Kiki and her team have been professional, available and helpful from the very beginning of the sale process through to settlement. Although her time was valuable, she was always there for us to assist with any questions or problems.
We really appreciated being kept informed to the progress of the sale. Kiki had a way of reassuring us that even though the market wasn t the best, because of the shutdown, we were getting the best price and service from the sale. Either Kiki or Neriman or one of her team would call after an open house with a full description of the groups that went through and would also follow up with each and every one of them for input. Then share the details with us. They took care of everything really, from listings and showings and all the paperwork.
I would highly recommend Kiki to sell or buy a property. She s motivated and energetic, professional with a keen eye to detail and empathy for both the seller and buyer. She always gave us 110%.
