmed up, we found the air conditioner did not work. Okay, we have this awesome warranty, we'll just take it to our nearest morries in Inver Grove Heights (NOT the one we bought from, Caddilac). So I get there for the appointment and I am told there is a $70 diagnostic fee. Even with my warranty. Because I didn't visit the morries location I BOUGHT the car from. Alright whatever just get it fixed, it would be nice if you would tell people this when the appointment is confirmed on the phone though. An hour or so later, okay, my new car has no freon. Okay, so fix it. Well, freon is not under warranty, it will be $200. Uhh no. My mechanic does it for $120. Pull my car around front. Weeeell, we have to drain the freon we put in it already. Seriously? Half hour goes by waiting for this to be done. Finally get my car back, take it to my mechanic, he charges the system, I'm on my way.

Two weeks later, no freon again. Okay, obvious leak. So I call the morries that I BOUGHT my car from, because last time I was told I paid a diagnostic fee because Morries Inver Grove isn't "really" a Morries. Whatever the hell that means, because those big white letters ON the building SAY morries. So I set an appointment with Morries Cadillac. They call to confirm the appointment and say $140 diagnostic fee. Ummm, what? Yeah no. I already paid a stupid diagnostic fee at the IGH location and even THEY told me there was NO diagnostic fee. So, why did it double? Who the hell knows.

So I finally get irritated enough to pull out my warranty paperwork. A lot of good a fricking warranty is, if it's already costing me over $200 to NOT fix anything. Oh weird, I call the people that actually hold the warranty to confirm what my paperwork says and they told me the most I will pay, TOTAL, EVER, to fix my air conditioning system is a $100 deductible. The warranty people say, contact the BBB - yes, I most certainly will. Oh, and I don t HAVE to take my car to a Morries? Perfect.

So Morries, to improve my experience, you could have tried NOT screwing me over and NOT wasting my time.

Oh, and your carwashes SUCK.

Prompt, quality service. They go out of their way to ensure that they have addressed any and all concerns with your vehicle. The shuttle service that is provided when you are getting work done is outstanding! I'm very pleased with everything and everyone at Morrie's in Brooklyn Park!

I just want to say that Morries has an excellent service department the transport manager was such a big help for my rental car. My advisor Erick Tiller made sure I was taken care and it was timely an friendly. I would say they gave me 5 star service. With that I also want to say their sales department did an awesome job getting me in and out in a timely manner. My sales person was Jake Braun, and anyone who is looking for their new car I would highly recommend going to see him. He was very knowledgable and friendly! Not like most dealerships. The Finance manager Josh Sternau was very helpful too and answered all of our questions. Thank you so much for all your help! I defiantly got 5 star service, Thank you so much Morries!!!!

Bought a used vehicle out of Morries Chippewa. 4 weeks later ended up with a $4000 paperweight. Told my sales person I was not happy with the purchase. Did no find out until later that she quit. I will never buy from you again. You guys should have never put that vehicle on the lot. I am out $4000 I really should have spent elsewhere. One would think that $4000 would buy more than a month. Was told by the sales manager that if you buy a car from him it is like buying it off Craigslist.

I had an great experience at Morrie's Nissan/Subaru. The staff went above and beyond to help me find the right vehicle. From the moment I arrived at the dealership the service was first class. I highly recommend Morrie's to anyone looking for a new or used car.

This WORST experience ever. DO NOT bring your car here or listen to their "we will buy your car schemes" I had my car listed on craigslist and they contacted me and told me to come in. I let them know I would only be selling it for independent prices and not dealer price and they told me not to worry and that they don't do that. What a fraud. Don't listen to anything they say. You've been warned.

Customer service from Jeremy and Joel was outstanding. I felt like they cared about me, my vehicle, and would help with professionalism and compassion. Phone conversations were never cut short. If I had questions, they were answered to my emotional satisfaction, not just technically. Outstanding.

I drove an hour plus to look at a used car.In the picture it looked nice, but when I got there it had a huge long scratch on the hood, rust, and other large scratches, which they said they would not fix. BUT...MOST DISAPPOINTING was the fact that they showed me this car filthy inside. Leaves all over and dirt everywhere. With all the money this company makes, they couldn't at least vacuum it out a bit?? I've been to two Morries with the exact same experience. I even called ahead a couple of hours to tell them I was coming for the particular cars. I've been to smaller dealerships and have only seen immaculate cars...Come on Morries ...get with the program!!!

I was able to get in the same day I called, due to a cancellation. The oil change & tire rotation was completed as described, in under 1 hour. The waiting area is very comfortable with snacks & beverages as well as the current newspaper. Very smooth all the way a round.

Extremely disappointed with the parts department. Had to order an ignition switch and was never informed it arrived, never informed the keys had to be reprogrammed, or that the car had to be there for them to reprogram them. Had to hot-wire my own car to get it to them. After four trips back and forth and a week of messing around, finally had my car running.
Update: Just figured out they wiped my old key fobs so now I can't use them to open my doors or trunk. Yet another trip back.

Three times in the last month I've been told a vehicle was still available at one of the Morrie's locations. Three times the car had already been sold, anywhere from 1-3 days prior to my arrival. And no one knew this??? Have they ever heard of a real-time inventory system??? What a waste of my time.

Happy Thanksgiving to my family an I from Morries!!!!

Purchased at Morries Golden Valley Cadillac
Serviced at Morries Inver Grove Mazda

They have my money and the vehicle and I have nothing. I called today to tell Inver Grove I am going to schedule a tow truck to pick up the vehicle.

Happy Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas to me and my family.

Bad Business Beware

I bought a car, the check engine light came on the next morning. Called the dealer and informed him that the light came on and asked what could be done. I also informed him that I had over paid because I looked at the wrong paperwork when I was at the bank, because I wasn't show my remaining balance after leaving a $2000 down payment.

Jim Malisow talked me out of buying beyond happy because it wasn't worth it, they got rid of the oil changes and he could just give me a free car wash if I bought the car in to him.

I couldn't open the trunk to check the oil level and Jim told me to take it somewhere near home to see if someone could show me how to open it. So I took to Morries Inver Grove for an oil change. When I got their I told the guy that checked me in I just purchased the vehicle and the light came on the next day and it hasn't been serviced for awhile. Never found out why the check engine light was on was sent home. The car started smoking before I got home then later the coolant light came on.

A month later I find out it was leaking coolant into the oil. How did they miss the coolant leak during their multi point inspection. So my engine died out completely after stalling and smoking and multiple calls trying to find someone to tell me what was wrong with it. In an email below you can see how Jim says he Hope's my mechanic could fix the issue but never told me to bring it in to have them diagnose it. Justin knew my mechanic thought it was the radio an that I couldn'tget him to check the whole car.

Now they want to sell me a new car.

I feel like they reset the light because he kept saying how no lights were on. Then when my security alarm went crazy the key guy told me how to shut it off and the light reset for a day. When the battery guy replaced my battery the light reset again for about a day. Also the guy that replaced my battery also fixed the hood release so it would open. I got better customer service from the battery place spending less than $200 than I did at this Morries where I spent over $3800.

This is my 5th car "As Is" from a Morries and the first to completely break down. I have gotten a car from them faithfully I got one last year for less than $3000 had it for a year and it didn't break down where I couldn't drive it.

5th time customer and all I was offered was help in salvaging a car I only had for 28 days minus the first break down. They never even offered to do a diagnosis, not for free but a diagnosis I would have paid for it even though they owed me $80.15

I have no car and they got all the money from my insurance when my previous car totaled out. They want to finance me for another car but can't because of my credit. That's why I bought "As Is" and because the cars usually ran decently and serviced by Morries.

I should have waited and financed with Enterprise while I could have before all the inquiries hit my credit. I will once I build it up again like I did before.

This was not a Buy Happy experience.

Bought a used Subaru from Matt Goldman at Morrie's last month and had an overall positive experience. When there was a problem or issue everyone did their best to resolve it quickly.

The only side note I would add is that while the Minnetonka location is beautiful with all the nice waiting area, snacks, and good coffee you could want the Inver Grove Heights location (which is more convenient for me) is lacking in all of these benefits. In comparison to Minnetonka the Inver Grove Heights waiting area is really terrible. Why though? Why, Morrie's, does it have to be this way? Is it the lower income? Is it East side hate? Is it Mazda?? Matt, I didn't understand before but I can totally see now why switching locations was considered a promotion.

Went in to test drive a used truck that I ended up buying based upon the attentiveness and helpfulness of the people at the dealership. While I've never "enjoyed" the paperwork and process of buying a vehicle, Morrie's made it as painless as possible.
Before going in I was in contact with the dealership via email and text and found them to be responsive and helpful in every way which is great as my schedule sometimes means that the only option for reaching out is electronic rather than in person. The peace of mind that I got from my early interaction with the folks at Morrie's Minnetonka made the buying decision an easy one.

I recently took my 2015 Subaru Outback into Morrie's Minnetonka for an oil change and a recall. I had my Grandson with me and everyone was talkative with him. The shuttle driver was so nice, and accommodating. Service was excellent in all ways.

Wow!!!! Still waiting for help with my Purchase. Problems in the first 30 seconds of owning it. Contacted them immediately... They slow rolled until the 7 day was up. (kept saying not to worry, WE'LL TAKE CARE OF YOU!) LIES!!!! Still Waiting For The CADILLAC GM to call and make things "right". BUYERS BEWARE!!! Even the Mercedes Morries advised against doing business with CADILLAC Morries. .
They do not care about customers. They only chase the deal in front of them.

After experiencing Morries in comparison to other car dealerships, I have nothing to brag about. One sales person Dawn, was very kind and informative, though others were very demanding about purchasing a car on the spot, rather than giving me the chance to do my homework and see all my options, including those at other dealerships. I felt the focus was more on making the sale than respecting my wishes as a customer... very dissatisfied!

Zero Stars out of Five: They knowingly sold me a car with the defective, murdering Takata airbags, which means passengers can't ride in my car without the danger of being killed by a defective, shrapnel-laden airbag. They said it was "certified-pre-owned", but it has a grenade in the dashboard. The remediation plan for this issue is over a year out, so I don't know what I am supposed to do now. Any ideas? Awful experience; continues to haunt me every time I drive.

Shame on Cadillac! I've had to pay for 4 1/2 month...

Shame on Cadillac! I've had to pay for 4 1/2 months on a car I can't drive! I leased a brand new XT4, fully loaded in Sept. A few weeks later my husband had an accident that took out the rear corner of the car. Morrie's Cadillac in Minneapolis sent me to the Morrie's Collision Center. I knew GM had had a strike, but it was over so I wasn't fearful of getting my car fixed in a timely basis. As it was an accident, they wouldn't give me a loaner and I was forced to rent a car. After 3 weeks, they still had no ETA on the part. They finally conceded and gave me a dented Subaru Forester to drive. My previous car was a Mercedes, and I moved to a Cadillac, and now was driving a dented Forester, and paying my lease of over $500 per month for the privilege. In late November, after 6 weeks of waiting, there was still no ETA on the part. I called the dealership, but it wasn't their problem, it was a problem at Cadillac corporate and I should call them. I called corporate and asked to be escalated to a manager. The woman on the phone told me it wasn't their problem as I'm the one who had an accident. The fact that there was no part available was also not their problem. I asked to be escalated again and was told there was no one higher than her. She was the be all, end all, final say for Cadillac corporate but I could always call the dealership or the collision center with my complaint. I continued to drive the dented Forester and paying over $500 a month for the lease. In December there was still no eta and I was told that I should feel lucky they gave me a car to drive as they didn't have to do that. In January my fury had reached a new level and I called Morrie's Cadillac in Golden Valley and told them this wasn't right. I wanted to be refunded for 3 months of paying for a car that there were no parts for, and I wanted a 'like' car to drive as there was still no ETA. I told them I was done driving a forester and would take this fight to social media. Within a day, I was given a shell of an XT4 with absolutely none of the features I was paying for. No seat memory. No safety feature of side warning lights. No massage, hologram windshield display, just a shell of the car I'd been paying for now 4 months. I was told to be grateful for the nicer loaner. it's now February and I'm told they received the part, and I should have the car back within a month. I've also been informed that no one will do anything about the five months of lease I've paid for without being able to drive my car. This whole mess is disgusting! I own that we had the accident. I bought this car in good faith that if something went wrong it could be fixed. This nearly 1/2 of a year to drive the car I had to make monthly payments on. SHAME ON CADILLAC! Shame on Morrie's. The day they knew they couldn't get the part, I should have been given a 'like' vehicle to drive. Reimburse me for 3 weeks of car rental. Reimburse me for months of driving a dented Forester. Reimburse me because you couldn't send me a part. Replace my vehicle or give me extra months at no charge on the end of my lease. Reduce my payment because I'll never come close to the miles I've been paying for. Apologize for the rude and arrogant Cadillac representative. I don't care if it's GM, or Cadillac or Morrie's corporate or the men at Morrie's Golden Valley Cadillac, but you can't just run over people like this. Anyone have any suggestions at all???? #3weekstogoSTILL #WRONGED

Hello, I arrived to Morrie's on a Saturday. Aug 13...

Hello, I arrived to Morrie's on a Saturday. Aug 13th. I needed a second set of keys for my 09 town car. Went to the parts counter and was informed it takes an hour to program a new key and informed I should proceed to the service dept. After navigating your crowded lot I was blocked entrance to service bay by several employees and guests. After gaining entrance to service bay I waited at least about 10 minutes to be served. I was not greeted by anyone passing by me during that time. Then I was greeted by the only service writer who seemed to be working. Sorry I do not remember getting his name. He took down my info, vin, mileage phone and name. He informed me it would be a two hour wait to get service and suggested I return on Monday the 15th.

Monday the the 15th, again I am unable to proceed to service entrance as employees and guests are blocking entrance to service bay. You are really crowded there. So after Eric waves me in we notice I am not listed on the service bay monitor. There is no listing that I am scheduled for service. Again Eric gets all my info. Eric enters service request into your system and guides me to customer waiting area. After 30 min Eric returns to inform me Morrie's does not have a key to match my Town Car. (I'm thinking "are you kidding me ..really?)

I had Eric's job back in 70's simpler times but never made a customer wait 30 min to tell them we didn't have the part.

Then Eric said Morrie's would pick up my car the next day, program the key and return my car to my work. Ok this is great customer service. This service was taken care of the next day Tuesday, Thank you very much.

Ok I need to ask. Why two of your employees came to my place of work and recovered my vehicle. Then two returned the vehicle to me. In my day one guy would drive to location leave the company car and recover the clients car and leave the company car then return and drive the company car back to the store. Your carbon foot print is doubled by driving two cars two ways. Well maybe your store policy. Just seems like a waste of fuel to this 65 year old.

Anyway in the end I received very good service.

Thank so much.
Michael

AVOID MORRIES! Recent acquisition has destroyed their bussuiness practices! Below is my very recent experience with them.
Wish I could give them 0 stars. Wasnt a pleasant experience during the purchase as their staff seemed agressive and annoyed with me trying to purchase my used 2014 audi s6. Shortly after purchasing my new car I had an issue that caused me to have audi do some warranty work on the car. An audi master technician discovered the turbos on my vehicle were damaged and failing inside the warranty(TSB # 2044640/4 documents this issue but they didnt care)directly provided from mercades benz of st paul. It took an entire week to get them to even speak to me after numerous calls and emails. They denied covering this failure as the turbos hadn't exploded yet telling me it's my problem now. I have now had to hire an attorney to get them to honor their word.

PLEASE STOP PLAYING YOUR STUPID COMMERCIALS WITH THE GUY SINGING! YOU'RE RUINING THE MN TWINS' SEASON! I live in California now and look forward to watching my beloved Twins' games. Your commercials make me NEVER want to follow Minnesota sports. Good god. I don't know if you thought you were being funny or clever... Trust me- and many of mine... you failed dearly. I can't even imagine the moment someone pitched this horrendous idea of a commercial. Even more, I can't imagine the person who actually green lit this TERRIBLE, brand killing, team killing, stateshood killing idea.
REALLY?
Even if you were going for, " it's so annoying and off key that people will remember it and our brand"- you FAILED. In a sense. I REMEMBER Morrie's. I remember their commercials. And it made me prolifically hate them. And this is not singular. I have only made this review/post after having over 30 MN locals agree. Maybe that's minuscule to your demographic. But in my mind, your blood boiling commercials just dissuaded 30 different FAMILIES (and all of their 7 degrees of separation) away from your business.
For the love of cars, shopping local, the entire sport of baseball, and particularly, the Minnesota Twins. Please stop. Just stop.

Sold me a vehicle with a bad transmission. the second I pulled it onto the highway after buying it I noticed something wrong. They refused to help me, at all. I payed 13,000 for used vehicle, and around 6,000 for a transmission, radiator and coolant lines(Xterra) within 3 months. Every time I see, buy happy, I cringe.

Overall the experience was great! I dropped off my car and was able to pick it up the next morning. the only down side was the car had not been washed. when I dropped it off, the tech stamped WASH on the invoice, but that never happened. I think it would be better if you made it standard practice to run the car through the wash after you're done with it.

This place has a manager (Ron)that is rude and unprofessional. They don t pay there bills.
They owe me for bath tissue, towels, soaps, Etc....my company will be taking them to court.
Even though I can document the purchase orders from Inver Grove Heights Morries they still refuse to pay the bills.

Why would anyone buy a car where they don t pay there vendors...

Just go across the road and find a better place.

We bought a vehicle from Morrie's Buffalo Ford back in September. We did not the greatest service from them. I had a vehicle picked out and told the sales person that We were going to come and look at the vehicle and we wanted to know what the price of the vehicle and what we were gong to be given for our trade in. The sales person let us take the vehicle out for a test drive. When we got back she did not mention anything to us about how much they would give us for our trade in. She just said we would have to talk to the finance people. We waited for over an hour for the finance person and when we got into his office he said that all of the trade in stuff should have been worked out before we got in. Fast forward about 2 weeks and we get our first bill. On the bill we noticed that we are getting charged for the extended warranty. We never asked for a warranty, and for the final straw and why I am writing this review we had a leak in one of the tires, this happens I know, but the service person asked " you must have at least 50,000 miles on the tires. We stated no we only have 30,000 and asked why. The person said that the tires look like they are old and they would have had to be changed by the fall. This is disturbing because that to me would mean that the dealership changed the tires and put older ones on. We even asked how old the tires were and they said that they put new tires on whenever they get a vehicle in. Very shady and I will never go there or to any Morrie's auto dealership if this is how they run their dealerships.

Melissa was amazing for sitting with me all day while the staff at Morrie's Chippewa Valley Mazda found me the best deal! When I walked in I expected to be purchasing a used car with no thought that I would even be considered for a new car. I am now very proud to be leasing a new Mazda 3 that I am completely in love with! THANK YOU! Best car buying experience ever!

To start, I never give a 5 star rating to anything...

To start, I never give a 5 star rating to anything (except restaurants), so 4 is as good as you get from me. I recently bought a truck from Morrie's Mtka Ford/Lincoln. I have coworkers who recommend them. And they were the ONLY Ford dealership that had THE truck I was looking for on the lot. I like the one price bottom line pricing. And it was an excellent price. I appreciated not playing the "I'll ask my manager" haggle, haggle, haggle ... "geeeze you're killing me" game BS with the salesman. This is a HUGE dealership and it runs very efficiently. Yet the staff is attentive and concerned that you get taken care of. This was something that was sorely missing at the previous Ford dealership I dealt with.

I just had a tonneau cover installed on the new truck and Shane the accessories manger got me in and out of service in less than an hour, as he promised (which was important, I had a meeting scheduled). I have had contact from my salesman and others on my satisfaction with my purchase. And as corny as I think the "Buy Happy" thing is .. I like the unlimited lifetime powertrain warranty, 3yr of oil changes and free car washes the $49 get's you for that package.

All and all, I will recommend Morrie's to friends and I will definitely purchase from them again if these experiences continue while I own this truck.

We recently bought a new Nissan Murano at Morries Nissan Brooklyn Park dealership.
Everyone there was considerate, up front, and straight forward. We have dealt with this dealership for 8 years and 3 vehicles. The service is fantastic, the sales people are very nice, not pushy and upfront. The manager and others are fantastic to work with. All of the people are great in our opinion. We would recommend this dealership to anyone who would want a new nissan.

We visited the Morrie's Minnetonka Mazda as it was close and we saw they had a good selection of used cars. We were leaning toward Mazda cars as well. We were actually just there to have a quick look and shop around a bit.

Lester Hall greeted us with a smile and dropped a card and was going top let us lopok around. My fiance saw a car she liked immediately. Lester went to get us the keys and we told him we actually were in need of 2 cars. He asked what the second car could be and we told him.

Upon returning from our test drive, and retrieving our check book. He brought us inside to review what he had found for myself. We walked the lot as my fiance also looked at a few more. After driving the surprise car he had for me to look at, which fit our needs perfectly we headed inside and my fiance and I basically told him the deal we would like and without hesitating he headed off for a moment and returned with the answer of OK.

Needless to say, he and a couple other's including Mike who wrote the final sales tickets stayed more then an hour late to get us into the cars we wanted.

We returned Monday to pick up the second car for me and are both extremely happy with the care they took to get us into the cars we wanted.

I would send anyone there for the great customer service.

The dealership does a very nice job trying to please their customers. However, I couldn't help but wondering how they train their salespeople. When I purchased my vehicle from Morries Minnetonka I had scheduled a meeting with the salesperson I spoke to after seeing the car I wanted to purchase on the internet a week in advance. On the day of my arrival I called the salesperson 2 hours prior to my arrival. When I arrived my salesperson was with other potential customers. Not a big deal I understand but when I asked to speak with someone else I was told he would be right with me and I should have a seat in the lounge. It was approximately 20 minutes before I was helped, meanwhile I notice other salespeople not actively engaged with anyone who could've helped me. So I am finally shown the car I drove 90 minutes to buy and the exterior was quite dirty. Fortunately there is a car wash on site so it could be washed, I would have preferred the car be clean when I arrived so I would have a good opportunity to look it over before talking numbers. After the car came out of the wash I noticed numerous paint chips which I requested to be taken care of. So the car goes to the detail shop and a 1/2 hour later the car comes back with some but not all the chips taken care of. They took the car back again with the same result when they came back. As it was getting late in the evening we agreed to have me bring the car back and leave it with them for a day so they could do a better job. I really appreciate all the extra work the dealership did. It is a used car and they could have told me that they had done all they could do but they were willing to go the extra mile. I only wish it could have been done when they first took the car in on trade so the whole process wouldn't have gotten so strung out. All the employees were courteous and professional which is helpful because you'll end up talking to about 4 different people of varying responsibilities while going through the buying process. Overall I wouldn't hesitate buying another vehicle from Morries especially if I lived in the metro but being out state I would have to make sure some of the things I mentioned would be done before I would commit to driving that far for a car.

I have been giving my Hyundai Accent car for service at Morrie's 394 for 3 years. It is pleasant experience every time. They fix and complete all the services on-time at right first time. Excellent service provided. Many Thanks.

I just purchased a used Mazda 6 from Morris Mazda. It was a great experience. Curt Bjorklund was great. I have very little knowledge of the new technology in cars and Curt took a tremendous amount of time explaining all the features in the Mazda 6. The General Manager Chris and the Business Manager Mike Tackett found me an excellent interest rate and it really lowers my monthly payment. If I could I would give Morris Mazda 6 stars.

I recently had my 2011 MX-5 serviced at Inver Grove Mazda. The service staff was friendly and the work was done fairly quickly. They also did a nice job of cleaning my post-road-trip car while I had it in for routine maintenance. As is to be expected, prices are a little higher than non-dealerships, but nothing seemed too out of line. The waiting room could be better. I tried to get some work done while I was waiting for my car to be serviced and I had very limited space to get any work done and there were few outlets for my laptop. Other dealerships (Luther Honda) have small privacy desks for getting work done, which I really like. Overall, I see myself going back while my car is still under warranty, I just won't expect to get much work done while I'm there.

I just had my 30,000 mile check-up. It was done in the time they told me it would take. They gave me a brand new Subaru to use while the work was being done. Since my Subaru is so reliable the estimated cost was accurate. And I really appreciated the shine on my car when I picked it up.

I purchased my first (used) Mercedes-Benz from Morrie's Luxury Auto and everything went really nice and smooth. The place is full of friendly, polite, and helpful people. The car is in fantastic shape, and I couldn't be more pleased with the purchase.

I tried to buy a Ford Fusion from Morries Buffalo Ford and they would not sell me the car for cash at the advertised price. Instead I have to finance through Fords 0% special rate. It comes to over $3500 in extra cost. So much for 0% financing for Covid relief.

Sold my car there today. They beat other dealer prices and online deals by 55%. It was pretty much the best experience imaginable. Friendly staff. Took less than an hour to do the deal. And they paid for a driver to take me back home! Want to sell your car at the best price possible over your lunch break? This is your spot.

Your commercial with the salesman and manger laughing in the background shows exactly what carbuyers hate. I've produced commercials for over 19 years and I would be proud top put this on my resume. Now whether Mories follows/does what the commercial implies, we'll see. Great commercial!

Just bought a Mazda CX-5 at Morrie's Inver Grove Mazda and could not have been happier with the experience. My salesman, Gabe Schmidt, really sold the car. I came in knowing what I wanted and he took the time to listen, point out features and respected my timeline. He discovered my level of knowledge about cars and the onboard technology and did not talk down to me. I would highly recommend Gabe and Morrie's to anyone looking for a new car.

This was my first time here and everyone was helpful and friendly. Having worked at a dealership before I expected to be upsold on something. I was relieved to find out nothing needed to be done anytime soon. The few questions I had were answered by the young lady who greeted me.

We bought and regularly serviced our vehicle at Morrie's for about 3 years doing what they recommended to avoid problems. Bought new tires less than 2 years ago from them. They failed to recommend a front end alignment months ago and our front tires are shot. We agreed to pay for the alignment but asked them to pay for the tires for their mistake. They declined and collected their last $300 from us for 2 new tires and installation.

We paid their prices precisely so situations like this did arise. The kid's at the local quick lube would have noticed the alignment issue.

Customer Service: Great customer service. They make you feel important. They are very responsive to any inquiries you have about a certain car giving you pictures, a video, a call, and the carfax (the usuals). Salesmen/sales personnels are friendly, polite, respectful, and not intimidating. Just like other dealerships.

Car looked at: Used 2010 Toyota Rav 4

Price range: ~$13,600

Pros+: Customer experience was great. Nothing bad. Some hour-long stalling they do to make you feel uneasy. Just normal dealership tactics.

Cons- : Car had bad brakes, shakey wheel alignment, lots of rust, and white paint on car and underneath the car. We were told it was "dirt" but sales person and manager has "no idea where it came from". Would NOT negotiate or offer us a better deal or option when we wanted to close on this car with all the repairs one would have to make after buying. Customers like authentic sales person. If you let us know, "Hey, I don't think this car is good for you. You deserve something better. Can I give you some similar car recommendations we may have for you?" I'm glad we walked away. We would have wasted money.

Do your research and don't pay full price of a car when it has everything bad where you'll have to make the repairs yourself. Non-negotiable dealerships-- they said they don't negotiate, but no where is it posted a "non-haggling" policy.

We actually bought a 2012 Sport Rav 4 with about 60,000 miles for 10,800 as the take home price elsewhere.

Good luck Morrie Auto Group on meeting your goals!

Overall, the company is okay. I am happy with my vehicle and the Buy Happy program. I was a little disappointed in the service department. The guys behind the counter are pretty good and communicate well for the most part. The service to my vehicle is the reason I cannot give more than 3 stars. First, I went in for an oil change, had an appointment set, and somehow they had forgotten about my car even though is was sitting in the service department and I had check in with them. It took over 3 hours to be completed. Once again, the guys who handle customers were very kind and helped me out when I asked what was taking so long. The second thing that I had to go in for was with my gas tank and check engine light. I had an issue, they thought they had the problem handled, ordered a part, and then installed it. I received a call that they were done fixing it and to come pick it up. I checked to see if I could take gas and the problem was still there. I am not upset that it wasnt fixed right away, I was upset that whoever installed the piece did not check to see if everything was in working order before he declared my car complete.

Sales is great, Customer service is good, and the service was okay at best.

Do not..i repeat. Do not take your car especially foreign car to this place. Price is low and you will keep going back for additional issues. Bad customer service. You are better off taking your car to the delear. Horrible car service.

I purchased my second truck from Morrie's in less than 14 months. Once again my buying experience was perfect, I highly recommend working with Curt Bjorklund at their Mazda location. He has access to nearly their entire fleet of cars and like me, he will find the perfect vehicle for you.

$10,000 dollars later. My car still broke down and he decided to steal my car behind my back. Anyone want to join a group lawsuit? Morrie family will endure Karma to the fullest for stealing from so many people.

The service department is full of friendly, helpful associates. I've had to make a few trips out for service in the last few months, as well as needing some auto body work. The guys at service took my car over to the nearby Morries auto body shop to get a quote, and then brought it back to the service department, which was most convenient for my pick up.

Great service over all.

I looked at a vehicle, got financing written up and told to call back first thing Monday morning. I text the salesperson before open and exchanged messages I was on way to buy and got a call 20 minutes later they were going to sell to someone there instead. Shady way to run.
