Customer Service: Great customer service. They make you feel important. They are very responsive to any inquiries you have about a certain car giving you pictures, a video, a call, and the carfax (the usuals). Salesmen/sales personnels are friendly, polite, respectful, and not intimidating. Just like other dealerships.

Car looked at: Used 2010 Toyota Rav 4

Price range: ~$13,600

Pros+: Customer experience was great. Nothing bad. Some hour-long stalling they do to make you feel uneasy. Just normal dealership tactics.

Cons- : Car had bad brakes, shakey wheel alignment, lots of rust, and white paint on car and underneath the car. We were told it was "dirt" but sales person and manager has "no idea where it came from". Would NOT negotiate or offer us a better deal or option when we wanted to close on this car with all the repairs one would have to make after buying. Customers like authentic sales person. If you let us know, "Hey, I don't think this car is good for you. You deserve something better. Can I give you some similar car recommendations we may have for you?" I'm glad we walked away. We would have wasted money.

Do your research and don't pay full price of a car when it has everything bad where you'll have to make the repairs yourself. Non-negotiable dealerships-- they said they don't negotiate, but no where is it posted a "non-haggling" policy.

We actually bought a 2012 Sport Rav 4 with about 60,000 miles for 10,800 as the take home price elsewhere.

Good luck Morrie Auto Group on meeting your goals!

Was I a happy buyer? Nope.
