Terrible, they set up a date and time for me to close. Paperwork wasn't ready and I had to leave to pick up my children. There is only one day a week I was available and they blew it. Next week comes around, paperwork is there but the numbers are wrong and they don't match up to what it was supposed to be. Thankfully the title company fixed their mistake. Fast forward to when my 1st payment is due. I have to send a check to New Jersey, it's 2019 and we are still sending checks for substantial amounts thru the mail... Apparently they never received it, nor was it sent back to me due to a wrong address. So where is it? Now I have to cancel a check which costs me money and now I have little faith that it will actually arrive there.. so how do we fix this? Accept a payment over the phone... PayPal, venmo, CC... Nope,have. To send another check, how ridiculous is this? They could care less about you, the only thing they care about is their bottom line.
