I bought a car in February, with the expensive extended warranty. Once it warmed up, we found the air conditioner did not work. Okay, we have this awesome warranty, we'll just take it to our nearest morries in Inver Grove Heights (NOT the one we bought from, Caddilac). So I get there for the appointment and I am told there is a $70 diagnostic fee. Even with my warranty. Because I didn't visit the morries location I BOUGHT the car from. Alright whatever just get it fixed, it would be nice if you would tell people this when the appointment is confirmed on the phone though. An hour or so later, okay, my new car has no freon. Okay, so fix it. Well, freon is not under warranty, it will be $200. Uhh no. My mechanic does it for $120. Pull my car around front. Weeeell, we have to drain the freon we put in it already. Seriously? Half hour goes by waiting for this to be done. Finally get my car back, take it to my mechanic, he charges the system, I'm on my way.

Two weeks later, no freon again. Okay, obvious leak. So I call the morries that I BOUGHT my car from, because last time I was told I paid a diagnostic fee because Morries Inver Grove isn't "really" a Morries. Whatever the hell that means, because those big white letters ON the building SAY morries. So I set an appointment with Morries Cadillac. They call to confirm the appointment and say $140 diagnostic fee. Ummm, what? Yeah no. I already paid a stupid diagnostic fee at the IGH location and even THEY told me there was NO diagnostic fee. So, why did it double? Who the hell knows.

So I finally get irritated enough to pull out my warranty paperwork. A lot of good a fricking warranty is, if it's already costing me over $200 to NOT fix anything. Oh weird, I call the people that actually hold the warranty to confirm what my paperwork says and they told me the most I will pay, TOTAL, EVER, to fix my air conditioning system is a $100 deductible. The warranty people say, contact the BBB - yes, I most certainly will. Oh, and I don t HAVE to take my car to a Morries? Perfect.

So Morries, to improve my experience, you could have tried NOT screwing me over and NOT wasting my time.

Oh, and your carwashes SUCK.
