I refinanced my loan with MLD Mortgage, Inc. at the Ashburn, VA branch. They were INCREDIBLE! Stress free. Appraisal was ordered and completed within a couple days. We closed in 2 weeks! My loan officer was always available and the processor updated me every step of the way before I even thought to call. I would recommend them to anyone looking to do any type of home loan!

After locking the rate for more than two months , my loan processor - Daniel Rodriguez got sick and never returned any calls or emails..and his boss didnt bother to assign my loan to another agent, as a result, i lost time and was on the verge of losing 1500$ in losing cost s...thankfully I used another lender who infact gave me a better rate with better closing costs..these guys at Moneystore were unprofessional and silly in my opinion..i wont recommend to anyone.

Sharif Shamshuddin is an amazing mortgage provider to work with in my personal case he as worked with me to retrieve my credit report and advised me to how to better position myself to get the very best apr, god bless him and his family I was able to get a mortgage for best ever interest rates that beat every one in NJ.

I did not have a great credit score and he worked with me spent time with me for couple of hours and educated me like a family member, thanks to him I will be saving 7,200.00$ every year in mortgage its not a joke that is serious post tax hard earned sweat and blood.

I do not have too much experience with mortgage companies. But this one is really not recommended. It takes hours to get connected and weeks for any response. I have sent them an email and called them two weeks ago regarding a mistake in the mortgage, till now I have got no reply yet. While, if you don't response to them immediately, for sure you will be in trouble.

Very responsive and efficient but I would have appreciated if they were more upfront about locking the quoted APR rate which I was not aware of and cost me at least 0.25 bps more.

I really wish I could speak to an MLD associate to express how their online payment program needs to change. Prior to MLD I have had at least 3 lenders for my homes and have never been as unsatisfied with their procedure. I learned last week of an acquaintance that also has MLD has had the same problems.

Lowest rates you can get. Good experience with the agents, highly recommend MLD.

Your loan will be sold even before you make the first payment. The service representative is condescending and rude. I was scolded for asking a question, maybe because it was a stupid question.

Aundi Grondahl at the Money Store was fantastic! Our whole experience was easy, fast and very professional! I cannot recommend the Tacoma, WA office highly enough. When we thought we had found the lowest rate, Aundi already had it baked into our loan papers! When we weren't sure what we could afford, she had already run numbers to give us a property price range. When we had an issue with closing dates, she stepped right in to insure everything worked on time and beautifully! I cannot say enough abut her patience with dumb questions (on our part), and kindness with keeping us in the loop about timing, etc. as things developed. A completely unexpected, wonderful experience, but one we will be thankful for , for years to come! You can rely on these folks!

Karley Rosalez and her team were fantastic! As happens, we had a condition that needed to be met, but didn't have the paperwork necessary to get it removed. We spoke to the government agency and requested what was needed. In the meantime Karley and her team went to work on the condition another way. They looked on the internet and we're able to obtain documentation to satisfy the condition. It has been almost three weeks since escrow closed and still, the paperwork requested from the government agency has not been received. Were it not for Karley and her teams dedication and professionalism the transaction would not have closed. Team work makes the dream work is true in this case. Grateful and very satisfied in Simi Valley!

these people were great, i was fortunate enough to team up with Codi who walked me thru the process and always made me feel comfortable. he's not a New York York Jets fan but besides that he was a solid dude and very knowledgeable about his trade. i am currently and will continue to recommend him whenever possible, and i hope to work with him again in the future

After trying to refinance with another mortgage broker that kept requesting information that didn't exist, I was referred to MLD Mortgage. Jay Kunkle and his team quickly understood the difficulties that self employed individuals face when applying for loans and efficiently requested and processed the required documentation and closed the loan at a very good interest rate.

My loan has been delayed by 60 days. It took 120 days for MLD to process my refinance because of short staff, however they kept their rate lock and did not charge even after 120 days.. I was charged a rate lock extension fee but as the delay was from MLD they removed the charges.

What could have been better?
- Loan officer communication and keeping us informed on the delays.
- Applicant has to reach out multiple times to request for updates.
- No clear cut instructions on closure date and process of closure.

What went well?
- Notary came to the place of our choice which helped a lot.
- Accuracy of the loan information. No hidden charges.
- Doc sign and app that lists all the pending tasks and who is it pending with..

Looking to see how their service will be post refinance.

The money store is HORRIBLE!! Beware to anyone who think to use the money store. It is a very corrupt company. You can not get a solid answer when you ask a question. Krista Kurlis is one of the branch managers and speak about uneducated she is very rude and tries to out talk you or talk around you instead of listening to you. Todd Jackson who was our original loan officer had alot of information up until the time it came to our closing then he was no help at all he some how got stuck with the lie or keep his job so he is no good as well. James Jablonski another rude uneducated person when I asked him about our funds that we paid at closing he could not answer me and then he became very rude and had a very harsh nasty voice tone. Mary Ann as well she had no clue of anything. if you want your money lost your paperwork lost and you like getting the run around then this is the perfect company for you. The way these people speak to you about your money is ridiculous!!! I am reporting this fake bank to the FCC as well as going to banking and insurance because this place will try anything to rob people who do not know the home buying process. I would never use them for anything DO NOT think this is a great way to go it will cause you more of a headache than you need due to people in thus company not being educated on how a loan process should go!

Recommend you run as fast as possible from this company. Delays, constant requests for more documents, probably due to delays, and you'll need to be calling local agent often because calls to the company go unanswered. Communications and clarity is not a strength of theirs. Planning to refi with a more responsive company just so MLD first get the money.
