I would give this review negative stars if I could. I had the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. First of all I will name call TRAVIS, who was the worst customer service representative EVER. I wanted to cancel home warranty because I made a mistake since we already had one but he was persistent in a rude way to not have me cancel it. Telling me what I NEEDED and that I was making huge mistake. Who are you to tell me what I NEED!!! I DO NOT NEED IT AND WAS MAKING IT CLEAR. Tries to speak with my father and I let him know customer service turned him down so they could talk to me. He asks me where is my father so he can talk to him and I respond with He's at work. Travis then responds "oh yeah sure he's at work" since it shows he called 10 min ago. I responded with yeah its called a lunch break. Who is he to tell me that my dads not at work. He did nothing but argue with me and telling me I was making a mistake and telling me what i needed when over and over in fact its not his decision to make. We could have considered this company after our own warranty ended but after this stunt why the hell would I ever consider this place. I will tell people to not even consider this company Ever. Even my father had a frustrating customer service phone call. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.
