Melissa Rotondo was a wonderful real estate agent during the period of our tenancy. She was always proactive in responding to any maintenance issues, and incredibly professional at all times.

We had interviewed a few agents at the start of the journey and Kiki was definitely stand-out in her approach. The most valuable aspect I found of Kiki's sale process was that there was no 'fluff' i.e. she was completely open and honest and true to her word. Kiki and her team have a process which is completely seamless from start to finish and being first time vendors in an Australian market we really felt we could put all our trust in her which really did take away a lot of the stress. I always feel nervous about making recommendations but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kiki to anyone I know who is looking to sell a property. She works really hard for each client and the level of service often made you feel like you were her one and only! I also think that Kiki genuinely wants the best for both parties in the equation and I can honestly say that I don't think I would have had the same experience with another agent. Honesty & Integrity
Selling your home is probably the biggest financial transaction most people undertake. Entrusting that process to a stranger, being the real estate agent is a huge act of faith. When we met Kiki it became a very easy decision to make in choosing her to act as our agent. She is open and very frank about the market her team and the sales process. Her honesty and approachability was so refreshing that we felt comfortable and at ease from the outset.
Her team kept us constantly informed of progress and helped enormously in preparing the house and getting everything just right to give us the best opportunity to maximise the home's potential. True it was a bit of a whirlwind in the first 2 weeks but all well worth the experience.

I remembered Kiki from a few years back, when we were looking for our unit and she made a really great impression on me then. Although we didn't end up buying from Kiki at the time, she sprang to mind when we were looking for an agent to sell our unit. Kiki has been very open, friendly, honest, realistic and has kept information flowing during the whole process. Kiki made what could have been a stressful process, as easy as possible for us and we're delighted with our choice.

DO NOT DEAL WITH MINT360PROPERTY. THEY ARE LIARS AND WILL USE SCARE TACTICS TO TRY AND EXTORT MONEY FROM YOUR BOND.

We were first time renters and they thought we would be easily manipulated. We moved in to an apartment in 2016 which they told us was cleaned and fumigated, and fumigation happens once a year. We moved in and the apartment was contaminated, with lots of mould, cockroaches, dust, dirt, and even old clothes, tiles and dog bones were found. We asked them to clean this and this was ignored, they said that they couldn't confirm any mould growth, even after we showed them pictures. The fumigation was also a lie, as we lived there for a year and a half and no yearly fumigation was ever performed.

Now that we have moved out, we wished to get our bond back. We cleaned the apartment and had it fumigated, but they wanted to re-clean a few spots and quoted us $150, then sent us an invoice for $400 for a full clean which we never agreed upon. They also didn't accept our fumigation that was performed by a local fumigator and wanted us to pay for a new one. They also started to add on costs like replacing light bulbs that were missing before we even started our tenancy.

We went to Legal Aid and found out that according to our agreement, we only had to leave it as clean as it was when we started the tenancy, and submitted a claim to get our bond back. They then contested and tried to use scare tactics to get us to withdraw, but backed with a lot of evidence we did not. On the day of the tribunal, we found out that they withdrew their application that morning, and when we went to try to get the form signed to complete the bond return, all of their agents were "on leave".

TLDR: We have had an extremely horrible experience with MINT360Property. We have been lied to, and had scare tactics used on us to try and extort more money from our bond. As first time renters we were easy targets, but through Legal Aid, research and being prepared, we made sure that we wouldn't be another victim of their horrible practices

Very disappointing experience as a tenant. My property manager was extremely difficult to deal with. He allowed tradesman to enter into my apartment (who also left the front door open upon leaving) without first seeking permission. We reported an incident of theft to the police only a few months later and Our property manager was unable to identify who had been in my apartment without permission. He was rude and arrogant to deal with. I would not recommend this agency.

True colours are shown when the seas get rough in any business and it is in these moments you find out the strengths and any weaknesses in your property managers. Tim and Sera have work tirelessly with one particular investment property that had a number of issues when they inherited my portfolio a number of months ago. Navigating a precarious and delicate situation and the subsequent marketing and finding a new tenant with many obstacles coming into play, they maintained a professional and solution-based approach to every part of the process. Living outside of Australia it is even more important for me to trust the work my property managers are doing on the ground. Tim kept me informed, with suggested solutions and recommendations and subsequently solved the issues at hand. I have no hesitation in recommending Tim and Sera to anyone looking for property managers you are able to trust to do the work when the going gets tough, who shows respect to all parties involved and has open communication throughout.

Sera I have to admit that you have been exceptional. Your customer service to my family was the best. We have been looking for apartments for over 8 1/2 months and many we have denied just due to the agents. Both you and Tim have been great and absolutely friendly. Thanks again for everything.

I had just a 6-week window to sell my unit, as I needed to move back overseas and had already signed a contract to buy a house there. Kiki was able to manage all the emotional ups and downs, at the same time being very skilled at driving the sale and negotiating a better price. She s like a Mental Health professional and an amazing businesswoman all rolled into one! Kiki gave a realistic and very accurate estimate of my property value and selling price prior to going on the market. And within a week, Kiki exceeded my expectations working very hard to achieve the best possible price for my unit she even managed to get an extra $10, 000 at the eleventh hour. I feel very blessed to have had Kiki on my side and I am so happy that I made the choice to have Kiki as my property agent . she is genuine, trustworthy, caring and a skilled negotiator and will not let you down!

Couldn't be more disappointed with Mint360. They don't deserve a single star. Their property agents are nice to you when you move in but later will try to rip you off at every turn. They were too uncaring to help with legitimate tenancy problems and refused to admit their own mistakes. Don't care about tenant rights and any attempt to calmly dispute their claim will result in very defensive and unhelpful responses that pass the buck back to you as a tenant. It's real estate companies like this one that give people in the industry a bad name. If you're thinking of renting, avoid them at all costs. Their agents are rude, deceptive and sneaky. Don't trust them.

Just a team of liar who are interested by your money. Make you pay for interventions that you never ask.

I ve been trying to contact the agent Jarrod for over two weeks however no response at all. I ve sent and email, I ve called as well as text messages was sent. They simply never get back to you. They don t care if you have taken a day or or if you are driving more then an hour to be able to
see the property. Not flexible at all with time openings to inspect the property. Everybody works and the 15 min open time on a the middle of the week DOES NOT suit everyone, they should know that. I am pretty sure the landlord of all these properties don t know how they manage their properties and I wonder why these ones on a great location hasn t been rented out yet, after two months. Unreliable, disrespectful and not worth while. Apart from the receptionist avoid agents like in this place.

i'm really disappointed with this company, before i rented an apartment through them, i asked some questions about the use of the balcony and at the time the answer was positive, but now, after i signed the contract they changed their answer, they just lied to rent the apartment! zero credibility.

I would like to share my experience with Mint360 Property. My agent is Melissa Rotondo and over the 4 and a half years with her I have had great experience. I feel that she responds to my requests quickly and values me as a customer. Although there hasn't been any improvements done from side of landlord to the apartment in the time I have been there I assume it is nothing that agent can control.
I would also like to add that customer service staff are exceptional when I call to pay for my rent. Lauren in particular. I must say that every conversation with her has brightened my day. :-)

Horrible service, very slow, full of lies, highly incompetent, illegal and breaches throughout their processes. Impossible to contact, unhelpful and only in it for their own pockets.

Absolutely disappointing experience, especially I have purchased over 1 million dollars property at Randwick!!! Adrain was hard to reach over the phone and never appear on the final inspection. The key that we have received is in a very general letter, while my friend have much better packaging (I'm not expecting champion but come on !! I have purchased a property!!) Also, Natalia was being really rule over the phone, she was not listening to my enquires and start making up her assumption. I truely hope Mint360 could be able to improve their customer experience. As a purchaser, I will try to avoid dealing with this company anymore.
