Thank you very much, everything is not just excellent, but great. My friends and I would like to emphasize the whole management and all the service personnel, without exception, who are very attentive to customers and understand what they are doing. There is only one small wish, maybe it is insignificant, since it concerns only me, but maybe it will help something for your business, - in the room I would like the windows to have not decorative heavy curtains, but really those that completely cover windows and make it possible not to wake up with sunrise. All the best.

The rooms are spacious and clean, there are lake views, the views are not good, but they are quite acceptable and give a nice atmosphere to the room.
As for the breakfast buffet, its standard is acceptable
The method of presentation is beautiful, but the dishes are few and there is not much variety, and there are outdoor sessions in the restaurant
And you can spend a wonderful time in the pool
The lobby is nice and has a small coffee
The experience is good for the price

We hosted the President Emeritus of a well-known university in Canada, and he was treated very well- the plate of fruit on arrival was a nice touch. We hosted a meeting, and everything from the initial preparation to the day-of were carefully and meticulously planned. The meeting display was well-done. Special regards to Caren Kivihya, Meeting & Events Executive. She answered emails and messages promptly, even on the day of the event, which was her day off. She made sure that everything was set up to specifications and that someone was there to assist (thank you also to Ashok who helped take care of our guests on that day). Caren has an eye for detail and made sure nothing was missed. It was a pleasure working with the whole Movenpick JLT team- would definitely recommend to our future guests.

I was given a handicap room without even letting m...

I was given a handicap room without even letting me know on check in. The receptionist should have the courtesy to tell me that. I would have accepted the room because it's not much of a problem for me.

Room service was quick in response.

The expectation was high since it is a 5 star Hotel. Certainly it's not upto the mark and I will never recommend anyone to stay there.

I mean what to add: movenpick hotel chain has exceeded expectations honestly it was my first time at this worldwide renowned hotel chain heads only amazing things but to have lived it myself is another thing. I originally booked 2 nights and ended up staying 2 extra nights. I mean they just understand customer service and how to make an experience memorable as to not only remember the Movenpick name which is displayed on nearly everything from towels to carpets to soap they also make sure that your customer satisfaction will bring you back either to this chain or any other one they have around the world. Honestly impressed and thankful for such a great stay here in Dubai !

Amazing breakfast and friendly service. The rooms are nice but a little dated for a 5 Star hotel. Location is a bit far from the centre (Dubai mall area) and it can become expensive getting a taxi to and from.

The hotel is tidy and clean, services are close, and the hotel can deliver the necessary needs of the pharmacy, grocery, or laundry for families .. Their prices are reasonable and you can negotiate more down the price .. The restaurant is sweet, but the variety of food is normal.

We took the room 612 on the sixth floor. Arrived tired. The room was under our expectations. It was a good size room with a balcony. Booked the room via Saudis, with a spacious sofa and a view over the lake. The room and toilet were not good size. We booked for three adults.
They checked us into a room, and found it: small, no lake view no sofa but long huge buildings with motor way view and dark deco and not for three adults. when we complain they offer another room, a suite,Again no view. The hot water does not give hot water. It was cold...
We request that they contact the marketing Dpt, to correct the info in Saudia offers. Bath was not cleans, you can see the black mold on side.
They have a kettle w coffee and tea in a very strange place. Not easy to be used with stingy amount of coffee and coffeemate. No biscuit or freebies. They promised to send us a basket of fruit as an apology but that never arrived. The reception manager and Receptionest were very argumintive when we describe the mistake, they tried to say to us..and indirectly said we misread. So view over the lake "and" city, they try to make it "or". "three" adults, they said it meant 2. And so on, no refund or saying they were wrong, cos they did not offer a refund or agree on a refund. The toilet shampoo and the rest are for ONE.. Not two.The breakfast is worthless, below average and bad coffee with useless toaster so even you can not have a toast.iver over priced room's cashews, a small hand full amount of cashews is 30 Derham. Time of lefts is long, I found it the worst Accor Hotel I ever visited.
The confusion stretch to the system of lights and air-condition. It does not make any sense at all and I do not think the want to give a good genuine service but taking as much money of yours as possible.there were a long waiting time wasted using their lefts.
In general I will never come again to such place called Movenpick hotel

Very pleasant infrastructure and rooms, but Dubai is a city under constant construction and the hotel is no exception to the rule by being located in the immediate vicinity of construction sites (some 24/7).
it probably won't last.
Impeccable service, as always would tend to say. In France excepted, I don't remember ever having had a problem with the service of international hotels.
The distance from the center, however, embarrassed me more. There is nevertheless a metro station nearby that
I did not take the time to experiment, with regret moreover since most of the lines cover their route on the viaduct and allow another look at the city.
Finally, access, although off-center, remains easy thanks to hyper efficient highway networks and top taxis! (and affordable, which is not at all the case with everything else)

very noisy room, bed lamp broken (impossible to shut it down). shower not working properly, and bathroom flooded everytime I took a shower. the swimming pool is way below the quality I would expect for a movenpick hotel

1. Reception / service
The welcome was very warm, all of the staff there are extremely friendly and very accommodating. We very often turned to the hotel staff with a wide variety of questions such as opening times of certain buildings, metro station stops, taxi costs for a certain route, route information, pick-up service to the airport, etc. All of our questions were answered very competently.

2. The hotel


3rd location
The hotel is located in the middle of the Jumeirah Lakes, the hotel side with a view of the lake offers a fantastic view of overlying hotels and the Jumeirah Lakes, a really impressive backdrop, especially in the evening. The next metro station is just under 600m away and cannot be missed, you just have to follow the street directly from the hotel, you can already see the metro tracks from the hotel exit. If you walk across the metro to the other side of Sheik Zayed Road, you have to walk about 5 minutes to the Dubai Marina Mall, right next to the hotel is a small one where you can get the most essential things.

4 rooms
The rooms are very spacious and clean, we were pleasantly surprised. The name Seeblick has definitely earned it, the view (we were on the seventh floor) is fantastic. The room is equipped with everything you need, fridge, minibar, hair dryer even an ironing board and iron are available. Bottled water, tea and coffee can be consumed free of charge without any limit.

5. Pool / fitness area
The hotel has 2 pools, one of which is only for suite guests. The pool is big enough to be able to swim in it and also very neat. Since the hotel is generally very quiet, you can really relax and unwind here. The pool is cooled and therefore offers a pleasant cooling off. The hotel also has a relatively large fitness studio with relatively good facilities.

6. Restaurant / Dining
We had booked half board, which included breakfast and either lunch or dinner, although we could choose any day and made this dependent on our activity planning. Both the breakfast buffet and the lunch and dinner buffets are extremely varied and offer a huge selection, you are almost full just by going through it.

7. Value for money
The Jumeirah Lakes Towers is a medium-priced hotel with 5 stars, we consciously opted for a slightly more upscale hotel and the price is more than okay considering the room size, food selection, range of services and service.

8. Additional services
The hotel offers free shuttle buses to various locations, including the Riva Beach Club (on Palm Jumeirah) or the Dubai Parks. In addition, tickets for the Dubai Parks can be purchased directly from the hotel at cheaper rates.

9. Points of criticism
a) Construction site noise, especially at night this is noticeable and made it difficult to fall asleep, but I do not deduct anything from the overall rating because the point of criticism is not that strong and you always have to expect construction site noise in Dubai
b) There were only 2 German-language TV channels, there was little choice, but it didn't bother us, as we never really used the TV, there are enough things to see in Dubai.
c) Air conditioning, the hotel is very well cooled, a bit too cool for us, the difference between outside and inside temperature is already huge, but I don't deduct a point for this either, because you have air conditioning in the room that you can regulate yourself .

I"k staying in the hotel for 3 days now, so far i've really enjoyed my stay. I've been looked after very well, perfect room cleaning and services. Food is nice : good taste and variety , everything is fresh. Staff hospitality is awesome, any requests are fullfilled immediately.
Special thanks for Naresh night shift manager , who showed fantastic care and gratitude towards myself.
I have no doubts that remaining time of my stay will be even more pleasant.

My only criticism is the room service I had one night wasn't the best.
I would 100% come back and stay next time I am in Dubai.

Very disappointed. Pick up from airport went wrong terminal. Room given was not the much better one I ordered. Heating in three rooms we went in never worked in any. Last few days we got room we ordered which had electrical lighting problems. Switches operate whatever lights they felt like operating. Cannot recommend sadly

10 out of 10. The staff here are so courteous. Please continue to take care of your staff including concierge , front desk person , house cleaning , welcome people , baggage carriers , etc. This level of professionalism is much much better than what I see in Europe or in USA. Thank you for making my stay a great one !

Staff first class. UBK restaurant food was good wife and myself enjoyed very much the breakfast was on point so much variety. The hotel was clean and had a lovely aroma which could be smelt from outside, in all there is nothing negative I have found regards our stay and would highly recommend.

the best is the restaurant with delicious food offer. the cook EJAZ has prepared very well everything.
The rooms are dated and do not fit into a MOEVENPICK. We should get a suite, but such a room is not okay! No double sink, no shower cabin. to go to the shower in the tub is ridiculous !!
There was no fruit basket daily, the second turndown service had to be called!
the pool is too small and too close the beach chairs.

Neat and spacious room, nice bar, good breakfast selection, courteous staff and plenty of taxis at any time. Check in and checkout were quick and easy. But JLT as an area is quite dead, unlike the Marina area. So that's a drawback!

To the Hotel General Manager,

To the Hotel General Manager,

This is regarding our event in your hotel during the first year anniversary and launch of our company, PentaGlobal HR Solutions which was held at your private function hall at the Nosh Restaurant.

Having said that, I'd like to bring to your notice that our event held at your hotel was quite disappointing and definitely not at par with the kind of expectations I've developed for a 5-star hotel. Hence, I found it inevitable to write in to you.

During the event, these are the issues that we faced:
Decoration We clearly specified what we require prior to confirming the booking at your hotel. Our event theme was blue which is our corporate color. We were promised that they will decorate the event hall in accordance to our color theme. We actually did not request for any materials to be purchased specially for us, but Ms. Anne Maglonzo proactively promised that she (or the hotel) will purchase blue table runners, blue flower centerpiece, and provide blue cube lights to decorate the room. When we got to the event hall at around 3PM, the seat covers were green, the table covers were gray, the napkins were beige, the centerpiece was a gray vase with a yellow flower and tiny blue flowers that can hardly be seen. We asked for all linens to be replaced with white ones instead, however they were not able to replace all the seat covers with because they said they do not have enough stock. Our set up is 8x7 7 tables and 8 chairs each and we confirmed 60 guests. How could you confirm an event for 60 pax and not have enough linens? The hall was good for 60-70 guests as assured by Ms. Anne. What if we confirmed 70 guests then? You would not have enough linens to accommodate your guests?
Sound System Your sound equipment was found faulted which disrupted the agenda. During the event, we were provided with 2 microphones. Both were faulty one was completely useless and the other one can barely be used. Both our hosts had to share one microphone because we had to consistently request for technical assistance. We later found out that they intentionally cut the microphone because one Arabic guy (possibly from your management team) came up to our event and asked us (in a rude manner) when we will be finished because we are noisy and disrupting the restaurant . Why accept our booking if we can t make any noise? And it s not like it was a disco with loud music and dancing and shouting. It was a corporate event. A launch. An anniversary. The loud sound is and should be expected.
Lights We had requested, over and over again during the event, to kindly switch on the lights. We were told that that was the maximum light that area had. After the event, when all our guests had left and it was only us who were left there, the lights turned up to be bright. Apparently, there was an option to make the room brighter and we had to endure a badly-lit hall all throughout the evening.
House Music Even when we requested that we need the house music turned off during our event, there were still 3-4 times that they switched on the speakers of the house music in our event hall. In the middle of the speech. While someone was speaking in front.

Such an inconvenience is disrespectful and demeaning. We are an HR consultancy company and we are also involved in different organizations here in the UAE. We hold events, trainings, and conferences in hotels so we know exactly what kind of service a five-star hotel provides; this was not it. And not only us our guests were dignitaries from the Philippine embassy, HR managers and directors, decision makers, entrepreneurs, and media people, and they too host meeting and events. I guess it s safe to say that we would definitely think twice before holding any event with you in the future as we don't feel like we were valued customers. I sincerely hope there's no repetition of the same in future with me, or any of your guests for that matter and that you take the necessary action to ensure the same.

Good hotel, good room, good bathroom, nice staff, great breakfast, small pool but shuttle bus to our own beach. Only the location is not so nice, you have to be good on foot. But otherwise everything is fine.

The hotel is really in a convenient location, Pradeep from the concierge, Natalia and Su from front desk where really very helpful. My kids loved the figures that the service guys made every day. Really creative. However, the rate at 7 is because I saw maintenance problems: doorbell had problem, the main door did not close and bathroom the last day broke. Other than that was excellent.
