Recommend you run as fast as possible from this company. Delays, constant requests for more documents, probably due to delays, and you'll need to be calling local agent often because calls to the company go unanswered. Communications and clarity is not a strength of theirs. Planning to refi with a more responsive company just so MLD first get the money.
