We had interviewed a few agents at the start of the journey and Kiki was definitely stand-out in her approach. The most valuable aspect I found of Kiki's sale process was that there was no 'fluff' i.e. she was completely open and honest and true to her word. Kiki and her team have a process which is completely seamless from start to finish and being first time vendors in an Australian market we really felt we could put all our trust in her which really did take away a lot of the stress. I always feel nervous about making recommendations but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kiki to anyone I know who is looking to sell a property. She works really hard for each client and the level of service often made you feel like you were her one and only! I also think that Kiki genuinely wants the best for both parties in the equation and I can honestly say that I don't think I would have had the same experience with another agent. Thank you Kiki for achieving a great result for us in such a tough market!
