After locking the rate for more than two months , my loan processor - Daniel Rodriguez got sick and never returned any calls or emails..and his boss didnt bother to assign my loan to another agent, as a result, i lost time and was on the verge of losing 1500$ in losing cost s...thankfully I used another lender who infact gave me a better rate with better closing costs..these guys at Moneystore were unprofessional and silly in my opinion..i wont recommend to anyone.
