It was fun but really over priced for a water park.

Although the layout of this park is very confusing and 1/2 the water slides were shut down on Saturday, the worst part of this water park was how disgusting the water was! we just moved here and never coming back to waste our money.

Lots of fun but lots of people! Some adults were about cussing at each other fighting over a tube . Not family friendly allowing them to act like that.

Had a horrible experience here! Water was hot, food lines took forever, and park at your own risk our car was keyed and they have no cameras in the parking lot and we were told they re not responsible for anything. I emailed and never got a response. Will never go back!!

It's not as good as we thought it'd be. Not enough slides,a little dirty and food and drinks are pricey.

2 lazy rivers, at least 3 kiddie pools, didn't count the slides... we had fun. Though it was 40$ a person, and the parking was terrible. (It was gravel/dirt and cost 5$ just to park)

This was the worst water park I have ever been to. The workers were so rude and didn t care about anything at all. The lines were long and had to wait 45 mins for a DRINK. The prices were way to expensive for what u get:( half of the park was closed the wave pool didn t work so there was nothing to really do. This was a BIG mistake and a waste of money and I suggest you not go here :)

Just horrible food nasty and too high and the girl was rude at the front too get tickets it just wasn t worth it the bathroom Filthy smell like piss all the way in there Dusty fan in the bathroom looks like it never been clean since the place been there I don t recommend no one that s out of town or in town to go there it wasn t worth $247.00 dollars I could have just went too six flags.

Our family enjoys coming to the park and feel that for the money, this is a great family place to enjoy the slides and amenities. That being said, there are some major hurdles or possibly "growing pains" that need to be addressed. First off, the parking is a joke. We parked way to the back and actually had some idiot park in the middle of the lane behind us blocking our ability to get out. I understand this wasn't the parks fault that there are just stupid people, however, if there was a better designed parking area for us, this probably would not have ever come up. There is no parking attendants and no lanes for people to know where to park or anything. People just park however the heck they want to and the park is OK with that? When I went to speak to someone in management about this so this guy could get towed, the manager that came up to me looks about the age of 17. Im not at all against youth moving up in the world, but I didn't see anyone but youth running this park which was alarming. Secondly, the park is in dire need of an update. There are handrails that feel they are about to fall off just leaning on them, some parts of the park that smell just awful for whatever reason, and general "maintenance" issues that don't ever seem to be fixed from what appears to be years of neglect. My son even got a pretty nasty cut across his arm from a sharp piece of concrete that had broken out of the lazy river, which we got bandaged by the local emt, who was very helpful. All and all though, its fun for the price like I said and I guess what you should expect when your only paying $50 for a whole year season pass. Something note worthy though to the owners of the park...I would pay twice that for a park that was well taken care of. Oh and demolish that nasty putt putt golf course next to you and expand the park. That place is just disgusting anyway and in need of demolishing.

It looked great from the street. We drove 8 miles, battling rude tourist traffic to spend 5 minutes in the parking lot trying to figure out whether or not it was open. A few people were hanging out in the parking lot and they told us it was closed (the hours for the Adventure Park are from 2-9 or 10 pm) So false advertising or was the website wrong? Besides the wasted time and the disappointment of only looking at it from the street, the traffic was TERRIBLE

Today we were in this park and my mom went down by some slides that reach the river and was stuck for five minutes I sought help with the lifeguards and they told me that it was not their work the slides and my mom was stuck for 10 more minutes until she could get out of the floats and go down without a float, it was horrible no one helped her and two lifeguards noticed that she needed help

This is my 3rd time coming this week and the season passes are super cheap when you upgrade them. The service is a little slow but I don't mind the wait. On the jumanji ride. The stairs shake when you walk and so does the platform but other than that the rides are great food is great. And I just love this place!

Okay for little kids. Always have a hard time finding tubes to even do in the water slides.

Way over priced for the level of fun. Can be confusing to get around park.

Would've given 5 stars, but no one on mini golf side to take money (had to go hunt 'em down on waterslide side) & NO water available to purchase anywhere along the playing route in extreme heat (discovered along the way that all vending machines were out of ordered). $5 parking fee.

this was an amazing trip! if you're looking for something else to do in DESTIN, this is it! drop everything and plan on getting in the water and washing your troubles away! the lazy river is outstanding and will make you forget about your vacation ever having to end! just get ina nd enjoy. Get here early to find your family a table for all your stuff!

Great new water exhibits for younger ages!! Prices could still be a bit lower

Place isn't that clean and food prices are not wallet friendly. Overall a good time, but the water doesn't always look so clean

We really enjoyed this place! We went today which was a little cool and cloudy. But there were absolutely no lines. The slides were very fun and although we didn't eat, it seemed like they had lots of options. Also, a very large parking lot. Some of the slides were closed due to the damage from the hurricane, but that's perfectly understandable. It was a little bit on the pricier side, but I think it was worth it. Some of the employees didn't seem like they wanted to be there, but that's almost anywhere these days!

This place is absolutely disgusting. I bought season passes for the whole family because we were staying in Destin for a week and I figured we would go at least twice. We went 1 time and stayed for maybe 2 hours. The water was cloudy and had stuff floating around all in it (hair, bandaids, etc.). Also, the layout is ridiculous, and the pathways were very dirty. I felt like I had to disinfect all of us when we got back to our condo. Extremely disappointing, especially taking into consideration the amount of money I spent here for maybe 2 hours.

Way overpriced, not at all worth $50 per head (for adult) + $5 parking + $11 locker (for a small one!). Unfortunately very disappointing.

Had a really nice time here on a season pass, no long lines except for the food court, which could be improved. Hopefully they will at some point, get everything up and running. The place feels like it's short on cash. Maintenance is hurting and it appears to have been in decline for a few years. Not all rides are open because of a shortage of lifeguards, says employees. I'm pretty sure that is what they were told to say, but I think it's a money crunch. I wish management the best in turning it into a viable park. In the meantime, support the park and enjoy your visit.

Excellent overall but could use a little improvements

Played putt putt, the course is in terrible shape. The lightning is awful, so it is next to impossible to see. Playing tupac and bone thugs unedited. Decking is rotting out and needs to be replaced. Just go somewhere else.

Staff is VERY unfriendly! I dont think I got a smile from them all day. Seen lifeguards using vulgar language to eachother in the middle of "protecting swimmers." Very unprofessional environment.

This place IS VERY PREJUDICED & RACIST. They food and kids are unsanitary. I recommend that NOBODY EVER attend this the park if you want to enjoy yourself. The general manager is very disrespectful and he grabbed my arm forcefully leaving a bruise. I am DISGUSTED & WILL NOT ATTEND EVER IN MY LIFE!

We played mini-golf. The layout is good. However, it looks like there has been no maintenance in quite some time (years). Stairs are deteriorating, debris (limbs, sticks, etc.) is all over the stairs, the course, etc. The false turf on the course is ripped, and the holes are filled with water and debris. We had to remove two large branches from the walkway to get to the next hole. We won't be back.

Cute little water park. No lines. Helpful people. I'm 25 and had lots of fun!!!! Really cool place for kids!!!

Great family fun! Only 4 stars because 2 of the most fun rides were down for maintenance.

This was by far the WORST water park I've EVER been too! They advertised to have 40 slides, we counted there were 11! It was wayyyyy overpriced after two hours we were tired of riding the same slides over and over. Don't waste your money! The only upside was there were no lines but I'm assuming it was I was the only one dumb enough the pay that much for nothing!

That have the coldest lazy river and I love it just hope its cleaner than last year :)

Regarding Tropical Golf section of Big Kahuna's --please don't waste your money!! This used to be a really cute, fun golf course but not anymore! The course is greatly deteriorated - there are rips & tears on the putting greens. The music they are blaring is not appropriate for small children. We could not wait to finish our 18 holes & get out of there.

This place has gone downhill the past few years. This year was at it's worse! It seems like everyone was getting sick. It is probably worth it to drive to PC to Shipwreck!

I did not like the access to walk with children it is very difficult to move freely from one place to another with baby since it does not have ramps for wheelchairs or baby carriages and does not have good food the place

Another great day at the water park! If you've never been, you are missing out.

Places like this should be demolished and rebuilt by people who care to give families a good experience while on vacation... Looks like this place is done with its hay-day and hanging on by a thread... Don't waste your money...

Visited in June 2017 and had a great time with my family. There are a wide variety of attractions for most ages, from lazy rivers to fast slides. There are several areas for small children and life vests are available.

Some of the stuff was closed, but if more was open, then this review would be 5 stars, but 4 is good

Great, expensive, fun for the whole family all summer long with the season passes.

Most of the park is shut down, I assume because covid19, which kinda sucks because your still paying full price for half the park just to be shutdown. We still had fun with what was open though.

We had a great time! Short wait for all the slides, clean pools. Would highly recommend wearing flip flops or water shoes when walking around the park, leave them at the bottom of each slide and retrieve at the end.

Drove two hours to find out after we entered the park that over half the rides (8 closed) were closed and many food stations as well. We were told they do not have enough staff to operate all the rides yet this season. If that is the case you can not charge full price admission and you must post half of the rides are closed on your website! Very misleading.

Been here twice. It's actually really nice later in the day especially after it rains cause everyone leaves and then you can go on all the rides as many times as you want without long lines. Definitely recommend stopping by if you're in Destin and want to cool off! Plus the military eye candy is a splendid addition!

Great time on my kids loved it so much that I call the Park had to offer everybody was great when it came to customer service my whole family had an awesome awesome awesome time I go back every day if I could unfortunately we moved away but as soon as we get back in the area will we be back to enjoy that time

Our family makes this a stop on our vacation every year. Great rides for big kids and lots of options for little swimmers. Save up your dollars bc it's a pretty pricey experience.

Great water park for the family, the kids absolutely loved it. We all had a good time.

I will admit that this place is a little PRICEY because for a little more we could ve gotten Season Passes for all 3 of us that attended, but we were visiting from ATL and it was not practical. I will say after attending, I STILL have to give 5 stars because of the amount of FUN that we had! We stayed for about 4 1/2 hours because this place is HUGE! 1 turn after another there was another attraction to go to. They have numerous spots for the KIDS and the ADULTS so everybody can equally enjoy the time here. Whether you have little ones or just going as a couple, you will have a great time! Cons: Expect to cash out on food and drinks. 1 Bottle of water was over $3.00 and a large pizza is about $22.00.

Need to kill the algae by the kids frog slide by the wave pool. Very green and warm water, bacteria growing everywhere!

Several of the slides were not in operation. Also, they were out of ice and still attempting to charge full price for drinks. Save your money.

The best ride was closed. They have not updated their park since 2008. It is just a tourist trap. Huge disappointment to my daughter who really was looking forward to going. Do not waste your time going. Need to lower their price. It not worth it.

We always have fun but half the paek is always closed bo matter what time of year so we don't really get our money's worth, but season passes are cheap amd and great for those hot florida days

Great water fun for kids of all ages and adults. Fast lines very little wait times!

Cool park, plenty to fill 6 or so hours. $40 admittance plus $15+ for food is a bit steep for the experience but it was a cool experience for the kids. Lifeguards aren't always in a great mood but they're teenagers and I'm sure they get mistreated by guests. Some of them were hilarious though.

They have a very cost effective season pass. Staff is always nice and life guards run numerous drills throughout the day and are very attentive. That being said, this place needs some work. It looks super run down. Last week when we were there, the water looked gross and had all kinds of debris in it.

Don't waste your vacation time, go to the beach instead...overpriced, half of the rides not working, and the lazy ride is ready lazy..very short ride. Save the money.

Nice water park in need of a lot of work. Fun place to cool of in the heat and humidity of the area. The park does need to spend a lot of money to bring it to the standard of other water parks. The large pool needs to be re-plastered and some of the concrete walkways are very rough because of the water erosion. Overall it's a nice family place. They have a good selection of food and drinks.

The water park was great. It was clean and the lines moved quickly. My only complaint was not enough shade around the seating areas. It would really help to add more umbrellas.

It was a blast I had so much fun and they have great things for kids and so many waterslides I also loved the food there like dipping dots, pretzels and more it is awesome you should go.

We had fun here, but it was very expensive considering a lot of the slides were closed or not working. Fewer attractions should result in lower price for entry. Water was pretty filthy in some places, kind of more like pond water. Bottom of large pool was slimy. Concrete was really rough in some places, could scrape up kids knees if they fall, which can't be sanitary. Food was pricey for the quality and quantity. On top of admission, they charge an additional $5 fee for parking when you leave. I would suggest wearing water shoes since the concrete paths and boardwalks get extremely hot from the sun. Overall, this park could be great if they could clean it up and get everything working.

This is too expesive and there is no resaruant i would not reccomed comming here unless your a millionare

What a disappointing experience. We were so excited to take our boys to this water park, however upon entering and noticing the extremely run down and poorly maintained condition of this park we were quickly regretting the $300+ we spent to get in. Water slides weren t working, lazy river was extremely dirty, steps everywhere, the paths to get to other parts of the park were extremely hot quickly burning my little ones feet, the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. The park overall looked to be falling apart. Wooden steps resulting in splinters in your feet. Even my boys were bored of this park after a couple hours. Food prices weren t horrible but the wait was ridiculous. We love water parks but we will never come back to this one. Especially upon leaving finding out we had to pay for parking as well.....parking that was in a dirt parking lot.
