Not very good they contacted me one time had an agent come out and never followed back up I left numerous messages not a very good company I would not recommend them for anybody

My experience with The Money Store (MLD) was essentially excellent. I would have given them 5 stars if communications over the long time of waiting for my refi approval been more forthcoming.

Other than that, I have no other criticism, and found from start to finish, MLD provided a product in the end that was initially as promised and ultimately delivered to my full satisfaction! I believe they are a fair and responsible corporate citizen wanting to help their customers!

I had previously tried using a local mortgage lender through my bank. They were unfortunately unresponsive so I did a Google search looking for other options. I came across MLD and entered some basic information. The next day I received a call for additional information and what my plans were. The whole team made the process super easy and any questions I had were answered quickly as well. Responsiveness is always important to me, even if it was just to say they weren't sure about the answer and would need to get back to me. I felt important and that the team assigned to me cared, which isn't always the case when dealing with financial and business transactions. Would recommend to others.

This is one of the best mortgage companies that you can be financed it's very easy very helpful

I just want to write this review to express my gratitude for Andrianna at The Money Store for all the work she and her team have done for me and my family with all our refinance s and new home loans. I was not sure what I was getting myself into when I first spoke with Andrianna about 3 years ago when my son decided to buy his first home but her emails and updates assisted with a clear path to our progress and goals. By using their service and by being patient, they have made home loans and refinancing to the point that it is easy manageable. Thanks a MILLION. I have been telling my friends and family about you. I would give this review negative stars if I could. I had the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. First of all I will name call TRAVIS, who was the worst customer service representative EVER. I wanted to cancel home warranty because I made a mistake since we already had one but he was persistent in a rude way to not have me cancel it. Telling me what I NEEDED and that I was making huge mistake. Who are you to tell me what I NEED!!! I DO NOT NEED IT AND WAS MAKING IT CLEAR. Tries to speak with my father and I let him know customer service turned him down so they could talk to me. He asks me where is my father so he can talk to him and I respond with He's at work. Travis then responds "oh yeah sure he's at work" since it shows he called 10 min ago. I responded with yeah its called a lunch break. Who is he to tell me that my dads not at work. He did nothing but argue with me and telling me I was making a mistake and telling me what i needed when over and over in fact its not his decision to make. We could have considered this company after our own warranty ended but after this stunt why the hell would I ever consider this place. I will tell people to not even consider this company Ever. Even my father had a frustrating customer service phone call. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.

Marla was great to work with, professional, personal, answered every dumb question with courtesy, had the refi done in record time. There were so many changes happening on a daily basis but she was always calm and controlled. I'd recommend the Money Store to anyone with any mortgage needs.

My experience with Ariana Mendoza was great. She is very knowledgeable and responsive. I was informed every step of the way and she was always available to answer any questions. I highly recommend her for your loan servicing needs.

Renewed my mortgage with MLD. It was pretty good experience. Only drawback is that they don't keep you in loop sometimes and communication is an area of improvement.

Awful! Terrible customer service. Lost paperwork, no calls back, no guidance, left in the dark for days, one word replies to specific questions via email. I feel if I didn't use the Money Store I wouldn't have been put through the ringer and the process wouldn't have dragged on for 4 long months.

this is our third time refinancing with Money Store. The team is patient and pleasant to work with and the whole transaction has been smooth. Michelle Miele is very friendly to work with and kept us updated whenever the rate became better and helped with locking at a decent rate.

We shopped around for the mortgate for our investment property a month ago and chose Xin Li from MLD Mortgage as they provided the best rate and have great reviews. The whole process is quite efficient and smooth. Xin and her team is well organized. Her assistant Hang Liu is also quite pleasant to work with. He always responded to my questions the same day and took extra effort to help speed up the process. We are heading to close in a couple of days and I can't wait to say thank you to them and recommend them to all my friends who are going to purchase a home.

Amazing experience, start to finish! Marla was so nice, so patient with all of my questions, and very supportive throughout the whole process. And on top of all that, she was always quick to reply, available to chat if we wanted to discuss closing dates, or insurance options, or anything else, and I know I was very lucky to be working with such a professional. I am going to recommend the Money Store, and Marla to everyone I know about to go through the home buying process!

My loan application was kept on dragging week after week and the agent kept on asking for revised paystub and bank statements. My loan agent always committed to 45-60 days refinancing close and at 60th day gave another long list of documents to buy time. This looks like a scam to me. Serious loan seekers beware.

It has such professional team taking all details and made the whole process very smooth!

They are all good till you get your loan - after that forget about any customer service - they will tell you to expect call back in 24-48 hours and no one will ever call you. Emails, website request will all go unanswered. I am sure they have zero customer service.

This is the worst experience ever I had with The Money Store. Poor communication, not responsible, very stressful, took extremely long period amount of time to get the appraisal report, couldn't close in time, asked to pay extra money to extent the rate. I strongly recommend DO NOT use their businesses and stay away from their service.

No hassle mortgage refinancing. I was already with MLD Mortgage, but was refinancing with Better.com, one day before closing with better, MLD offered me to walk away from that closing with a better rate. Was very apprehensive as I did that, but my fear was put to rest by MLD Mortgage and closed my refinancing loan within a month.

Terrible, they set up a date and time for me to close. Paperwork wasn't ready and I had to leave to pick up my children. There is only one day a week I was available and they blew it. Next week comes around, paperwork is there but the numbers are wrong and they don't match up to what it was supposed to be. Thankfully the title company fixed their mistake. Fast forward to when my 1st payment is due. I have to send a check to New Jersey, it's 2019 and we are still sending checks for substantial amounts thru the mail... Apparently they never received it, nor was it sent back to me due to a wrong address. So where is it? Now I have to cancel a check which costs me money and now I have little faith that it will actually arrive there.. so how do we fix this? Accept a payment over the phone... PayPal, venmo, CC... Nope,have. To send another check, how ridiculous is this? They could care less about you, the only thing they care about is their bottom line.

Easiest most convenient and helpful mortgage I've ever gone through. Dayna Wright has unbelievable follow up and does more to help with the loan process than any loan officer I have ever dealt with. I guess I could have saved a lot of headaches over the years had I dealt with Dayna Wright on every mortgage.

My Husband and I toured 3 large houses located throughout NJ on a very fridgit night while we were homeless. We were promised one of them with no credit check. All of a sudden the house of our choice was "sold" actually they weren't even houses. The homes for cold. There were exit signs thought. And one home even had a Law firm name on the front. Ummmmm illegal??? Yes. I don't understand all these paid for reviews but I need MLD to contact me yesterday. Thanks again. ...

The experience worked with MLD mortgage was pleasant. The process was clean, smooth and secure. The communication was responsive and professional. The last but not least: the mortgage rate is great, the cost is sweet!

The short story is this refinance took a total of six months and four days to complete. I am not making this up. There was a couple of glitches with our former mortgage company that should ve added maybe a week or two onto this process, and we certainly understand Covid, but we heard every excuse in the book from I had to drive my sister to the vet with her dog, I had to take my three kids to the doctor, systems problems, waiting on the underwriter, more systems problems, literally four months in a row we were told to not make the mortgage payment because we re going to close, and a few weeks later, oh well yeah you better go ahead and make that payment As we can t get this close this month either.
We were promised a gift card to reimburse us for the late fees we had to pay the old mortgage company one month Because we were told to not make the payment, but then yes had to make the payment after the late fee had been applied, which we never received. I had to initiate most of follow up every step of the way and I can t even find the words to explain how insanely frustrating this process was. We started researching the company further because it really felt like it was a scam!!! My husband and I both contacted the corporate office via phone and email about 4 months into the process, and never received a response back.

From the beginning Colleen was right on tp of the loan. She answered any question I had and time.
