Karley Rosalez and her team were fantastic! As happens, we had a condition that needed to be met, but didn't have the paperwork necessary to get it removed. We spoke to the government agency and requested what was needed. In the meantime Karley and her team went to work on the condition another way. They looked on the internet and we're able to obtain documentation to satisfy the condition. It has been almost three weeks since escrow closed and still, the paperwork requested from the government agency has not been received. Were it not for Karley and her teams dedication and professionalism the transaction would not have closed. Team work makes the dream work is true in this case.
